McDonald's

good morning, i received horrible customer service at the McDonalds in Clinton Mississippi store#5832. I came to McDonalds around 6:15am and ordered a mcgriddle combo. I was asked to pull up and someone would bring my food out to me which never happened. After waiting on my food for 15 minutes i decided to go inside and wait, finally a representative came out with my food with no apology for having me wait so long and then went to my car to discover food was still cold no napkins nor jelly and i paid $9.46 i will not be returning to that location customer service is horrible they don't even say good morning or thank you.
