I visited store on 3-25-21 at or around 4:00 to 4:30 pm, I purchased and had a coupon for the 19.99 meal, total was 21.64, I put card in and removed as told on card machine, no receipt came out, they said card machine was acting up. I was told they were going to redo charge, to get receipt, but I told them it was going to be posted twice on my account BUT manager Raul, who is rude told me no, no, it will come off in 24 hours... and was told just call us and let us know and you can come back and get your money back. I was charged 21.64 twice. I called store located at 23901 Southwest Fwy. Rosenberg, Tx, on Saturday 3-27-21 and talked to the RUDE manager and he told me he would get back to me and to this day 3-30-21 nothing from HIM... I was told he had to call district manager and get with corporate on what to do? REALLY.. I have started a dispute with my bank as well, since NOTHING from this so called manager. PLZ help get my $$$$$ back

We here in Boaz, AL were so excited to receive a Popeyes in our community. Cars were lined up around the building. Since opening, they have NEVER got our order right. We drive past them to go to Albertville, where thy know what they are doing. Tonight, we thought we'd give them another try. I ordered surf and turf and only received shrimp. No shrimp sauce, no chicken strips. I called the store and spoke with Manager Esmaralda. All she said was sorry. She had no intent of making it right. There is horrible management at this store and they tell the customer that we should be patient. How about, NO... we'll just take our money to another venue! Clean this place up or it will definitely go out of business quickly. I've heard nothing but complaints about this place from friends and family in the area.
Desired outcome: Fix the problem or we will stop going to this store
App and service
I completed my order on the Popeyes app got to the restaurant and they said they didn't get my order. They said they could do nothing but charge me full counter price. I went out to the car and ordered again thinking it could be somehow my mistake. After reordering on the app again I went back in and they said no they didn't get the order and the only choice was full price. They would not let me talk to a manager or do anything to resolve the problem. Terrible service and no offer of any kind to help customer be satisfied.
Desired outcome: Fix app free 5 piece chicken meal.
They won't accept their own coupons
They have coupons in there app but won't except them when you are stuck in their drive-through line.

First I am a loyal and frequent Popeye's customer (weekly normally). I really like the food. On Sunday 3-21-21 I went to the restaurant and the drive through was busy. So I go into the store. I stand there for several minutes finally a lady comes to the counter and says only the drive through is open today because there is only two of us here today. So I say ok and go out and get in line. Waiting in line I inform several other customers trying to go inside. About 20 minutes in the drive through I get to order. I specify what I want and it is repeated so all good at this point. When I get to the window I mention if they would lock the door customers will get in line. So I get home and of course my order is wrong. I have been going to this store since it opened. Visited the Limestone location in Springfield OH on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 640 pm to order dinner for family of 3. We went through the drive through which had a sign on the monitor which said credit card only. There was only 1 person ahead of us in line and 2 cars in parking lot. As we approached monitor the employee said they could not take any additional orders for 30 minutes to catch up on orders. When asked if we should circle parking lot or sit til ready she sarcastically responded whatever you want to do. For a fast food restaurant totally unacceptable. We drove 20 minutes to nearest location. With this customer service don't think I'll be visiting Popeyes again.
Incorrect orders 6 out of 8 times
The last 6 times out of 8 at this location we have had either the wrong item or the ordered item is missing items or the chicken has been under the heat lamps for far too long. Chicken was dried up and as a result it was tough. As a result instead of a 5 mile drive if we want your chicken we are forced to drive 25+ miles. On several occasions we have had to wait almost 20 minutes while our order was being filled.
Desired outcome: As a result of the above our purchases of your food is far less than our usual.
Refused service
I was in the drive thru I get to the ordering speaker and it hits 10:01, He says sorry we are closed. No one behind me and how many chicken sandwiches did they throw away.

Spring Hill, TN Popeye's always makes us pay cash for our food, and we have never gotten the fish sandwich bc they always say they r out of them. Then, they add chicken sandwiches to the order, even if we don't order them, and ask us to pay for them. The guy that is at the drive thru he is disrespectful and calls my husband "boss" or "bro"-/that whole staff is incompetent and they never have what we order!
Restaurant closed during normal business hours
Twice I have driven about 10 miles each way to go to the restaurant on 12th street in Ogden and it was closed during regular business hours. Both drive through lanes are closed and the doors are locked with no exclamation posted at to why

So I am not sure, who needs to hear this, but this is the first time I have ever taken the time to complain to a corporate office about the quality of their food and service. We have a few restaurants in our town and my daughter loves Popeye's. She loves your spicy sandwich and she loves your fries. She works at a place in town and goes directly to work right after school so my husband was ask to take her some food. I know that due to Covid you have to do everything through the drive-thru and its so crazy right now but I have attached a picture of the fries that my daughter received. This isn't the first time something like this has happened but it's the first to my husband who hates eating out and doesn't like for our kids to eat fast food anyway. He looked in the bag and saw the fries but the only way to say anything was to get back into line which was all the way to the road with cars so he went on. I am not sure what I am looking for from this email but I guess I feel better letting you know that this Scottsburg location is struggling. Multiple times only cash can be used and they have been out of soft drinks or something else. I called and told someone who answered the phone and she said come back and get a replacement but we live 15 min away and my daughter can leave work so it was out of the question. So maybe next time she goes through they will give her replacement fries. I guess only if they believe our story as the lady only said to tell them Dillan said she gets replacement fries.
