Charge something when not order
I just take my chicken orders and went home, checking on my receipt and they charging something I did order, call the the store and they told me they going refund if I have to bring the receipt back today for a refund if not today there will be not today there will be no refund, extremely bad service, this is not acceptable, I need someone give me an answer, this is the store #2958
Order mistakes
Gave me wrong sides
Requested sauce plus extra sauce I paid extra for not in bag
No silverware or napkins
Had no utensils to eat it with. If we had utensils, no sauce to eat it with. And if we got to that point couldn't clean our hands or face.. kept driving and ended up going through McDonald's drive through in next town
Positive note. They did not have a cooked chicken breast and offered to cook one if we had an extra 5 mins. We waited for that. It did look good but my wife needs a fork and knife to cut into small enough pieces.
I do not normally complain but three different errors on one order and see just ate not able to eat it by time we get home it would not be safe to reheat. So food and money wasted
Customer service
First, I enjoy your product.
My complaint is about poor communications.
On my recent visit to your store at 1790 W. Algonquin Rd. Mount Prospect, IL I had to give my order five times and each time I had the order taker repeat my order back to me and then when I got home the spicy chicken was not spicy.
The problem was that the order taker had very poor English language skills and I don't speak Mexican. Also he did not know the "register" very well or the products he sold.
On the way out I voiced my complaint with what might have been the man in charge and he made light of my complaint.
I won't stop buying your produce but I will have to try another location and unfortunately there none close.
Popcorn shrimp dinner
This popcorn shrimp is old!!! Its hard and chewy!!! I want my money back!!! This is ridiculous!!! This is exactly why I stopped ordering from your establishment!!! I called doordash to resolve the issue but because I ordered through the website I had to contact the restaurant which I had to call over 15 times before edgar, the manager answered!!! He then told me that they could not refund my money for this subpar, old food.

On 06/09/2021, my family decided that we would like to have your fried chicken for supper. Being that the Moody, Al. location is the closest to Pell City, Al. I drove in stormy weather to accommodate our desire. I arrived at the location to proceed to place my order through the drive thru. When placing my order, I wanted to have included a family size of your onion rings. I was immediately informed that they no longer carried onion rings. I proceeded to express my discontent by saying " you folks had the best onion rings", I was not able to finish my statement. Both a man and lady both in a rude manner stated " we cannot give you what we don't have". I was not asking to be given anything; but what is worse, when asked for corporate information, I was told they did not know it. When I got my receipt, the information portions, had been torn off. This is my second disappointment with Popeyes, within the last 2 months.
The first time because of the long drive thru lines, I decided to go in an get my
order. I placed my order as soon as I walked in, I was told it was a 5 min wait on fries and 25 Min later, I along with other customers were asking what was going on, and where was the food. The lady ahead of me was so any because she had ordered on line and had been waiting 45 min.
When we finally got our food it was cold. They did give her, her money back and the food. I just got cold food.
Tonight I decided to wait in line, It was about 10 cars ahead in line, but from the time I placed my order, it took another 20 min with only 4 cars ahead of me. And the food was cold again when I got home, 5 min away. I figured for the long wait (1HR FROM ARRIVAL ) at least the chicken would be hot this time, but no such luck, only the red beans. So what was the long wait for, It makes no sense. NO APOLOGIES, Corp needs to send someone down to retrain these people.
