Today April 29th I experienced bad customer service. Well I always receive bad customer service from the store located at 1860 North Perris Boulevard, Perris, CA 92571. Starting with the manager, she doesn't care to care how upset you are about them forgetting some of your items. I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they forgot to put it in the bag, I usually forget to double check my stuff, so I get home and no chicken sandwich, mind you I don't live around the corner I live about 10-15 minutes away. So I had to drive back and when I had called up to the store the manager was so rude and didn't even apologize for the mistake. She did offer me a pie, I don't like pies they should offer you to give you money back instead of giving someone a pie. When she gave me my sandwich like no apology either like she didn't care what had happen. This store should be evaluated and change management considering their rating is about 1.5 to 2.0 stars.
