I ordered from the Popeyes App/Website on September 25, 2025 the driver was taking longer than usual then after waiting for over an hour I decided to open my door to notice my order was delivered and the driver didn’t even bother to knock on the door. Once I got my order I noticed the food was cold and I never received my jalapeño peppers, sauce packets and the new hot ones ranch dipping sauce that I really wanted to try since it’s a limited time only (As Shown in the Picture) Also my chicken sandwich was overcooked (As Shown in the Picture)
Desired outcome: I just want Popeyes to Give me a $20 Popeyes Gift Card for the inconvenience

NO you are NOT entitled to a gift card. You kept the food. Return the food. Honeslty if you cannot afford to eat out then don't. No need to beg for a gift card and eat the food and lie about it being cold and overcooked.
Yes, I'm very entitled to a gift card because this is My Hard Earn Money That Was Spent NOT Yours. it's not because i can't afford to eat out it's the principle of the thing. I'm not begging, I'm simply making a reasonable offer to resolve my issue. Unfortunately i love and respect myself too much to settle for less especially eat food that was cold and overcooked Which was no fault of my own. So unless you work for Popeyes and willing to help resolve my issue Mind Your Business.
