McDonald's Mcdonald’s breakfast

I order mac Donald’s this morning for me and my daughter at exactly 8:23 and it Took more then a [censored]ing hour to come it arrived at 9:31 , and it Was STONE COLD when it arrived I am absolutely appalled by this , the food wasn’t even edible I nearly threw up! I will NEVER order mac Donald’s again from just eat and i DEMAND to be compensated for this!

McDonald's Breakfast meal

Hi I recently visited McDonald’s on the strand road in Derry/ Londonderry.. I ordered a mighty McMuffin meal with a large cappuccino to which I paid over 6 pound for … to begin, I revived a muffin with one egg in it; no meat, clearly not a McMuffin and my coffee was the most disappointing thing of all.. I felt it was a bit light so I opened it and it was less than half full; the foam did not look right so I closed the lid and lightly swayed it in circles to mix it a tad, when I opened it it was pure white, as though there was no coffee in it to begin with! Very very disappointed, for these rising prices, the quality would either need to improve or stay the same, waste of money, I feel I’ll never return, I have photo evidence of the coffee and I’ll be sharing this info with my peers!

McDonald's My food and customer service

Hi I’m hoping I’ve come to the right place for help I spent over £33 on food via the app and had it delivered to my home address it arrived cold I phoned the restaurant who gave me a number for Uber I then phoned Uber and they said they could help me in getting a refund as their driver delivered on time so the passed the blame back to McDonald’s so I phoned McDonald’s ( Hucknall) back who then said if I go on the app I’d be able to request a refund as the only option they can offer is my my hole order to be re done but I’d have to find transport to collect from hucknall McDonald’s I’m unable to do this as I have 4 young Children and don’t drive so I phoned again for a contact number and they just gave me the same one is already spoken to this is very upsetting my food wasn’t edible it was that cold even my hot drink was cold and McDonald’s have offered me no support in this matter I have could you please help me kind regards miss k bramley

McDonald's Sweet chilli wrap

Today at approximately 1330 I ordered a Crispy Sweet Chilli Wrap from MCDONALDS MIDDLEBROOK RETAIL PARK. I then drove to my desired destination to eat the wrap only for it to be Grilled. Disgusting. I was unable to eat it.

I would have gone back to the restaurant had I not had an appointment and am sure they would have sorted but not possible today and now I’m out of pocket.

Claimed loss: £1.99

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a free meal to compensate as I do use McDonald’s alot

McDonald's Customer service

On the evening of January 2nd 2024 at around 9:30pm i entered the McDonald at 8901 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136. I ordered on the kiosk but had to pay at the register because I had half cash and half on my apple pay. When going to the register the employee, Tiffany, cashed out the transaction by hitting the 50 cash button on the register. Annoyed by that, she then told us that the money comes out of her paycheck. She then tells us we need to go back to redo the order. I asked her if she could just reorder the items at the register and she said no. So we order the food again and go back to the register to pay. The pos machines were shut down so we had to wait for them to restart. This took over 5 min and Tiffany was very rude tapping her fingernails the whole time. Finally the pos machine starts and we paid the cash but had issues with the cash app payment. Tiffany being very unpatient told us she was canceling the order and we had to go to the drive through being after 10. We told her we walked and she told us it wasn’t her problem. We asked to speak to hee manger and she told us she was the manager but wouldn’t give us her full name. Frustrated we took the bags of food we paid for in the cash but Tiffany would up taking the ice creams and ran us out of the store. She then came at me in a threatening mannner and threw the the ice cream at me. Just to note Tiffany was about 5’9 and around 200 lbs complaredee to my 5 ft 110 lbs stature. They were very unprofessional and in the we did pay for the transaction but we never got the some of the food or the ice creams.

Desired outcome: Tiffany being fired for threatening to hurt me

McDonald's Cajun burger from McDonald's in Beaufort West

Bought a burger at Beaufort West McDonald's on the 27th December 2023. My family was travelling from Cape Town had lunch in Beaufort West. The product received was not good. The lettuce was brown and smelly, the chicken patty was burned not as crispy like usual. It also happened when we were travelling to Cape Town on the 24th December 2023 and continued to give them benefit of the doubt and went back again on the 27th December 2023. But yet we received food not in good condition and we waited for more than 10mins and no one said anything, not even telling us the delay regarding our order and we were travelling to Free State Bloemfontein.

The company called me a day later regarding the matter saying that they will give a free meal when I'm in Beaufort West and I explained on my complain to their company that I'm not from there. But yet I still received an email saying the matter has been resolved. I'm not happy about how they handled the matter, I feel their phone was just calm me down regarding this matter.

It is such an embarrassing matter for an international company to be service people such food poor quality. I am so disappointed about everything that transpired.

Desired outcome: Close that mcdonald's in Beaufort West as it will keep serving people such food or give me my money back as we didn't eat those burgers.

I passed through the drive thru at 11:01pm for a doble cheese and the girl at the window send me to park and 15 minutes past and I decided to go again thru the drive thru at 11:16pm and they gave me the hamburger all cold and in the receive it said that it was ready by 11:02pm. It is a bad service to give the food all cold and make people to wait for it and give it all cold.

McDonald's Employee attitudes

I visited Mc Donald’s for lunch on 12/19/23. I was waiting on takeout when my number (218) was called as I approached the counter another customer stepped up and asked the girl a question and she walked off with my order her and another employee came back to counter and the the young girl told the older employee (female) about people not picking up their order the older employee told her to serve cold food. I told them I was here waiting and the older employee slammed by food and drink on the counter. I will not patronize that establishment again.

McDonald's Supposed to give refund but charge you for the refund

Went to mc Donald at 31707 Hwy 16 in Denham Springs I had ordered a Frozen Coke And Diet Coke and when got my Receipt it said a medium frozen coke and a medium fries and I had ordered a medium diet coke so they said they would give me a refund for my diet coke but instead charged me for the whole order and never took off the fries I am furious and will never go back to that McDonalds ever again Thank you the Rachel and Tracey Swan

McDonald's Wrong order

Sunday 10 th December After driving through the drive through the order of 5 chicken selects meal the item that I was given wasn’t chicken selects some sort of round things in a select box I phoned the restaurant to see if they could deliver the right order the staff member who refused to identify themselves or the duty manager was very rude saying bring it back I explained I couldn’t return it to the restaurant as my wife now has the car so now my daughter is now without her food because of a mistake of McDonald’s staff Please advise on how to proceed

My family and I went into this restaurant and it was disgusting, the food was terrible the service was horrible and the place its self was dirty and gross. The soda machine was dirty the floor was dirty. I get it is being and places are under staffed but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I am not sure how this place was not closed by the board of health. The bathroom was dirty as well.

McDonald's Poor service in shop. Incorrect order

Arrived at team valley McDonald’s and placed order at 7.13pm. 13 just eat delivery drivers waiting for orders and around 20 normal customers. Also a queue of about 20 cars in drive thru. Plenty of customer complaining about long waiting times, eventually got my order at 7.50 pm. Fast food I think not. Got into car. Looked at order to see it was incorrect. Went back in to see if it could be rectified. Waited another 10 mins to get correct orders. Got fed up and left with incorrect order to the disappointment of kids.

Looking at the young staff they looked absolutely overwhelmed by it all. I felt for the young lady on the desk as she was bombarded with complaint after complaint. No sign of a manager .

In my opinion I think you have ruined the experience of going to McDonald in store as it’s just carnage with just eat drivers. The store was totally overwhelmed. A good manager would have closed the doors until the back log had been caught up.
