McDonald's

Twice now, my wife and I have gone to the McDonalds in Palmer, AK. and have literally waited between 25 - 30 minutes for our simple order. They were running at full staff both times. We also came in at non-peek hours. When we finally received our orders, it looked like they threw the meat on the buns because half the meat and cheese was in the wrapper. This also happened with my wife's fish fillet. The tarter sauce was in the wrapper and the cheese was half way on the fish. The man in front of us said he's used to it. It took them 20 minutes to get him a cup of coffee. There is NO reason for such delays in a fast food restaurant, especially when they were fully staffed. We've eaten at numerous other McDonalds and have never had this kind of delay or carelessness when putting together a simple cheeseburger or fish fillet.
