Sitejabber Dcomm Topperwein

Dcomm Inc is a very smooth deceptive organization. They overwhelm new hires with illusions of grandeur when they know many new hires will quit within two weeks to a month. The only employees that stay are the ones that have literally nowhere else to go. Dcomm staff have no regard for employees, only their salaries. You can climb the corporate ladder very easy in this company. All you have to do is screw over fresh employees while making yourself look good. I would say approximately fifty individuals are hired every month but leave before training is over. The rest become upset and quit.

They use extravagant tactics to steal money from employees. Dcomm empowers middle and lower managers to find ways to take back money employees have earned. CHARGEBACKS are legal as per employees signature upon employment. But most chargebacks are falsely created to get back money. Are you beginning to see how this scheme works. Quality assurance finds bad workmanship, then uses it to recharge part of the employees earnings. Dcomm over prices equipment you need to putting you in debt on the first day you start on your own. Dcomm will not take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. It always lands on the employee. I feel sorry for some of the employees because they are just trying to make honest money. They work long hours which amounts to ten dollars an hour. Your working in horrible conditions by yourself and noone will help you if unfortunate situations unfold. DCOMM is teaching our new young employees poor human characteristics. They try to manage employees from other locations, it fails miserably. They have a manager Jarro, spanish for miserable human being with poor management skills trying to manage from a different location.

Human Resource is Managers resource to get rid of employees. They use the at will Texas policy to get rid of any employee that doesn't follow their narrative. Do what I say or we will fire you without consequences. Texas really needs to start passing better legislation to take care of employees in this state. The at will policies and procedures work well for companies, but leave employees with no unemployment resources. Telecommunications is not a protected Industry, no arbitration or anything. DCOMM keeps your money for weeks expecting new employees to survive weeks before payments start. Taking advantage of Texas working policies is great for all organizations, but awful for employees. Ask HR Z.W., about ficticious chargebacks. Dcomm operates within the Texas state laws, they just have greedy moral values. Protected Industries have backing support when today's corrupted organizations have a revolving door policy that only serves the company.

Do not work for this nasty organization. They are looking for ways to take back the money that you earned. The end result is legally screwing employees out of money and making themselves richer. The supervisors and Managers are cowards and will not tell the truth because they will loose their jobs. Dcomm thinks they can outsmart their employees with deceptive tactics. Dcomm excels in law abiding deception, but fails in human morality. You can hide your deception in a sanctuary city for so long. They will damage you psyche, spirit, body and soul. Dcomm Inc. is better suited to run a prison. Greedy people always damage their souls and family members pay the consequences for years into the future.

Sitejabber Support posted review without consent and deleted account after I asked to fix the "continue" button

So when I was trying to file a complaint about Monkeytype in Sitejabber (I wrote the same thing as the Monkeytype complaint here), the continue button doesn't work. I double checked if I did anything wrong. And there's nothing wrong. So I contacted support and said the continue button was not working and I provided every stuff that I did there (like the rating and stuff like that) and I said it was a bug. I did press the checkbox (based on my experience) and it still doesn't work and I mentioned it there. I also noticed that my account was deleted or removed because I was inactive despite that I still have my account and I didn't notice it until I checked on Jul 31, 2025. And if you look at the pictures below, that's what I said to them (note that the first response is too long and couldn't be shown. So it's skipped to the 2nd response). If they respond next after that, I'll update it here

Ok. Sorry about that. I made a mistake on the date. When I checked my account on Jul 29, 2025, it said it was deleted. Sorry for the mistake that I did (I always kept thinking it was Jul 31, 2025 when it was not)

And here is the script (the whole conversation) just in case you cannot see the images (while I did skip the first response in the picture because it was lengthy, I'll show it here but it's shorten it down (marked as the term "EDITED" to represent the part is edited or shorten it down to reduce the amount of text and the term "[my name]" represents my name but not my actual real name in real life)):

The email topic name was: The continue button is not working
What I sent to them (Jul 27, 2025 at 12:05 PM (PST)): Hello! I tried to write a review about Monkeytype but I filled in the overall rating (2 stars), website (monkeytype.com), my review, date of experience, and pictures. However, when pressing the button, it doesn't do anything and it's a bug. I tried refreshing the page but nothing works. Here is the thing I wrote for each part:
- Overall rating: 2 stars
- Website: https://monkeytype.com
- My review (note that it's very long): In 2024, Monkeytype (the website https://monkeytype.com) banned me from using Monkeytype without a reason. The ban is my IP address, not my account. It doesn't say a reason why I was banned and does not mention how long I was banned. However, I did contact support (by email) but they never responded. Here is the response from what is happening here and I'll have a few pictures below (that is edited to make sure I don't share my IP address and stuff like that) (this is what happened in Sep 8, 2024 at 9:29 AM (PDT)) (anything styled like "[ example ]" with the brackets represents that I edited it because of a few reasons): [(EDITED) the conversation with Monkeytype support]
- There was no response from Monkeytype after that. Also, I did ask a question on why I was banned on Monkeytype on GitHub at [...] (EDITED)
- The pictures below (or above or wherever it is) shows the conversation with Monkeytype and a picture [...] (EDITED)
- Proof of purchase: None
- Did I press the checkbox (of based on my experience): Yes

