I just returned from Popeye's Store #2188 in Bossier City, LA. I waited for nearly an hour for my order. I finally was tired of waiting so long and approached the manager for a refund. She told me that she would take care of my order immediately, but I told her that I was tired and just ready to leave...and that I certainly did NOT want the chicken that had been sitting under the heat lamps for over an hour! She told me that she could not give me a refund because "it would have to go through corporate." I said "fine. I'll take it to corporate." So here I am. I want a refund. I paid with a Visa card, Ron Griffing. Transaction was made 2/26/2026 at 4:20 pm for the amount of $44.53. The server was Kamya.

I hadn't been to Popeye's for a long time due to the horrible service, but I decided to give them another chance to see if things had improved...they had not. They got worse! Everyone I know has said the same thing. I will never patronize Popeye's again. I'm done with them.
