Popeyes review: My popeyes order was cold, overcooked and some missing items ( 2 comments)

To whoever the [censored] cares,

I worked a hard day today and after work my plan was to go by and buy some Popeye's since it's been years since I have had any.  I remember the biscuits being good.

I was so [censored]ing disappointed when I discovered that the biscuits were not with my Family Meal! 

I ordered a 12pc Family Meal ...ain't much of a [censored]ing family meal without biscuits!

This was at the Rim location in San Antonio around 6pm ... like I [censored]ing said after work. I called the shift manager who said he couldn't do anything. 

The sad part is that when I went thru the drive-thru ... the restaurant was empty.  All I heard was staff laughing and playing around.  

My name is Paul Gonzales ...[protected] / around 6 PM). I paid with my debit card. ..track my transaction down and refund my meal because who the [censored] wants to eat Popeyes chicken and sides without [censored]ing biscuits.
