McDonald's Cant Order Breakfast

So this morning i started an order from the app , asked each one of my family members what they wanted and placed an order. I left the house 5 mins later (already paid and the app was trying to give directions). As soon as i am about to turn into the restaurant, the app tells me my order was cancelled. Ive never had this happen to me. I know they have time to start the order what happened to the food ? The manager of the store had to be the one to do this. Never going to this location again, Thanks for nothing. (Still waiting for refund)

McDonald's Péssimo app

O que deveria ser o diferencial do aplicativo acaba sendo a maior dor de cabeça. Quando eu faço a pesquisa dos cupons, pede para verificar quais cidades estados participando e ao clicar, ele redireciona pro site, que redireciona pro app, ficando nesse passa e repassa. No site, pelo navegador em computadores, você nem pode ver a lista de restaurantes participantes...
desistindo do Mac e indo pro Burguer King. Ao menos as promoções e app são reais...
E o Mac do uber eats sempre tem promoção e sempre tá bugada, não deixa escolher os acompanhamentos, então não deixa completar o pedido por que não pode escolher mais de uma vez o mesmo item (no caso, batatas.)

McDonald's TERRIBLE ATENCIÓN

en el Mc Donald de la 51B de Barranquilla a las 4:51 pm por el automac a solicitar mi orden de dos conos de vainilla que no hay servicio de heladería y nos ofrecen el combo del día el que aceptamos pero pedimos información sobre otra hamburguesa y ya nos piden q avanzara porque se acabo el tiempo de la orden y dirigirme a la ventanilla a cancelar no permitiendo elegir la otra hamburguesa y en caja nuevamente nos dan in trato muy descortés cuando se pide explicación sobre la hamburguesa. Pedimos hablar con la Manager la que no solucionó nada sino q el tiempo se había terminado. Cabe aclara que éramos el único vehículo todo este tiempo. Ni disculpas nos dieron

McDonald's Funny, I JUST LOST MY POINTS TOO

How can a corporation this big have the worst app on the internet? If it’s not telling me I can’t order something at 4:30 pm because it’s breakfast it’s telling me I can’t order at all because it’s not open as people pick up their orders at the drive-thru.

NOW I GET A MESSAGE SAYING MY POINTS (a lot of points) ARE ABOUT TI EXPIRE and when I stop the next day, NOTHING. Can’t order, can’t check my points can’t even log in again, NOTHING! It’s like the app doesn’t even know who I am?

WAIT, why don’t I just reinstall the app and return to McDonald Land? Well, because I can’t get past the “Country” part of set up BECAUSE THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA ISN'T AN OPTION! Are you freaking kidding me McDonald’s?

You know what else is funny? This never happens at Wendy’s….

So I ordered my food and got a spicy sandwich deluxe and when I got it it wasn’t deluxe it was just a spicy sandwich, so I sent it back and they made it again and the sandwich wasn’t even hot and the manager on duty was not very nice and when I went to go get a cup of water she gave me the cup and held it and I had to grab it out her hand and she is nasty and very rude to certain customers

Not open 24 hours. Serving only Door Dash customers. Not accepting customers after 1:30 am. Not serving customers because we are preparing for breakfast, that would mean you are closed. Not serving customers because every night you reboot your computers, that means you are closed. Not serving customers because you are short staffed, that means you are closed.

McDonald's McDonald's food

In March 2023 I went to a McDonald's in 29 palms California. I ordered a mcdouble and happy meal. I noticed that the mcdouble had a lot of ketchup in it but since I like ketchup I ate the sandwich. My wife said she didn't want the happy meal so I eat that to. About 2 hours later I was throwing up badly. I felt incredibly bad and stomach was in knots. My head felt like a balloon and head ache was bad. I called the McDonald's and reported to them what happened. The seemed to busy to care but said they would inform there manager. After a couple days I went to the hospital for care, food poisoning. I called back again I talked to the manager who referred me to there insurance company. There insurance said did you get a stool sample.? I said no I just did what the hospital wanted me to do... There insurance denied my claim right there. It's baloney as my hospital said I had food poisoning. McDonald's representative seemed not to care either about my getting sick. I am looking for an attorney to help. Thank you

My husband and I went through the drive through at 11:14pm and ordered almost $30 worth of food and I was very put off by the fact that not only was our food cold but my sandwich which is supposed to have lettuce had none. McDonald's Managing staff

My husband went through drive thru on 4/1/24. He paid with a 100 dollar bill which one of the old bills from before. As soon as lady took it she said it was fake and she could not accept. She ran through no machine nor used any type of marker to check if it really was fake or not. My husband handed her another 100 bill but it was a new one and she took it without problem. He asked for the other bill she refused to give. He waited in parking lot until I got there and we went in I asked the manager if she could shoe me the bill was fake. She replied with the machine was too heavy to bring to counter I then asked for her to use the fake bill marker and she replied that the marker did not work. I asked then how she knew it was fake she said just look at it. I asked her name she would not provide but she had a manager white shirt on. The crew was laughing and making smart remarks and one even took out her cell phone to record while laughing. The manager herself kept laughing as I kept asking for her to show that the bill was fake. She did not give any receipt for the bill and would not give contact info. As walking out of resturaunt the crew started laughing loud and saying things to which manager allowed for them to do. This is very unprofessional and who is she to decide if a bill is fake just because it was old if she didnt have any way to show it. I will post everywhere possible about this manager and the service received as well as the disrespect shown until this is resolved. This lady should not be manager at all heck she couldn't even speak english good thing I speak spanish. This is ridiculous that people get treated this way

