The server was handling a cup of coffee through the window, but the top was not secure to the cup and the coffee spilled out over mrs. Hayes hand and fingers. Her hand was outside of her car window. She screamed at the pain which got the attention of the workers inside. The server also saw the coffee spill onto her hand. Please assist with information to the claims department!

McDonald's being overcharged and the wrong food

I ordered a Number & (2 cheeseburgers and a large fry with a bottle of water and a1 filet of fish sandwich. I was charged almost $15 (which seemed high) and when I got home I had 2 filet of fish in the bag with a bottle of water This is not the first time my order has been wrong at McDonalds--if you cannot find decent help, then close down. So tired of this happening

McDonald's Pd drive through order

I have tried to call. No answer, dial up tones, hang ups and dropped calls. I don't want the app. My son drove through and the order was paid for but incomplete. It was missing the large fries. I realize this might not be much to others, but it is a lot for me. I cant afford to toss that money away. During the week, the senior center brings me a meal. It is the weekend & i was planning on splitting the fries into separate meals. I am elderly and disabled. Please correct this inconvenience to me.

Claimed loss: $3.49 + tax. Time & gas. Totally inconvenient

Desired outcome: My large fries delivered to me at no extra cost or inconvenience.

McDonald's Service

I am totally disappointed to see McDonalds start cutting back in quantity and quality of products. I refer to the fact one must now ask for necessities such as napkins, ketchup etc, which used to be automatic. Realize you might see waste in providing these needs, but the least you can do is have the server ask the customer if these items are wanted and how many. The one napkin I did get--after I asked-- was so flimsy, I was thankful I had my hand wash with me when they got covered with stuff from the Bic Mac and I wasn't too far from home to be able to wash. What a cheap downgrade.. I don't think I will ever go back, again.

Desired outcome: Provide better quality of napkin, if you only give one--after asking. And ask if customer would like ketchup, etc. Go back to days when good service was a standard.

McDonald's Fish fillet

I was traveling from Toronto to Montreal and stopped in Lancaster On, for Gas at the ESSO and McDonalds.

I ordered a Fish Fillet to go so I could eat in the car. Once in the car I opened my sandwich and was so disappointed. I have a picture Below.

As well the washrooms which are shared with the MC Donald's and the Esso station were very messy and dirty.

Desired outcome: For you to know, and pass it on to whom ever. I problem will never stop there again, which is kind of sad.My experience is that Mc Donald has always been a good place for a quick bit and a good place for kids. NOT THIS PLACE

McDonald's Drive thru

Went to McDonalds located at 218 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235. Waited in drive thru for about 10 minutes finally had to say hello to get someone's attention. Then they preceded to tell me to drive around waited another 5 minutes. Get to the drive thru to place my order she's having to hand write my order ok cool. Then she comes back to take my payment and I hand her my debit card and she then tells me CASH ONLY! for one I never carry cash and 2 why couldn't she tell me cash only when she told me to driver around? Please make me understand so I spent a total of 30 minutes in the drive thru only to drive away still hungry! So disappointed!

McDonald's drive thru and app and i want a refund -4.95

I ordered thru my app john Hyland and i wanted a mocha frappe and clicked own the mocha frappe and a chicken sandwich this morning around 2;30-245am and i went to the window to pickup and the lady in charge was arguing with me about what i purchased and would not let me talk and alls i wanted was my order right mistake own app or what not she wouldnt help me to get what i really wanted and kept say this is what u ordered and refused to help me so i drove off with no frappe or no chicken sandwich and my name is john hyland and sometimes i go their and pay cash in morning and she refuses to understand what i am trying to tell her so i would like my money back i spent this morning own the 19th and i refuse to go back to your establishment until u change your leader their i dont know if its because i am white [protected]

McDonald's Cashier

Icecream cone. When we get off the afternoon shift me and my friend like to get a cone and wind down before we go home. We usually get a large cone. A regular cone is $5.18 (for 2 cones) and a large cone is $5.78. I ordered 2 large cones. When we went to the drive up window and saw they were 2 regular cones I told her we ordered 2 large she informed me they only had one size. Not tire because all summer we were getting large cones. She became (the blonde haired girl) very rude. I tried to tell her yes they do have large cones. It also shows on the receipt icrcream

McDonald's McDonalds on Fortune Drive in Kamloops,BC

The McDonalds here has wooden tables and bench seats for customers .They are so dirty , very dirty. They are all written on with black felt pen . Not very nice , in fact , the filth and writing is horrible. They have liquid spills on every single table and chairs ! This is very discussting. These seats and tables are outside of the building for customers who want the privilege of drinking or eating outside of the MaDonald building. I have nothing further to say so if this is not enough to complain about then use it as you prefer.

McDonald's Parking for drive through

On 10/07/2023 around 6:30 pm or a little after I went through the drive through and it was a little busy and all the vehicles in front of me had to go and park in the drive through parking spaces so when I got up to pick up my order the guy had me to go and park also but when I did there was no where to park so I pulled into the family dollar parking lot and waited there for quite awhile and finally all the car had left the parking lot I pulled over into one of the spaces and no one came out with my order so I went in and asked about my order and the girl that was working the front asked me were was I parked at so I told her and she stated that I wasn't allowed to park there so I told her she didn't have a place for me to park and that I wasn't going to park in the road and get my car hit and she was not a very nice person she wasn't listening to what I was trying to tell her because there wasn't anywhere to park

Desired outcome: Stop having so many people parking in the drive through parking lot at one time and have staff be a little kinder and listen to what you're telling them

I’m a dasher went to restaurant manager was rude and offensive when I went to Check in for order she stated it would be a minute so I waited for 25 minutes and I asked again about the status of my order and then tells me I have no order and I asked her why she didn’t tell me that to begin with she says I’m being rude and not to come back to the store anymore

McDonald's Incorrect order

5/10/23 around 9.15pm. Te Rapa hamilton store. Ordered a double quarter pounder combo, with a filet o fish combo. Was given a cheeseburger instead of the double quarter pounder. I paid for the double quarter pounder and expected to get that and instead a burger a quarter of the size. It was very disappointing. I wondered how they could have got that so wrong…was it done one purpose? There is no word the same in that burger so don’t know how they saw double quarter pounder and gave a cheeseburger. But managed to get the rest of the order correct?