I double checked and I didn't miss anything. So I don't know what is happening here

Sitejabber support (Jul 27, 2025 at 8:36 PM (PST)): Hi [my name], Thanks for reaching out! I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you please let me know the following?
- Browser/device you were using when the issue happened
- Were you logged in or logged out when the issue occurred?

Me (Jul 27, 2025 at 8:49 PM (PST)): I'm using Google Chrome and my account is logged in and it happened somewhere around noon or close to 12 PM

Sitejabber support (Jul 29, 2025 at 2:21 PM (PST)): Hi [my name], Thank you! We've uploaded your review and it should be published shortly. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Me (Jul 29, 2025 at 2:22 PM (PST)): Uploaded? I didn't ask to upload as if it is fixed, I would have to test it, not uploading it without permission and I didn't say upload

Me (2nd response at Jul 31, 2025 at 2:13 PM (PST)): And stop deleting my account for no reason

But after that, there was no response after that. I did send a new email to them saying to stop deleting my account. On Aug 3, 2025, I sent a new email to them about this:
Topic name of the email was: Did you do something to my account and checking in with the other thing
What I said to them (was very short): Hello. I don't know why you are not responding but you just deleted my account for no reason without any warning and I don't know why you uploaded my review (look at the other email I sent you like a week ago or something)

Then a few days later (Aug 9, 2025), I sent them a another email and said this:
Topic name: What did you just do to my account
What I said to them: Why did you delete my account for no reason? You're not supposed to do that without consent and you never asked me to delete it

This is the another email I sent to them on Aug 9, 2025 (again after a few hours) (note that I edited my email to the term "[my email address]"):
The topic name of the email was: Stop deleting my account and uploading reviews without consent
What I said to them (Aug 9, 2025 at 10:10 PM, PST)): Hello. Can you stop deleting my account for no reason ([my email address])? You should never do this without consent. I did not request it and you deleted it for no reason and now I don't have access to it. I did contact you on Jul 31, 2025 and continued through Aug 2025 and you still never responded. And why would you upload my review to your website? I said the Continue button wasn't working and you uploaded it without consent. When I double checked with my trusty AI bot, the AI said you're not allowed to delete accounts without my permission and the same thing applies when trying to fix the Continue button but instead uploaded my review (I requested to be fixed, not upload the review). You should've just ask me first

So this could be that support blocked me with no way to get unblocked (though I didn't do any violations) (look at my other comment that I wrote in here), ignoring my requests, or whenever my account is deleted or if I don't have a account, it doesn't go to support. These are my guesses so I don't know what else to say

Update by Caden Nguyen
Aug 10, 2025 8:39 pm EDT

I added the mention of Sitejabber owners if they are reading this so I added a mention of it in a another section below in this comment. So here's more things to say about this:

And I have the right to do on my account (I can do anything that is safe in the website but I did not violate any rules and it was not a ban, they just deleted my account) but deleting account without any warning, is a violation of consent, misrepresentation, and unjustified account deletion. Here's how it's a violation for each one (keep in mind that I tried my best to explain it as many words as I can but note that mistakes can be in here (this is a warning just in case)):

1. Violation of Consent: I didn't request support to upload my review and they just did when asking to fix the "Continue" button. Publishing user content without clear permission, especially if it was shared during support, goes against user's freedom (in the website as long as it doesn't violate anything) and may break the platform’s terms of service. There is no option to recover, deleted my reviews, and just ignored my responses (possibly because they deleted my account). But there is another problem. So for a different person (this is a example but might happen), if somebody writes down a lot of reviews and couldn't find anything else to write down a review about and the user is inactive, the website owner would just delete it without any warning. Then if the same user comes back after finding a company to write a review about (could be like 3 months as a example), the user notices the account is deleted and panicked. Note that while the Terms of Service does mention "We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason..." this does not set the platform of responsibility when account deletion causes unexpected harm, erases valuable user content, or is done without transparency. Users deserve clear communication, especially when their ability to access past reviews or participate in the platform is affected

