Store location Pilot Knob Missouri ordered on July 10th 2023 around 1:30 pm cst. I ordered a cheeseburger and a couple other items, but the cheeseburger was awful. The burger itself was so small and thin I couldn't even see with the top bun on. Also almost everytime I go there I am asked to pull off to the sideso they can bring my order to me when there is no one else in the line.

Curbside order placed at 8:20 a.m. & paid in full on 07/10/2023.The order was supposed to be brought out between 8:24-8:25. I waited in spot three until 8:42 then went thru the drive thru window to inquire, where I sat in line for ten minutes. After notifying the employees I waited another five minutes in spot three. In all I waited until 8:47 am, which is a total of 47 minutes after placing the order thru the app. I chose to order this way so I could take advantage of the less time waiting in line when orders are placed on line. The G.M brought the food and lectured me that they were looking for five minutes for me and I wasn't in my spot! I kindly informed her that was because I spent ten minutes in line. She proceeded to carry on in her condescending unprofessional unnecessary tone as if I was a incompetent child. Subject: Complaint about Rude and Ignorant Staff

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the behavior of the staff at your McDonald's location. As a delivery rider who frequently visits your establishment, I have encountered numerous instances where the staff have demonstrated extreme rudeness and ignorance towards me and my fellow riders.

Firstly, I would like to emphasize that I take pride in my work and strive to provide efficient and professional service to your customers. However, it has become increasingly challenging due to the unwarranted mistreatment I have experienced from your staff. On several occasions, I have been subjected to derogatory comments and demeaning gestures that have left me feeling disrespected and humiliated.

Moreover, it is deeply concerning that your staff has been asking delivery riders not to visit your establishment. As delivery riders, we play an integral role in ensuring that your customers receive their orders promptly and enjoy your food in the comfort of their own homes. It is both disappointing and disheartening to be met with such discouragement from the very staff who represent your brand.

I believe that every customer, including delivery riders, should be treated with respect and courtesy. It is essential for the staff to understand that their behavior has a direct impact on the reputation of your establishment and the overall customer experience. As such, I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this issue and rectify the conduct of your staff members.

I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the steps you plan to take to address the issue. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and work towards improving the conduct of your staff members. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

i also attached a video of many rides of waiting for food but staff do not really pay attention.

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers only got one it was cold the apple pie was cold as well as the large fries it was way overpriced considering what I received I'm a loyal long-term consumer at McDonald's I usually go to Tifton to order the exact same order but now I won't I want a refund my receipt number I don't see it but will definitely post a negative Google review it's unfortunate [protected]

Today 5/7/2023 at 15.48.30 I visited 0601 store, Heads of the Valley road, SkewenSA10 7DR.

I ordered chicken mayo burger amongst other items totalling £22.15p

When I picked my order up after paying I then discovered after pulling away from take away going home, I discovered I had a Chicken Sandwich instead of Chicken Burger. And much more expensive.

I am a disabled pensioner and am very cross with this. Sadly not the 1st time they made an error and if I`m correct not the 1st time I have complained to no avail. Not acceptable.

My meal was horrible, I ordered 1 big Mac which the bottom bun was as hard as a rock, and 4 regular cheese burgers, the cheese burgers had some kind of processed cheese food, when did you start using that garbage? I don't think it's even classified as a food, then the restaurant had 6 screens to order from so I made my selections and paid, other patrons came in and ordered after I did and I waited for my order and waited and waited 10...15 minutes later the manager asked me my number and it wasn't even being filled..so awful food, poor service equals an f, and I will never eat at a MD's as long as you use that God awful processed orange stuff, I would however like a full refund

I was heading to an event in Apopka FL (3141 state rd 436) & I placed an app order to pick up when I arrived. I changed the location in the app & when I arrived the app told me I was at the wrong location & my order was waiting for me at my home location 20 miles away. This is highly inconvenient as the drive thru queue is extremely long (which I was trying to avoid by using the app) due to the event I am attending. I cannot be late & I do not have time to wait in the queue. Now I will not get to eat. Thank you McDonalds & your useless app. Never use it again. It sucks.
