I ordered 2 plain hamburgers.I realized that they probably won't come with mustard and ketchup.So I told the order person I meant regular hamburgers.He assured me he would give me regular hamburgers.I also explained it to the cashier.She assured me I would get my order changed to regular hamburgers.So I accepted my order from the cashier and they lied.I did not get the order I was told I would get.Coming back for a correction is time consuming.
Claimed loss: You can't make up for lost time.This was totally irresponsable and deliberatly done.
Desired outcome: A refund does not make for a missed dinner, the lies and frustration I went through.