2. Why Account Deletion Was Wrong: Shortly after, my account was deleted without warning even though, I didn’t request it, violate any rules, or behave inappropriately. This erased my reviews, blocked me from responding (support no matter what), and prevented me from using the site further (cannot write reviews or my profile but can still explore the website). Even if the Terms of Service say accounts can be closed at any time, deleting a user who was simply reporting a bug and questioning a unauthorized review upload is unjustified. It undermines trust, silences feedback, and removes the user’s ability to verify or correct what was published

3. Misrepresentation of User Intent: By publishing the review manually, the platform falsely signals to other users and the public that the review was submitted and approved by the user (even though, the user was not active and was done by support). This is a form of misrepresentation, as it distorts the quality of the review system. Reviews are meant to reflect genuine user experiences and voluntary submissions. If a review is published without the user’s final confirmation (just in case if there's a mistake like a typo or last minute changes), it compromises the integrity of the platform’s feedback ecosystem. This could also lead to harm for the user, especially if the review contains sensitive or critical content that they did not intend to share publicly (like forgetting to blur the email address in a picture)

4. Violation of Data Protection and Privacy Laws (note that these vary by your region/country): Depending on what the support did (support uploading reviews or deleting accounts for example), this can violate major data protection regulations:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in the European Union requires platforms to obtain clear and consent before processing or publishing personal data. If the review contains identifiable information (in the text or in the picture in the review) such as username(s), location, or account details, publishing it without consent is a direct violation
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) gives users the right to control how their personal data is collected, used, and shared. Deleting the account without offering a way to restore or manage personal data could breach these rights
Additionally, if the platform did not provide a clear privacy policy or failed to honor the user’s data rights, it could face legal consequences (I don't know if this counts by the way)

5. Failure to Provide Acceptable Technical Support: I contacted support for help with a malfunctioning button (the Continue button). Instead of addressing the technical issue, the support team took unrelated and drastic actions like publishing the review and deleting the account. This reflects a failure of duty of care and bad customer service. Support teams are expected to act in the best interest of the user, especially when the user is cooperative and respectful. Ignoring the actual issue and taking actions that escalate the situation is not only unprofessional but potentially harmful

6. Suppression of Feedback and Retaliation: Deleting the user’s account after they questioned the unauthorized publication of their review can be counted as retaliation. This raises serious ethical concerns. It suggests that the platform may be trying to suppress dissent or avoid accountability. Such behavior undermines the credibility of the platform and discourages users from providing honest feedback. It also creates a chilling effect, where users fear that raising concerns could lead to punishable actions. So for example, if a user reported a bug in a website and the support did not respond or fix the issue, this counts (the one above)

7. Irreversible Loss of User Content: If the user had other contributions tied to their account such as reviews, photos, comments, or saved preferences, deleting the account without warning causes irreversible data loss. Many platforms are expected to offer a certain period before deletion as a warning (but they never gave me a warning and again, the Terms of Service does mention that but it violates other stuff other than that), a confirmation step, and a option to export or recover data (I do not see a option of that in the website which they should've just added that). Failing to provide these safeguards is not only inconsiderate but may also violate user rights under data protection laws (can be seen the one above)

8. Lack of Transparency and Accountability: The platform’s actions, manual publication and account deletion appears to be taken without clear documentation, explanation, or user agreement. This reflects a lack of transparency. Users have a right to understand why their content was published, what actions were taken on their account, and how they can appeal or reverse those actions. Without a transparent process or a way to appeal, users are left confused, powerless, and potentially harmed (more info can be seen on #14)

9. Potential Breach of Terms of Service: Most platforms have Terms of Service that outline how user content is handled, how accounts are managed, and what users can expect from support. If the platform’s actions contradict its own terms such as publishing content without consent or deleting accounts without due process, it may be in breach of contract. This leads to legal challenges, especially if the user can demonstrate that they were harmed by the platform’s actions

10. Violation of Platform Accessibility Standards: If the button wasn’t working due to poor design, a bug, lack of compatibility with assistive technologies, or failure to meet accessibility guidelines (like WCAG), the platform may be violating ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) in the United States, Section 508 compliance for government-related platforms (I could be wrong by the way), and international accessibility laws. This is especially serious if the user has a disability and was unable to submit the review due to technical barriers

11. Negligent Handling of a Bug or Technical Fault: If the platform was aware of the broken button and failed to fix it or notify users, that could be considered negligence. Users rely on platforms to maintain functional systems. Ignoring a known issue, especially one that affects user-generated content, can be seen as a breach of operational responsibility. However, I do not know if they are aware that the button was broken when I was writing a review at the time

12. Breach of Implied Duty of Fairness: Even if it's not explicitly mentioned in the Terms of Service, platforms are expected to treat users fairly. Publishing a review without consent and deleting a account without process violates the implied duty of fairness. This concept is often invoked in disputes involving digital platforms and can be used to argue that the company acted arbitrarily or unjustly

