I ordered from the Popeyes App/Website on September 25, 2025 the driver was taking longer than usual then after waiting for over an hour I decided to open my door to notice my order was delivered and the driver didn’t even bother to knock on the door. Once I got my order I noticed the food was cold and I never received my jalapeño peppers, sauce packets and the new hot ones ranch dipping sauce that I really wanted to try since it’s a limited time only (As Shown in the Picture) Also my chicken sandwich was overcooked (As Shown in the Picture)

Desired outcome: I just want Popeyes to Give me a $20 Popeyes Gift Card for the inconvenience
