Mid-February I was looking for help as to how to fix my embroidery machine. JustAnswer said they could help and it would cost just $5 (refundable if I wasn't happy). Great service!... They did find me someone to help me with my machine. And then I find out I was charged $80... and set up to pay $75 every month! Robbers! Never an email (or anything) asking if I wished to set up an account, or telling me my card was being charged. Nothing!

Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded!!!

The company saw my comment elsewhere...and quickly refunded my money. That being said, I never would have known my card was being charged if I wasn't in the habit of checking my credit card statement carefully and regularly.