13. Defamation or Harm to Reputation: If the published review contains inaccurate or unintended statements, especially if it was edited or altered, it could expose the user to reputational harm. For example:
- If the review appears overly negative or critical, others may assume the user is hostile or dishonest
- If the review includes identifying details (emails, phone numbers, address, and stuff like that), it could lead to unwanted attention or harassment
This could be considered damaging by proxy, especially if the user did not intend for the content to be public (unless the user edits it as I mentioned before)

14. Failure to Provide a Right to Appeal: Deleting a account without offering a way to appeal, recover data, or challenge the decision violates basic principles of procedural fairness. Many platforms are expected to provide a warning before deletion, a chance to respond, and with a way to restore data. While I did mention this earlier, I wanted to mention it again or just explain it in a different way

I can only think of 14 things (some of these could be inaccurate but best to double check) and I do not know what else to add. If I needed to add something in there, I'll let you know but these 14 things explain why support should listen, even if it doesn't or does mention in the Terms of Service

---

Sitejabber owners: If you are reading this, you should know these things as if you don't, you can get in serious trouble. Possible things that your company could face:

1. Loss of User Trust and Reputation Damage: Users expect platforms to act fairly, transparently, and respectfully. If you publish content without consent for a certain user, deleting accounts unfairly, and ignoring support requests, it creates a toxic user experience. Word spreads, especially on social media, forums, and review sites, and the platform’s reputation suffers if you continue to do this. Trust is hard to rebuild once it is lost, and users may leave forever

2. Legal Consequences: Even if your Terms of Service give your platform broad powers, they do not override the law. Violating privacy, data protection, accessibility, or consumer rights can lead to (these are possible answers):
- Regulatory Action: GDPR fines (up to 20 million euros or 4% of global revenue), CCPA penalties (up to $7,500 per violation), and possibly investigations by consumer protection agencies (like the FTC in the United States) if founded or reported
- Legal Complaints or Lawsuits: Users may file complaints (in other websites other than yours such as this website (https://complaintsboard.com) or class-action lawsuits for unauthorized use of personal data, loss of access to content, action of account deletion, and even emotional distress or reputational harm (emotional distress did happen to me by the way)

3. Platform Deplatforming or Blacklisting: Search engines may demote or flag the site because of these concerns (if this continues for the next few years) and review aggregators may mark the platform from appearing in trusted listings to not trusted things

4. Media and Public Backlash (possible): If the issue gains attention, journalists, bloggers, and influencers may amplify it. The platform could face negative press, and public shaming. This can lead to loss of partnerships, advertisers, and investors

Summary: Even if the Terms of Service say things like “We may delete your account at any time for any or no reason…", that does not protect the platform from:
- Violating privacy laws
- Misrepresenting user intent
- Publishing content without explicit consent
- Failing to provide reasonable support or transparency
- Terms of Service are not a legal immunity shield. Courts and regulators often look beyond the fine print to assess whether a company acted in good faith, respected user rights, and followed applicable laws.

Sitejabber owners, I do not want you doing this to other users otherwise, users will file a complaint here also. Thanks for reading

And when I asked them a few times (including Aug 9, 2025) after that, there was no response after that and the topic was about deleting my account for no reason (deleted without consent) and no warning and I don't know if they are trying to secretly do something to my account but they should never do this

This is the story of our purchase of a GE washer dryer from Home Depot. The purchase was made on January 17, 2026 and deliver January 22, 2026. This set replaced an LG washer and dryer. The washer was rusted out however the dryer was fully functional. We paid additional expenses to have it delivered as well as professionally set up. My wife used the washer...

Sitejabber Sitejabber support just deleted and uploaded my account without a warning or permission

So when I was writing down a complaint against Monkeytype on Sitejabber, the Continue button doesn't even work. I tried everything and I contacted Sitejabber and they asked me for my browser and I said it was Google Chrome (was serious) and they just said they uploaded my complaint when I did not request to upload the complaint. When I came to check, my account was deleted! I got panicked as I didn't get a email on why this is happening so I contacted it again to not upload the review when I did not request it and stopped deleting accounts but there was no response. We tried it again and again, there's nothing. This feels like Sitejabber is asking me on which browser it was then uploaded it which wasn't related and tricks me falling for a scam that I cannot change it (not really but it does feel like it)

I do have the full complaint which you can find in my profile or see the complaints section of Sitejabber at https://complaintsboard.com

Recommendation: Be cautious about what you say to them and if they upload a review or delete a account (or anything like that) without any warning or with a unrelated reason, contact them. If it doesn't work, try again and if that also doesn't work, try filing a complaint (in here or other websites) just like I did

