Got my order wrong at last two stores I went to
I went to the store in Russellville ar ordered 2 Brest an a wing an two mashed potatoes when I got ready to eat had one breast one thight an one piece I couldn't make out an two red beans an rice the second time was in attalla al I ordered the same got one breast one thigh an one leg one red beans an rice an one pototes an a biscuit that could have been used for a hockey puck i usually stop at a Popeyes at least twice a week but this is terrible service I drive a truck an a lot of the time I get my meals to go an I don't want to have to open everything in it to make sure it's right before I leave

Special offer, and my experience trying to resolve iti
I did a 2 for 1 offer for chicken sandwich. HAD to take uber eats up on this. I added the items to my cart and went to checkout, but noticed I was being charged for 2 sandwiches. I did not place my order, but called my Popeyes location, Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil ON at listed phone number [protected]
Explained to woman and she said I should only order 1 sandwich and the free one would be added. Back to site and ordered 1 chick sand, oh coleslaw and a 4 piece dinner. Order came and there was only 1 sand. I called restaurant back, got a male this time. He checked order and of course he told me I only ordered 1. He tried to find the employee that I talked to, but some other woman, same accent, told me it wasn't her I spoke to! She asked the other staff and they said they had NOT received ANY phone calls. So I got EXTREMELY angry. Stewed all night and some this morning and decided I Am NOT going to let this go.
The ONLY reason I ordered was the offer. The $7 freebie equals the delivery cost and the handling fee. I am on a budget and look for any way to maximise my options. We do love Popeyes chicken so it was a win win.
Not the [censored] that followed.
At very least I want a coupon for the free chicken sandwich I didn't get.

I am going to try to be polite, but agencies that support or do not state VERBALLY in there sacred ads, should be ashamed. Today I was returning from a quick trip up to Mt.Rainier and stopped at a Popeyes #12090, we had had the ripen chicken breast before and heard last night on one of our networks, "It's back" we had had that awhile back, but now that its back we would give the Colonel a break.
Wow to our surprise, disgust, and anger, the voice on the speaker told us their district does on offer it, so why did not the super expensive ad you post on network TV say some districts may not offer, nothing...so now we are in a line with a concret barrier so you can not get out of line...and at this point I have a person that has the personality of the speaker tell me our district does not offer that...now I am stuck, can not exit to my favorite chicken stop.
I ordered a combo called Tender dinner...just so I could get the heck out of this strange place...When I left I was angry not at the person but at the misleading (to most sane people) advertising stating its back, wow surprise not near me...
You could be better if you tried Popeye...but for not its back to the colonel...unless you can change our minds here and my home town...

I am a Black female and I ask to use the rest room in a white area Coney Island Ave and Brighten Beach Ave Brooklyn NY on 05/15/2021 about 430pm I was told I could not use the rest room because I did not purchase anything. 05/10/2021 AT 1:10 pm I went to Popeyes in Rock Hill SC Store # 11359 for lunch. I ordered a Surf and Turf as usual from there. My fries were burnt, my shrimp is definitely old, and my chicken tenders were old and burnt like they had been cooked 3 or more times.
