Hello! I used to love Popeye's. One opened recently in Elkhart, IN and the service is HORRIBLE! We went a week ago and sat in drive thru line for 1/2 hour only to find out when ordering, they were completely out of chicken sandwiches. We went again today and same situation. My husband suggested that they let people who are waiting in line that they ran out of chicken and this was the staff's response "Ok. Thank you. Goodbye". He still wanted to place an order but no one would answer/acknowledge him. Very very very upset! Customer service has never been good at that location but to completely run out of chicken, repeatedly is ridiculous! I love the food (my whole family does) but we will never go to this location ever again. The staff needs a total redo. I cannot express enough just how upsetting this is!