McDonald's Food wait and cold

I got it online a double Big Mac meal a 20 piece nugget and a order of medium order of no salt fries and a medium sweet tea

This is what I got two medium orders of salted fries that were cold and unsweetened tea after a 15 minute wait at the door because they couldn't give me my order at the drive-thru window I called and spoke to quotation marks the manager quotation marks who clearly wasn't and insisted that we got unsalted fries

Then offered me a free order of fries when I come back now do you really think I'm going to come back for an order of fries it wasn't even busy so there was no need for me to wait for my food cuz the food was cold

McDonald's 3 orders of fries employee would only give us to ketchup packets

2/29/2024 visited the Stillwater Oklahoma McDonald's on McElroy at about 1145 p.m! We ordered 2 quarter pound meals 2 mcdoubles and a small fry which makes a total of 3 orders of fries spend $28.00! We asked for ketchup and he gave us 2 packets! We asked for some more and told us we would have to pay for it! So with 3 orders of fries we are suppose to share 2 packets? Pretty bad when only get one packet for a order but want us to share a packet cause would only give 2 packets! McDonald's so broke that the customers can't get ketchup for there old cold fries! Think your prices r over rated for sure when u can't even get the condiment that goes with the Fry's! My ? is there a shortage of ketchup cause Everytime ingo to McDonald's have to fight for some ketchup to go with my fries!

McDonald's Racist manager and refund money needed

Mcdonalds at 11230 old st. Augustine rd. In jjacksonville, florida. The manager/cashier was horribly rude I handed him the cash then I put 2 coins on the counter because he wasnt ready to be handed the coins and he screamed at me “ oh u couldn’t walit until I was done and hand them to me”. He treated me like he thought I was a white man oppressing a black man to pick up 2 coins.. I honestly meant no disrespect at all and was shocked by his rude attitude. He refused to pick the coins up and was so rude to me and wouldnt complete my order. I asked for my money back he refused to give it back. I asked for mgr. He said he was it. I left without my kids food because I did mot want to deal with him it was so toxic. I am owed $16.30 for my order and I want that money back. It was a terrible experience. Sat Jan 17th when trying to use the kiosk there was smeared snot all over it. My spouse said it had been there several days. Everyone had something nasty on it. We asked one of the girls to clean it. which she did but just that one. when asked how often she cleaned them she said never. Shouldn't they be just as important if not more than the tables? More people touch them than the tables.

McDonald's Disrespect/rude/lack of. Concern/hateful

Me and my husband are dashers we picked up a customer order for door dash. McDonald's being one of my fav fast food places I decided to grab something as well I ordered a buy one get one free quarter pounder, one w/ mayo & cheese only the other ketchup and cheese only and I used my rewards for a free LG frappe arriving at the window we were told it's 10$ and sum. odd change we attempted to explain that the frappe was bought with my points rewards. And they began getting rude and had a very bad attitude the drive thru windiw cashier a white female hollered at her manager stating we were again complaining about that ~DAMM ~ frappe.In the end paid for everything plus my rewards points were used even though we still paid cash out dash customers food was getting cold and Late. So the whole ordeal left me without points without a tip from fash customer and coste more money than was supposed to be on top of the quarter pounder both were mayo and cheese even the receipt shows two different toppings for each

they were EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL unprofessional RUDE, HATEFUL AND VERY UNAPPROACHABLE, UNDER EDUCATED AND NOT AT ALL ANYONE I WOULD WANT WORKING FOR ME.

Service is beyond horrible! Workers talk about customers as they were shuffling creations, that don't remember what they had ordered for themselves. I live near by the restaurant,if you can call it that. It rarely can produce the majority of what's listed on their menu. I suspect due to broken machinery from a lazy work crew and their lack of cleanline...

McDonald's Slow service and restaurant was very untidy

Called to Northwood santry with my niece and nephew used kiosk for ordering tables were full of empty food and tray had to clean our table and dispose of food also found a cloth and washed down table we had number 404 for our food no receipt in kiosk service was maybe 15 mins for food. In that time no one cleaned tables plenty of orderly’s had to be asked for again in my opinion it was not that busy but the staff could move a little better

I order mac Donald’s this morning for me and my daughter at exactly 8:23 and it Took more then a [censored]ing hour to come it arrived at 9:31 , and it Was STONE COLD when it arrived I am absolutely appalled by this , the food wasn’t even edible I nearly threw up! I will NEVER order mac Donald’s again from just eat and i DEMAND to be compensated for this!

McDonald's Breakfast meal

Hi I recently visited McDonald’s on the strand road in Derry/ Londonderry.. I ordered a mighty McMuffin meal with a large cappuccino to which I paid over 6 pound for … to begin, I revived a muffin with one egg in it; no meat, clearly not a McMuffin and my coffee was the most disappointing thing of all.. I felt it was a bit light so I opened it and it was less than half full; the foam did not look right so I closed the lid and lightly swayed it in circles to mix it a tad, when I opened it it was pure white, as though there was no coffee in it to begin with! Very very disappointed, for these rising prices, the quality would either need to improve or stay the same, waste of money, I feel I’ll never return, I have photo evidence of the coffee and I’ll be sharing this info with my peers!
