I ordered on the app at 704 pm and all the other McDonald's I e ordered with have been very efficient but the one in Yadkinville on 601 and 421 were not so much. I arrived and was told to drive around to window. Then at window was not handed a receipt and was told to go on to next window. Upon reaching last window I'm sitting there for 10 minutes no contact they were all looking at sale books talking about what they were going to purchase at Black Friday deals as I continued to wait. So Once I finally get the window to open he says please pull up to the waiting on order area. Then 2 cars behind me go and they pull another one to wait. One employee comes out and ask if I had the order she had and it still was not my order so I'm 25 after 7 and finally at 730 they bring my food out. I'm really trying to figure out how can the app be faster if your employees are not doing their jobs I understand it's a holiday and I truly appreciate them working but please have them do their jobs and not look at sales papers

Took 15 minutes for someone to take our order and another 20 to get our food workers are rude garbage was everywhere and cans were full no clean tables and my mcrib wasn't the way I ordered it quality of the food was poor even the workers walking around playing with their phones nobody even in uniform this place is a disgrace to be part of the mcdonalds franchise

This is the WORST chain. There is always an issue or rude service. Tonight after placing my mobile order at 6:33pm, I arrived to pickup and was told they were closed. I stated the order had been placed and paid for through the app. The manager stated she would check on it. After waiting an half an hour, I was told by another employee the manager shut off the system at 6pm. The manager never came back to inform me of my order. I was not given an explanation as to why they were closed. When I asked how I was to be refunded the manager shrugged and walked away. The mobile app says now serving dinner until 9:59. I was freezing by this point and left to go to Wendy’s. This is seriously the worst restaurant! I have no idea how they’re still in operation! I want compensation for this and the order!

They would not try to understand that they took my money but not willing to look for my order. I showed as much proof I could thru my phone to over 3to4 different employees. We spent over a hour trying to get them to give me what I paid for. The response I received was my card was still pending. I explained to them they were still going to receive the money, It says pending sometimes. But the money was deducted from my account. All in all I still sat there longer than a hour and still did not receive my food. The money was snatched from my card. This location is horrible and they help create a bad environment. Corporate should look into honestly. I will not be going back

My wife and I are just fed up with McDonald's.
For convenience we were getting 7 or 8 meals a week. Now = Zero
Somebody better realize with no customers you have no business.
List of Complaints:
Have run out of Coca Cola several times;
Run out of cold drink cups;
Screwed up the orders from input to drive through window;
Inability to count;
Inability to understand simple English;
So maybe I don't like Latinos. Well my sister-in-law is from El Salvador so I don't think so.
But what really @$%^$=_ ticks me off is when I call your complaints department I have to talk to a woman that refuses to be 1% cordial. I know she's said most of her spiel a 1000 times but I have heard it only once. I strongly suspect she was African American. So maybe I'm a racist. Well 7 of my grand nephews and nieces are African American. When I was younger I walked and hitchhiked from Southern Morocco to Egypt. Met the nicest people.
Even today when I meet people from North or Central Africa

Evening manager was rude at the avonpark, florida establishment
My wife ordered the 40 chicken nuggets and the 2 large fries thru the drivethru. When receiving the food . The staff forgot the fries. My wife goes in and waited patiently to be next inline. The girl at the front asked my wife how she could help and she explained what happened . Then the male manager comes upfront and tell my wife that she needs to wait her turn. So my wife feeling upset because how she was talked to and she waits. You manager needs to learn manners and how to talk to someone. He better be glad that i was not there. There is no reason to talk to a customer like that when a staff members asks the customer how may they help. You as a company need to fix that [censored] with the manager. Because he's going to talk to the wrong person like that and get his [censored] whooped. Just saying . There is no reason to have a rude manager talk to customers because he has a stick up his [censored].