Sitejabber When I contribute to SiteJabber.com, I write about

When I contribute to SiteJabber.com, I write about things that happen to me. These are places that I think either they should be promoted or talked about stating what went wrong and to consider whether or not I will return to these places again. What I do not like is if I write about a place this time and tell you all what is wrong and wonder do you want this to happen to you. What I don't like is when I write a review about someplace and then return back to this place in the future, why am I not allowed to write another review about this same place stating that the place cleaned its act up or to stay away from this place? This I do not think is fair nor is it right. I feel that SiteJabber.com should replie to this so everyone who writes a review should know why you can't come back in the future to possibly write a better review if that is the case. I do not write only about places to stay away from but I also want the right to turn around and write that they improved. I wait for a response from SiteJabber.com

Sitejabber For a review site - it should have a great rating. and it does!

I've been here since 2014, writing the occasional review when things really "get to me".

Today, I had to make changes to my account here, and realized I had no way of changing my email address (Sitejabber, take note - you should allow this, people change their email sometimes as often as their internet provider or phone. :) ).

I submitted a request, and within less than 2 hours, I was contacted by their customer support team (Traci, thank you for the excellent service). A quick exchange, a verification with the new/old email, and voila - done.

Well done, Ladies and Gentlemen. That alone gets you 5 stars for customer service in a world where internet anonymity breeds laziness and complacency.

However, you also get 5 stars for maintaining transparency, and by holding companies accountable by providing this platform. In the past, my reviews of companies have been overshadowed by a flood of "false positives", and this too was addressed with vigour by the support staff.

This site recognizes that integrity and service is important. Thank you, Sitejabber, for the great years of service you have provided.

Sitejabber Completely rewritten, November 16th 2009

Completely rewritten, November 16th 2009

A lot of the issues I was originally unhappy about with this site have gone. They must have - I've subsequently written a huge number of reviews here so I must think they're doing something right!

Things are slowly coming together and so far, from what I've seen anyway, the quality and honesty of reviewing are both very high. There are a few self-promoters still, and I guess there always will be, and occasional but very limited spam, but these are minor issues and normally dealt with very quickly.

The new forum began after my original review, and although it's moving slowly still, there's steady interest and it's a good way to answer questions about specific websites.

It's interesting to see that although the vast majority of page views are from the USA, there's much smaller but equally solid support in the UK. It would be good to see that support continue to grow in the next few months.

The admin team are very accessible and obviously serious about the philosophy behind the site. I'm much more inclined now to believe this one has a sound and potentially exciting future ahead of it.

I have read here this company is all about reviews. If that is the case how did this company ever obtain my order number or my email address from out of the blue? I have never even heard of them. I have never registered on their site nor requested to do or to read any reviews. The email asked me to report back to them through links whether I obtained my item and did I "receive" my order. None of your business! It appears they are hacking and phishing people in real time much like ransomware! I would be VERY suspicious of this site. The company appears to be a "front" to steal your information AND gain access to your accounts as well. I will be reporting this incident to the company I ordered with so I can warn them about this company.

For business, I have used SiteJabber as a customer review site for 2 different businesses over the past 10 years. From a business perspective, they take care of asking for the reviews from our verified customers. To address one of the complaints I read here, good reviews are not suppressed, near as I can tell. We have been working with SiteJabber for about 4 or 5 months now with my current company and I like the ease of the process and how quick it was to launch. All of this is free for businesses, or with extra features at a subscription price. Can't be mad at that!

Reviews should be for everyone, we had a customer open house during this time we had lots of clients leave positive reviews as they were shocked that we had bad ones on sitejabber, to this point they are only letting the bad ones go up, if we give them money then we can collect positive ones, but i think it is wrong that they force small businesses to pay them, this is damaging our business to the point where it might even put us out of business because we don't want to pay them. they should not be able to get away with charging businesses for a review service

The trustworthiness of SiteJabber is questionable. I've reached out to them twice. Each time asking them why certain reviews shows up and some don't. No replies to the emails sent early April. This doesn't encourage users to want to participate in sharing reviews with SiteJabber. If their main purpose is to blackmail companies into signing up for their services instead of being a fair service to the community, then it's basically sharing "fake news".After reading the reviews on *** I agree they only show negative reviews and not positive reviews.

Sitejabber is a great site! I think the reviews on there feel very balanced/even and authentic and it's helpful to get a sense of what people think about a site before purchasing there, particularly ones I'm less familiar with. I also enjoy reviewing sites there myself and the process is very easy and painless.

Sitejabber Unsure why so many people leave negative reviews

Unsure why so many people leave negative reviews. It helped me especially last year when I was defrauded by a company. It was great to read reviews from sitejabber on the business. I constantly use them now. As with any review site you take the good and the bad and meet somewhere in the middle, for honest reviews. Im grateful to have left reviews on various companies, some have been great and for the ones that Were not great, I hope it helps a customer. Its agree with others that its helpful to leave photos and video. Many times other sites hide the negative and even positive reviews.

