McDonald's

I went to McDonald's drive thru on 6/28/2023 at 2851 Sheridan Street Hollywood FL 33020 at 3:33 p.m. I placed my order for small fry and medium diet coke. I went to the first window and told them what I ordered and handed them my card. The person at the window was taking an order while charging my card. My card was returned and I went to the next window. The worker there said are you the one with a couple orders? I said no and what I ordered. I received my small fry and medium diet coke and headed on my way. When I made it home to Davie FL I saw my bank statement that my fries and medium soda was $13.14 so I knew that was not correct so I looked for my receipt and found that I was charged for 20 McNuggets, and a Large fry. I called the store number on the receipt for over an hour and noone answered.
