Popeyes

On 04/25/2021 my 83 year old mother wanted some popeyes chicken. The closest popeyes to me had made me stop eating at popeyes.
reluctantly I went o this popeyes and decided I would get me an apple pie as well. Forgetting that this popeyes owes me at least six months of apple pies.

The cashier at the window was very unpleasant. He didn't acknowledge the customer. Just told you how much your order was. When He gave me my change He handed it out the window while looking the other way. I sat behind six vehicles and by then I was on the phone. but very well aware of what was going on because I use my vehicle bluetooth, Needless to say, I drove off without checking my order.
The order did include the apple pie because I verified my order on the screen. I had no apple pie or receipt.
Everytime I have had a problem when you call they let the phone ring until it hangs up.

I refuse to go to another popeyes until I get a resolution to my constantly paying for the same item and not having it when I get home. I would appreciate if someone found out why this keeps happening