Honestly not sure that people understand how Sitejabber works. While I cant speak on all reviews, my reviews are NOT a joke or fraudulent. I write reviews on things I already own at home, Im not sent anything to review. My first review on my account was posted because a company I work with asked that I review their company on Sitejabber, of course only having good things to say about the company and good experiences naturally I was inclined to leave a review. A few years later Sitejabber reached out to me and has been very professional in all of our conversations. I have nothing negative to say. Im very surprised that Sitejabber isnt backed by the BBB.

Sitejabber DON'T ORDER ANYWIG FROM WIGSIS THERE A FRAUD

DON'T GIVE UP ON GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK! Read my reviews previous. I fought tooth and nail. I would rather have seen the money go to charity than have this scam of a company (lol) keep my money AND ALLOWED TO CONTINUE scamming others.! I'll let you read somewhere below what WIGSIS put me thru. They hope people give up. DON''T. After 15 emails and refusal to give refund I did go to paypal. They replied after a few weeks that my review for refund was denied. So I sent them photos ect, a second time, and I explained how I couldn't believe that Paypal haven't looked up the BAD reviews sites for WIGSIS, on all the UNHAPPY customers. All saying the same. POOR QUALITY, ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STYLE/ DIFFERENT COLOUR/ BAD WORKMANSHIP etc etc. They should have this company removed. Well I'm HAPPY to say, Paypal reviewed it a second time as I wasn't giving up and accepted they would follow thru. Also PAYPAL have a policy anything you buy thru Paypal they give you $45 refund on the return postage. After Paypal made contact with the WIGSIS, Paypal sent me all the details, including Wigsis address for the return. On the postage return, I made sure there was a signiture at other end on delivery, plus supplied with a tracking no, so I followed it thru to China. I took photos of both sides of the parcel and sent them to Paypal as proof. The wig cost me $53 to post. Paypal refunded the $45 for the postage. Plus I received my money in full this week from WIGSIS. GO FOR IT GIRLS, DON'T LET THEM WIN, Fight for your refund. Hopefully close this place, Please all write to PAYPAL and get this company removed. Cheers. The 1st wig is what I ordered... haha the rest is what I received. Stay away from them. If it was April fools day, I would have thought someone was playing a joke?

Sitejabber.com has accepted an unverified review from a person that had never used our services, has never paid *** and the only interaction was asking for a quote on an item he claimed to be former owner of. Just because he did not like the price, he created a groundless complaint with 1 star on Sitejabber. He created the same complaint on BBB and BBB investigated and found it groundless. On Sitejabber, I went on and used their link demanding proof of transaction. No proof of transaction has been submitted (and couldn't been since no transaction occured besides email exchange of asking and getting a quote and his displeasure with the price), yet Sitejabber still has this 1 star review on their site thus damaging and hurting our business. We have contacted Sitejabber about this, but apparently unless a paid account is purchased they will do nothing about it. Hurting other businesses is, it seems, good for their business.

Sitejabber This business seems to have untoward business practices to say the least

This business seems to have untoward business practices to say the least. As someone who believes in the power of an online presence and authentic reviews of products, services, and businesses, I am concerned that Sitejabber defies those principles, causing undue harm to both consumers and businesses. When I publish negative reviews on the Sitejabber site, they get published. When I post positive ones, I can't seem to find them. It appears they weren't published. What is this organization's business model? It is really to inform people of positive and negative experiences with businesses? Or is there a more sinister objective at play? It seems the company publishes negative reviews, boosts the SEO of their site in search results, and then holds the company's reputation hostage in exchange for a fee. Not very credible! This is betting against businesses - a practice the Better Business Bureau should protect against. It's worse than shorting a stock in my opinion! Help make the entities responsible for managing and publishing reviews honest.

Is Sitejabber Legit?

Sitejabber earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

Our conclusion: After a detailed review, ComplaintsBoard finds Sitejabber to be a trustworthy company. Although there's a 13% resolution rate for customer complaints, which deserves attention, Sitejabber is known for their high standards and safety. If you're thinking about dealing with Sitejabber, it's wise to check how they handle complaints.

This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.

While some customers have had positive experiences with the company, others have reported issues with their products or customer service. It's important to read and consider a variety of reviews before making a decision to purchase from this website.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Sitejabber has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 13% of 15 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Sitejabber protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
  • We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Sitejabber. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.

