Went to Popeyes store # 12352 for the first time on Sat. April 10th. and ordered the 3 wings dinner. Gave the cashier $20.00 and was given $1.78 back. When I told the cashier my change was incorrect he brought his manager Gabby, who said "the cashier thought it was $20 but it was a $10 by where the camera show him placing the bill. I asked to see the camera and she showed me a blurred version of the cashier placing a bill in the 3rd area, but you could not see the denomination of the bill or my jeep at the window. I told her I would call back when they did their drawer count. When I called back to ask for her, she first would not identify herself until I asked 3 times for the manager Gabby and then she jokingly said it was here and that they were not over, but in the middle of that statement she came back and said they were over by $1.00. I did not see anything funny and I thought it was very unprofessional, as well as made me think you knew what your cashier was in the wrong but was not going to admit it.
Desired outcome: Return of change or credit to be used at any other Popeye but this one
