Drive thru service
Hello. I was at the Canal Winchester location.. After waiting in the line for 15 minutes I finally got to the speaker to order. I sat there waiting for 10 ninutes...continually saying hello...anyone there. Nothing. Not a word. So I drove around to the window...only to be ignored completely. Meanwhile 2 people in the driveway thru area inside...one taking an order finally and the other looking at me and turning around. I'm now late for work with no dinner. Very unprofessional and not impressed at all.
Poor customer service and broken equipment
Went through the drive through today at the Popeyes off if Green Valley Ranch blvd and Tower rd in Denver Colorado. Attempted to order a gallon of fruit juice and was told it wasn't available. The machine was broken. This is the 3rd or 4th time within the past 6 months of going to this Popeyes that something I wanted to order wasn't available. either...

Tried to use t mobile coupon for $5 butterfly basket I was told that Danbury location dies not take coupons only the Waterbury ct restaurant. Am very upset that it was not honored at this particular location! What nonsense a coupon is a coupon and it should have been taken regardless! Very disappointed at customer service. Also I was told the butterfly shrimp they ran out so I asked if they had popcorn shrimp as too my surprise there was chicken in it ! I'm vegetarian so why put meat with a seafood dish!so I asked for them to remake food without meat in it! Menu did not say their was chicken also another man had same problem with his food and coupon. I also asked for more shrimp in lieu of chicken which they wouldn't. I would like a coupon for the trouble of all this.

I ordered a mild drumstick and thigh and a fish sandwich no pickles in the drive-thru. I got home and had a spicy breast and wing and pickles on the sandwich. I was too far away to go back so I repeatedly attempted to call the store, but they wouldn't answer so I contacted them via Facebook. They gave me the run around for almost three weeks. Also, their "contact us" form on their website only gives an error message, and their corporate phone number doesn't work either. I'll get my chicken from elsewhere in the future because this company is a mess.

I live in St.Louis Missouri you have a page store that only excepts credit or debit card only. The store closes any time they feel like. I was there at 9:00 pm on Tuesday 3/30/21and store was closed. I then went to the store on the Rockroad and the staff was very rude. I didn't get what i ordered.

I visited store on 3-25-21 at or around 4:00 to 4:30 pm, I purchased and had a coupon for the 19.99 meal, total was 21.64, I put card in and removed as told on card machine, no receipt came out, they said card machine was acting up. I was told they were going to redo charge, to get receipt, but I told them it was going to be posted twice on my account BUT manager Raul, who is rude told me no, no, it will come off in 24 hours... and was told just call us and let us know and you can come back and get your money back. I was charged 21.64 twice. I called store located at 23901 Southwest Fwy. Rosenberg, Tx, on Saturday 3-27-21 and talked to the RUDE manager and he told me he would get back to me and to this day 3-30-21 nothing from HIM... I was told he had to call district manager and get with corporate on what to do? REALLY.. I have started a dispute with my bank as well, since NOTHING from this so called manager. We here in Boaz, AL were so excited to receive a Popeyes in our community. Cars were lined up around the building. Since opening, they have NEVER got our order right. We drive past them to go to Albertville, where thy know what they are doing. Tonight, we thought we'd give them another try. I ordered surf and turf and only received shrimp. No shrimp sauce, no chicken strips. I called the store and spoke with Manager Esmaralda. All she said was sorry. She had no intent of making it right. There is horrible management at this store and they tell the customer that we should be patient. How about, NO... we'll just take our money to another venue! Clean this place up or it will definitely go out of business quickly. I've heard nothing but complaints about this place from friends and family in the area.
Desired outcome: Fix the problem or we will stop going to this store
