McDonald's Cold and not fresh food

Good day I've bought 3 big Mac meals and 1 couter pounder meal Friday night

The burgers was cold and taste off, very salty and not fresh. My husband even ask them to make the burger warm and my burger was salty and unpleasant to eat, my son's were also complaining, but we did leave it as is and just leave. Paying almost R300 for a meal and not enjoying it, I was so disappointed in Mc Donald's, I will never go back there again, and my kids love their food, but this was 1 bad experience I never will forget

McDonald's Both

Ordered 3 quarter pounders on halloween night...In the box was meat! Only meat! Nothing else! How in gods name can an employee not know that the sandwich is not even completed? Then you have to give it back for them to fix... God only knows what happens then! This incident is being reported to the bbb mcdonalds corporate and hamilton county health dept... This is ridiculous! And we would appreciate a full refund! Try to hire people who know what a complete sandwich is. Not just what meat is! Hire people who can actually be taught to care! Wont be returning returning!

I ordered a filet of fish. I paid at the "pay" window. By the time I got to the delivery window (20 seconds later) my fish was ready and delivered to me. Obviously my fish was not made when I ordered it - AND IT TASTED LIKE IT. It was not good. It had shriveled up and gotten "drier" from having been in some "warmer oven" or whatever. McDonald's Service

This McDonald's is the worst in Austin,TX. The Drive thru has an extremely long wait time even with both lanes open. Going inside is no better. You can stand at the counter screaming and no one will answer you. You are an inconvenience to them! No one is asking for them to wait on customers hand and foot, but show some respect, say, "Hi".

McDonald's McDonald's on Hulen in Fort Worth

Nov. 5, 2023 I'm here at 5:44 pm and all the tables in thee play section have syrup on them. This means they haven't been cleaned since breakfast! Trash on the floor - it's disgusting

I told the people at the register, and after waiting 10 minutes still no one has come to clean them. There are only 4 other people inside. These people don't care! Going to another McD's for our food.

Perhaps some of the tables were cola, but the table I cleaned Worth paper towels from the bathroom was thick gooey syrup. After being there 35 minutes, still no one came to clean the tables.

McDonald's Something had in my morning breakfast meal and it broke my tooth.

I purchased 3 McGriddle from store location on Merchant at. Dallas Ga. At 740-50 ish AM today11/05/23. As I ate my biscuit I bit down on something really hard and it cracked and broke off half of my tooth. Now I’ll have to have a tooth pulled and or capped. (Very expensive) I have the item in a bag. I called the store and spoke with the manager on shift and she acted like it was no big deal and or not something that could have happened there. Also told me to bring in the item. So they can send it off to be test or looked at it for insurance reasons. I’m make a formal complaint here. So that it’s documented and don’t want to bring it to that store and they just trash it. Or “Lose it”

Please advise me as to what to do next.

Desired outcome: Want my tooth to not be broken and be in all this pain I’m in, and not be out a bunch of money getting my tooth pulled and or capped very costly. Photos uploaded are of the top and bottom of the hard object.

I went through drive on November 4th 2023 around 9;00 pm we order our food paid for it moved up to pick up food the guy throw our bag of food to us and also toss our drinks hard at us and all of the burgers were smashed as well I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on the customer this is not the first time this has happened I’ve had enough I will not be McDonald’s again

McDonald's Hostile working environment

Abby that works at the McDonald’s is rude and yells at workers often, making me not want to come into work and be bossed around by her. She will yell infront of the managers and they won’t say anything about it, I have complained nothing has happened. She has harassed and bullied others as well, called names and insulted. She has gotten into my face in the restaurant saying “nobody asked you”. “Why are you even here?” When I am a new employee, it has made me consider leaving the work environment due to the lack of help on my side and nothing has been done to punish or fire her.

McDonald's delay time

at McDonalds Munno Para, South Australia. On Thursday 02 November 2023 at 13:04pm I received my receipt for my order of 2 hamburgers and 1 small fries. People who ordered after me were receiving their orders in reasonable time (5 minutes or less) but I had to wait exactly 10 minutes for mine. As I stood waiting at the counter, I could see that the person preparing burgers was concentrating on other orders and not doing mine, and even when prompted by a service-counter staff member at my request he continued for several more minutes to make many other burgers before mine.

McDonald's Extremely poor customer service ( rude, disrespectful, attitude)

I arrived at this establishment early in the morning after finishing my night shift at the hospital.

I experienced extremely poor customer service.

Apparently the restaurant was out of: mocha coffee, pumpkin spice latte, and they were unable to provide me with an espresso shot for my coffee.

No one apologized for the inconvenience ( including the manager). Instead, they continued to interact with me in a severely rude, entitled and disrespectful manner.

I have told several staff members about this abysmal experience, as well. I guarantee I will never return and neither will many of my colleagues

The server was handling a cup of coffee through the window, but the top was not secure to the cup and the coffee spilled out over mrs. Hayes hand and fingers. Her hand was outside of her car window. She screamed at the pain which got the attention of the workers inside. The server also saw the coffee spill onto her hand. Please assist with information to the claims department!

McDonald's being overcharged and the wrong food

I ordered a Number & (2 cheeseburgers and a large fry with a bottle of water and a1 filet of fish sandwich. I was charged almost $15 (which seemed high) and when I got home I had 2 filet of fish in the bag with a bottle of water This is not the first time my order has been wrong at McDonalds--if you cannot find decent help, then close down. So tired of this happening

McDonald's Pd drive through order

I have tried to call. No answer, dial up tones, hang ups and dropped calls. I don't want the app. My son drove through and the order was paid for but incomplete. It was missing the large fries. I realize this might not be much to others, but it is a lot for me. I cant afford to toss that money away. During the week, the senior center brings me a meal. It is the weekend & i was planning on splitting the fries into separate meals. I am elderly and disabled. Please correct this inconvenience to me.

Claimed loss: $3.49 + tax. Time & gas. Totally inconvenient

Desired outcome: My large fries delivered to me at no extra cost or inconvenience.
