My meal was horrible, I ordered 1 big Mac which the bottom bun was as hard as a rock, and 4 regular cheese burgers, the cheese burgers had some kind of processed cheese food, when did you start using that garbage? I don't think it's even classified as a food, then the restaurant had 6 screens to order from so I made my selections and paid, other patrons came in and ordered after I did and I waited for my order and waited and waited 10...15 minutes later the manager asked me my number and it wasn't even being filled..so awful food, poor service equals an f, and I will never eat at a MD's as long as you use that God awful processed orange stuff, I would however like a full refund

I was heading to an event in Apopka FL (3141 state rd 436) & I placed an app order to pick up when I arrived. I changed the location in the app & when I arrived the app told me I was at the wrong location & my order was waiting for me at my home location 20 miles away. This is highly inconvenient as the drive thru queue is extremely long (which I was trying to avoid by using the app) due to the event I am attending. I cannot be late & I do not have time to wait in the queue. Now I will not get to eat. Thank you McDonalds & your useless app. Never use it again. It sucks.

No point
To be honest this app losses it value after the first week or so. All the deals go away, and your just left with deals like “Buy 70 riyals worth of food and save 1 riyal”. They put “deals” that aren’t even deals. They are the same price with or without the app. I don’t know what the point of this application even is.
