I feel that the charging for sauce is ridiculous! I went through and got fry’s and a drink and I asked for sauce at the window for my fry’s. I only asked for one ranch and the worker said that it would be 42 cents! This is ridiculous! No point
To be honest this app losses it value after the first week or so. All the deals go away, and your just left with deals like “Buy 70 riyals worth of food and save 1 riyal”. They put “deals” that aren’t even deals. They are the same price with or without the app. I don’t know what the point of this application even is.
I have a problem with the application
(Ooops! Something went wrong!) this message always appears in the application and can’t access it for the last two days. It was working but After I transferred most of my applications from the old iPhone it stopped working. please tell me how to fix it as I removed it many times and re-installed it but with no changes.
Never works
I've been trying to use the app for 2 years and it's always says “it’s not you-it’s us!” with the error code “ DCH-NET-VAL-400-DIF-400.4”, McDonald's was always my best restaurant growing up and it makes me sad to see this app not working on my iPhone 7, I hope the developers of this app see this and finally fix this issue.

Came to macdonalds for a back of fries and no one was in the speaker . I been trying to make an order from the first window and they said you have to go around the line . I was in the line but no one was on the speaker to take my order. This happen at macdonalds Severn maryland on 6/22/2022.

Service
I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before I left the person taking orders kept telling us to hold on and no one was at the window when we left. They refuse to do their job because it's almost shift change for them and that's not fair to the customers that are on our way to work and just trying to get coffee.the problem gets taking care of for a week and they go back to doing the same thing.
Desired outcome: These managers for the night crew never want to come to the window they need to be on the workers to do the job.
Employee cursing and being very mean and unprofessional. Very scary.
