My family and I went into this restaurant and it was disgusting, the food was terrible the service was horrible and the place its self was dirty and gross. The soda machine was dirty the floor was dirty. I get it is being and places are under staffed but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I am not sure how this place was not closed by the board of health. The bathroom was dirty as well.

McDonald's Poor service in shop. Incorrect order

Arrived at team valley McDonald’s and placed order at 7.13pm. 13 just eat delivery drivers waiting for orders and around 20 normal customers. Also a queue of about 20 cars in drive thru. Plenty of customer complaining about long waiting times, eventually got my order at 7.50 pm. Fast food I think not. Got into car. Looked at order to see it was incorrect. Went back in to see if it could be rectified. Waited another 10 mins to get correct orders. Got fed up and left with incorrect order to the disappointment of kids.

Looking at the young staff they looked absolutely overwhelmed by it all. I felt for the young lady on the desk as she was bombarded with complaint after complaint. No sign of a manager .

In my opinion I think you have ruined the experience of going to McDonald in store as it’s just carnage with just eat drivers. The store was totally overwhelmed. A good manager would have closed the doors until the back log had been caught up.

About 15 minutes ago on 12/7/23 I got 2 mc chickens and value fries. I was told you don’t have a value menu for the 2nd time this week. The door entering the lobby states this is a safe place. At 8:15 am school kids are walking to school and need to know they can be safe. I stopped here to get my breakfast sandwhich and wanted to go inside to eat in a warm area. Nope not here, the lobby was locked. This was the third morning it was locked How can you advertise this is a safe place for kids when the lobby is always locked. Not to mention no restroom conviences

There's an Employee Whitney who is extremely rude to me every time I go to this establishment. I've heard her saying to another employee "I can't stand her" talking about me. I have a friend that works at that McDonald’s and they are afraid to speak up so I’m doing it for them. I just know his first name is Chris and he’s the manager at the McDonalds in Taft. He always has something to say to my friend. For example one day he told them “has anyone slapped the s**T out of you before”. That’s very inappropriate and everyday it’s something new.

McDonald's Order

Maybe one out of ten times my order is correct. I specifically ask for no onions due to the fact that I am allergic to them. My order today was for the 2 cheeseburger combo large sized, NO ONIONS, with a sweet tea, and a mcdouble, NO ONIONS. When I got home, my food in the bag consisted of cold fries, 2 cheeseburgers both WITH onions and a mcchicken. Whoever is bagging orders needs to pay more attention. It'll be awhile before I try them again. I don't blame the drivethru order taker/money collector or the employee giving out the food that is bagged and handed to them. Most of them are very friendly.

The last 3 Big Macs I have had had so much special sauce it ruined the sandwich. All you can taste is the sauce. It oozed out and was a total mess. I’ve been eating big Mac’s for 40 years. Too bad you ruined your signature sandwich. I will not order another one only to be disappointed. Oh yeah the burgers and middle bun squeeze out also. The phone goes to a cell phone which is never answered.. Your order is almost always wrong and they don't want to fix it when you take it in, the service is awful it takes forever to get your food if it is even right, and when your on a lunch break the wait is awful.. McDonald's The production of the staff

Ordered though door dash for the second time very frustrated with my order at first they forgot my mcflurry which was the very reason for getting McDonald's and the my holiday pies were not done on top of that my burger was lukewarm...but Still my delivery driver waited 13 minutes...fkn' terrible service. Couldn't get a full refund. I guess it's a bunch of kids working today cause its fricken trash service on Erie Blvd in Syracuse at least 2 times a week.

McDonald's McDonald’s on N Euclid Pgh PA

This is the WORST chain. There is always an issue or rude service. Tonight after placing my mobile order at 6:33pm, I arrived to pickup and was told they were closed. I stated the order had been placed and paid for through the app. The manager stated she would check on it. After waiting an half an hour, I was told by another employee the manager shut off the system at 6pm. The manager never came back to inform me of my order. I was not given an explanation as to why they were closed. When I asked how I was to be refunded the manager shrugged and walked away. The mobile app says now serving dinner until 9:59. I was freezing by this point and left to go to Wendy’s. This is seriously the worst restaurant! I have no idea how they’re still in operation! I want compensation for this and the order!

McDonald's Everyone that worked night shift 11-15-2023

They would not try to understand that they took my money but not willing to look for my order. I showed as much proof I could thru my phone to over 3to4 different employees. We spent over a hour trying to get them to give me what I paid for. The response I received was my card was still pending. I explained to them they were still going to receive the money, It says pending sometimes. But the money was deducted from my account. All in all I still sat there longer than a hour and still did not receive my food. The money was snatched from my card. This location is horrible and they help create a bad environment. Corporate should look into honestly. I will not be going back