Sitejabber Sitejabber Review: High Costs and Biased Treatment towards Big Spenders with Technical Glitches and Inadequate Customer Service

Hello everyone, I recently came across Sitejabber and thought I would share my opinion. While some may have had positive experiences with the site, I have to say that based on my research and personal experience, Sitejabber leaves much to be desired.

For starters, I have read numerous reviews and forum posts from users who are unhappy with the way the site operates. Many have reported leaving the site due to various issues, including biased treatment towards those who spend more money, as well as inadequate customer service.

It seems that in order to have any success on the site, one must be willing to spend thousands of dollars per week - which is simply not feasible for most people. This kind of favoritism towards high spenders is disappointing to say the least, especially when it comes to a site that is supposed to be fair and unbiased.

In addition to the high costs, there are numerous reports of technical issues and other glitches that have left users frustrated and angry. For example, many have complained about losing connectivity right after hitting a jackpot, or discovering that their coins have been removed without any explanation. Despite numerous complaints to customer service, many have not received the help they need.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering using Sitejabber to proceed with caution. While it may have some positive attributes, the negative aspects of the site seem to outweigh its benefits. Instead, I would suggest looking for other review sites or forums that are more trustworthy and reliable.

Sitejabber Sitejabber Review: Useful but Flawed Star Rating System and Limited Functionality

When it comes to researching a website or company before engaging, Sitejabber is definitely a handy tool that offers some useful insights. One of the most notable features of the site is the helpful button that appears whenever you visit any website, allowing you to quickly access reviews and feedback from others who have used the same site. While this can be incredibly useful, there is one major issue I have found with Sitejabber that can cause some confusion – the star-rating system.

Having read reviews from many users who rated a site poorly and yet still gave it a high star rating, it’s apparent that there is a disconnect between the numerical score and the written opinion. While this may not be the fault of the Sitejabber team, it’s something they should be aware of and perhaps consider fixing. After all, it’s important for the star rating to accurately represent the general customer sentiment, and it can be quite misleading if it’s not aligned.

On the other hand, the site does seem to be quite fair when it comes to allowing people to give reviews. However, there are still some reviews that don’t seem to add much to the conversation at all, and it might be worth the moderators looking into moderating these a bit more closely. All in all, there is definitely some room for improvement when it comes to how the reviews are managed, but the Sitejabber team still gets some credit for their efforts in facilitating honest and accurate feedback about various websites.

One other point to mention is that I was very disappointed to discover that the extension doesn't save my reviews to be shown on my profile or on the site itself. This seems like a missed opportunity for both users and Sitejabber itself. And to make matters worse, in one particularly frustrating case, I even had an entire review deleted after writing it about a competition site. This was definitely not a great experience, and I would hope that Sitejabber looks into improving this kind of functionality soon.

All in all, while there are certainly some areas for improvement, Sitejabber remains a solid choice for those looking to learn more about websites or companies before engaging with them. With a little bit more attention to detail, this site could be an even more valuable resource for consumers around the world.

Sitejabber Questioning the Legitimacy of Sitejabber Reviews: My Experience with Everbuying.net

When it comes to making a purchase online, checking reviews is an essential step in the process. That's why I turned to Sitejabber to get the scoop on a website called everbuying.net. After reading a handful of reviews, I decided to give the site a shot and placed an order for $50 worth of products. Unfortunately, my experience with the site was far from satisfactory.

Despite giving the everbuying.net a four-star rating, I received a product that was nothing like the description and only cost about ten dollars. That would've been disappointing enough, but it took six weeks to arrive, and the communication from the company left much to be desired. After feeling ripped off, I came back to Sitejabber to leave a negative review, only to find myself questioning the legitimacy of the site's high-rated reviews.

Upon closer inspection, it became clear that many of the five-star reviews were poorly translated from Chinese to English and likely created by fake accounts. As a consumer, it's frustrating to think that these shill accounts are allowed to exist and tarnish the reputation of a supposedly unbiased review site. I can't be the only one who has lost confidence in Sitejabber's ability to weed out false reviews.

If things don't change, it seems likely that I won't be returning to the site for reviews in the future. However, I will check back in a few months to see if Sitejabber has taken steps to ensure that fake reviews are not creeping onto their site. As someone who values honesty and transparency, I hope that they'll step up their game and become a trustworthy resource for all consumers.

Sitejabber Site Jabber Review: Annoying "READ MORE" Buttons, Unpublished Reviews, & Invasive Requirements

Site Jabber is a website that provides users with ratings and reviews for a variety of businesses. While it may seem like a helpful resource, the experience is hampered by a major issue that has caused many users to become frustrated. That issue is the overuse of "READ MORE" buttons. Every time a user wants to read more about a company, they are forced to click on this button to access the full text. This may seem like a minor issue, but it quickly becomes a major annoyance when every single review requires the user to click on this button multiple times.