Spilled hot chocolate those cheap [censored]
Anytime you spilll a drink at this McDonald's they give you a replacement one oh except if it's a hot chocolate so I leave here and it's cold morning when nothing to drink and $5 in their [censored]ing register I will never [censored]ing go here again ever oh and they give you all the refills you want on pop and coffee and everything else to drink except for hot chocolate go [censored]ing figure what do you know

Cold and not fresh food
Good day I've bought 3 big Mac meals and 1 couter pounder meal Friday night
The burgers was cold and taste off, very salty and not fresh. My husband even ask them to make the burger warm and my burger was salty and unpleasant to eat, my son's were also complaining, but we did leave it as is and just leave. Paying almost R300 for a meal and not enjoying it, I was so disappointed in Mc Donald's, I will never go back there again, and my kids love their food, but this was 1 bad experience I never will forget

Bagging food and drinks properly
I am a delivery driver, I pick up customers orders and deliver it to them! I would like to ask that employees change how they are bagging food and drinks for delivery! We carry what is called an insulated bag for hot food while in route to customer can be kept hot! And cold iced drinks to be kept separate from the hot food! Picking up hot food for for my customers that have been bagged in the same bag as cold iced drinks is not only making the food cold but is also melting the ice in drinks and making the drinks taste bad! I addressed this issue with a gentleman at the McDonald’s on S 1882 and I-20 yesterday he refused to rebag the drinks separately, said he’s been there for 7 years and he has never bagged food and drinks separately and told me no when I asked him if he would please do it! I personally will never go to that McDonald’s due to the rudeness and aweful attitude and refusal from him! As for me and my family we usually dine in to the McDonald’s on 8th street! They too for the first time last night bagged the drink with the food! I truly hope McDonald’s will fix this problem. Sometimes the delivery trip can be a distance away and the only way for us to keep the customers happy with hot food is if we are able, as we should be, to keep the food in our insulated bag! People are choosing other food restaurant’s over McDonald’s because they are complaining about the food being cold by the time they get it! Not only is it hurting us but it is also hurting McDonald’s! I hope that McDonald’s will make this change to keep good business not only for McDonald’s but for us as well! Ordered 3 quarter pounders on halloween night...In the box was meat! Only meat! Nothing else! How in gods name can an employee not know that the sandwich is not even completed? Then you have to give it back for them to fix... God only knows what happens then! This incident is being reported to the bbb mcdonalds corporate and hamilton county health dept... This is ridiculous! And we would appreciate a full refund! Try to hire people who know what a complete sandwich is. Not just what meat is! Hire people who can actually be taught to care! Wont be returning returning!

yesterday at 6:05 a.m. we went to the drive thru at 103 Hammett Bridge Rd in Greer SC to the McDonalds we ordered breakfast and a lg coffee this is a busy drive thru. They had a new person evidentially running drive thru she looked totally overwhelmed. We got to the window my husband ordered a chicken biscuit add cheese add egg, We got home which is 3 minutes away he went to get his coffee out of the cup holder and where they are in such a hurry they didnt have the lid snapped down and hot coffee poured all over his lap and leg he was wearing shorts. There hurried behavior could have caused serious injury. I called the manager and told her what happened she said she would replace my order or refund my money. I guess she thought she put me on hold, because she preceded to talk to her cashiers on her headset and stated that supposedly they hadnt put the lid on the coffee and supposedly it spilled on my husbands lap. I requested my money back she said ok shed leave the info with the night manager i could take my receipt up there and ask for Kinsey. When my husband got home from worked we went up there. I asked the girl at the counter if i could speak with Kinsey only to find out she was the manager i spoke with earlier. She got the night mamager and started telling her about the conversation with the morning manager only to keep getting interupted numerous times by the girl at the counter, Everytime i started to speak she would interupt me again. I am 61 yrs old and worked in the food industry for years we were never supposed to talk to anyon like that that is very rude and very bad customer service . Well she wouldnt let me get a word in so i finally told them to keep my money and that we wouldnt be back where she then said ok and have a good night really loud. My husband could have been seriously injured and they only thing they were going to do was offer a replacement cup of coffee. I will go elsewhere from now on where people arent rude and listen to customers.

This McDonald's is the worst in Austin,TX. The Drive thru has an extremely long wait time even with both lanes open. Going inside is no better. You can stand at the counter screaming and no one will answer you. You are an inconvenience to them! No one is asking for them to wait on customers hand and foot, but show some respect, say, "Hi".

I told the people at the register, and after waiting 10 minutes still no one has come to clean them. There are only 4 other people inside. These people don't care! Going to another McD's for our food.

Perhaps some of the tables were cola, but the table I cleaned Worth paper towels from the bathroom was thick gooey syrup. After being there 35 minutes, still no one came to clean the tables.
