Highly recommend! *** and *** were great to work with. They recently replaced my roof and made the whole process a breeze. They took care of all the leg work getting through insurance. They were knowledgeable, very responsive, and their team did a great job with the actual replacement. They even removed some old antennas we had. If you want your roof replaced, go with them.

A #1 company. They did my siding, roof, gutters and fascia on my home and did a great job in barely any time at all. They were great from the start and worked with me and my insurance company quickly to get the job approved and completed. The owner was great to deal with and knew the answers to all my questions. Vincent Exteriors did an outstanding job from beginning to end! We got our roof and siding replaced and it was extremely easy to work with them to get the job completed. They were fast, friendly and professional. It is hard today to find companies that stand by their word and do what they say, but Vincent Exteriors restored my faith that there are still excellent companies still around! Vincent and team recently replaced our roof, siding, gutters, and downspouts after a storm. He and his team provided outstanding service and customer support throughout the process. They truly are a one-stop shop when it comes to exterior remodeling. They showed up and completed the work on the exact schedule promised and finished the job in no time at all. This is a great company with fantastic ownership. They were great from the beginning to the end of the job and were courteous, friendly, efficient and on time with everything. Best thing was-I barely had to deal with the insurance company, as Vincent and his people handled everything with them. They replaced my roof and gutters, downspouts and fascia which were hail damaged and did it right the first time, which is unusual these days. Thanks Vincent well refer you to all our neighbors.

Vincent and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutter system after a storm. Everything was accomplished on time and the crew did an outstanding job from beginning to end, including the clean-up afterward. This company even did all of the work with the insurance company. The claims adjuster *** was also great explaining the whole process and even gave us another contractor for a smaller job. The clincher was they even picked up half of our insurance deductible! Great job by a great company!

Everyone we interacted with was very professional and helpful. Our roof has several levels to it and the team performing our installation worked very hard and did a great job. We saw them in our neighborhood and asked them to come over. Every person and subcontractor associated with Vincent Exteriors were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Vincent definitely had project plan and timeline and they guided us through the process every step of the way and answered and followed up with any concerns we had. They also stuck to their timelines. We also had asked for several color samples and they were glad to bring them over. Finally, cleaned up after themselves each day that they were here

We worked with Vincent Exteriors on replacing our current roof that had suffered some hail damage.They made the process seamless by working with the insurance company on our behalf till the claim was approved, and did a timely and high quality job with the roof replacement. A couple of minor issues that were encountered were quickly resolved, which is a testament to the customer service oriented nature of the company. We are pleased with our new roof, and are glad we chose to go with Vincent exteriors who made such a major project stress free for us!

Vincent Exteriors has done work on several houses on our block and everyone is completely satisfied with results. We had them replace both roof and siding. They did very nice work and were responsive start to finish. Willing to work around our schedule to have projects completed and took the time to do work properly, even though took a bit longer than planned. We had some out of the ordinary trim work that needed to be completed and these guys took care of it without any issues. We have never had roof or siding work done before, but can't go wrong with Vincent.

The customer service was fantastic and *** took the time to walk us through all of our questions. *** was accessible by email, text, and phone and typically replied within minutes. Our house looks ***, the color combination that Vincent helped us select looks perfect, and we have already started receiving compliments about our house. There are a number of houses in our neighborhood that have chosen Vincent Exteriors and we are all thrilled with the finished product. Highly Recommended! We contacted Vincent Exteriors after seeing the company working in the neighborhood on a few homes. I called and inquired about the process. In about a week we had a person stop by to explain the process and timing. Once we decided the process was very simple and fast. From the moment we inquired in getting our siding and roof done and having the work done it was about 5 weeks. During the installation of the siding and roof both *** and *** were available for all of our questions and concerns. Once the work was done, we were told if we had any issues to contact them. About a year later, we had an issue with a down spot that expanded over winter and was leaking. I called *** and explained the situation, he immediately said they would take care of it and it would be done within *** days. To our surprise after 4 days we had a crew at our home changing the down spot. It was done perfectly!When they say their work is guaranteed it truly is!

Vincent Exteriors transformed our home and our neighborhood. *** and his teams sided my home, and completed siding and/or roofing projects at three of the rental homes I own. Everything he promised, he delivered. I teach a college customer relationship management class, so I understand what excellent customer service looks like. The *** teams worked very hard at each property to make sure the projects were done with the highest degree of workmanship. Any issues during the projects were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. *** personally checked in with me frequently to ensure I was happy throughout the duration of each project. He also generously authorized work that was outside the initial scope of the project that he knew would improve the finished product. *** and his crews understand that if they exceed the expectations of every customer, people will tell their story to other homeowners. Everyone in my neighborhood has the same high opinion of Vincent Exteriors as I do. I have told a very positive story about them to all of my friends, which is the best endorsement I can provide.

Very professional and efficient in both their on-site operations and the background financial/paperwork aspects of their business. They made the process extremely easy for us. They handled our new roof and new siding on the same day, got it all done on that one day and you would never know they had been there. I personally watched them go over my entire yard with some kind of a rolling magnet to pick up stray building materials very thorough! There was also some personal touches added: 1) one of the workers got my attention to tell me my side doorbell was not working. I told him I knew about it and that it wasnt anything they did. The next thing I know they are installing a new doorbell! 2) Near the end of the job, one of the workers told me our black house numbers would not show up very well with our new siding (oh yay I get to go out and find and install new numbers, I thought unenthusiastically). The next thing I knew he pulled out new numbers in a white reflective color and was installing them! 3) During my final walk through he looked over the fence and saw some of their debris in my neighbors yard he quickly got that cleaned up. I really appreciated that last one as the last thing I would want is to cause any kind of issue with my neighbors. I didnt even see it he did. Would I use them again absolutely! Would I recommend them to anyone else absolutely!
