Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing this concern about the Big Mac, which costs $18. That I ordered on November 4th, 2023.

I am honestly disappointed with the Big Mac that I ordered. When I opened it, I saw that my food was poorly made. The buns are of bad quality, like it’s been stocked for a long time and now it's being used. And after further checking, I can already see the vegetables are in a mess. It's not even inside the burger, it's on the outside. And the appearance of the Big Mac in the sign, which is big and appetizing, didn't even come close when I finally had it. The texture of the food is far from great and the size is not as advertised. However, I can say that the Big Mac tasted good.