Many users have complained about this issue, and rightfully so. Not only does it waste time and disrupt the flow of reading reviews, but it also appears to use more bandwidth than necessary. It seems that the website loads all of the text first, only to collapse it and require the user to click on "READ MORE" to see the rest of the review. This is clearly not an efficient use of bandwidth, and it is frustrating for users to have to deal with this issue on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, this is not the only issue with Site Jabber. Many users have reported that their reviews are not being published, without any explanation or justification for this decision. It is unclear why some companies are able to keep reviews unpublished, but this seems to be a major problem for those who rely on Site Jabber to provide unbiased and honest reviews. This has led to a significant drop in ratings for Site Jabber, as users lose trust in the website's ability to provide accurate and reliable information.

Furthermore, Site Jabber makes it very difficult for users to write reviews in the first place. They demand proof of purchase, as well as "social" information, which many users find unnecessary and invasive. In addition, they have "review writing tips" that only add to the complexity of the review process, requiring users to click through multiple pages before they can even publish their review. All of these factors make it clear that Site Jabber is not user-friendly, and that the website needs to make major improvements if they want to regain the trust and respect of their users.

Sitejabber Sitejabber Needs More Reliable Reviews: The Issue of Fake Names and Spamming

Sitejabber has been subject to criticism from many users who feel that the site is an unreliable source of reviews due to the site's lack of moderation. Negative reviews spamming the site is a common problem, many of which have been found to be fake. Unfortunately, with no moderation system in place, it can be difficult to differentiate between genuine reviews and fake reviews.

The problem with having multiple fake names is that these comments push negative reviews to the front, making it seem like the company is getting hammered with complaints. While positive reviews should outweigh negative ones, it's important to recognize that most people don't go out of their way to leave a positive review. However, if they have a complaint, they'll take to the internet to post it. So it's essential that review sites like Sitejabber put measures in place to ensure that both positive and negative reviews are genuine.

In an ideal world, Sitejabber should aim to create a system where users can leave only one review per company. This would help prevent spamming and fake reviews. Additionally, users could then edit or delete their reviews if they change their minds. Sitejabber should encourage more transparency, which would ultimately result in more reliable reviews. After all, the point of such a website is to help people find reputable businesses, not be a place to vent one's frustration.

Sitejabber Sitejabber Review: Unreliable and Misleading - Are You Aware of Their Hidden Agenda?

Sitejabber used to be seen as a reliable platform to help consumers steer clear of bad businesses, but unfortunately, there seems to be a clear agenda in play. Sadly, the system is designed with a goal in mind, and that is to create an illusion which doesn't match the reality. Despite many people's beliefs that you should rank results by date to get an accurate representation of the data, Sitejabber does the opposite. Instead, they sort by a secret algorithm that makes it hard to judge the accuracy of the information being provided. In this way, they are consciously trying to bury comments that don't fit with certain businesses or individuals' requirements.

It is clear that a dishonest service like Sitejabber is necessary to try and combat companies such as Kijiji, which has a negative review ratio of 9 to 300. However, Sitejabber does more than cleaning up this issue. It appears that they are using bots to flag certain reviews and determine whether they fit their criteria for credibility. They believe that certain traits, such as a lack of photos or receipts, diminish a reviewer's ability to be seen as credible. This is concerning since it may be subject to bias or prejudice which can cause genuine reviews to be flagged and removed from the platform.

Sitejabber claims that the tools they utilise are an essential aspect of their service. However, it seems suspicious that all of these carefully curated features are not a coincidence but rather are designed to mislead consumers. It is essential to be aware of these tactics when interacting with the site so that you know exactly what you are dealing with. Overall, Sitejabber's approach is questionable and shady, and it is vital to be aware of their hidden agenda.

Sitejabber SiteJabber Fails to Provide Unbiased Reviews, Favors Businesses Over Consumers

I recently had an unpleasant experience with an online business that my family and I had previously supported. After leaving a negative review, I was taken aback by the rude response from the business owner. Not only did she respond negatively, but she also had personal friends and customers from her website give positive reviews to drown out my negative feedback.

What shocked me the most was the reaction from SiteJabber, a platform that promises unbiased reviews. SiteJabber demanded that I provide an order number to validate my experience, or they would delete the review altogether. However, the issue with this demand was that it had been months since I had placed an order with the company. Moreover, I never received the item that I ordered, which had been backordered for weeks. The company canceled the order without notifying me, and this was precisely why I left the negative review.

Despite my explanation, SiteJabber was still intent on favoring the business by deleting my review. This action highlighted the platform's bias towards keeping the business owners happy, rather than truly representing the voices of the consumers.

It's concerning that a website like SiteJabber, whose purpose is to provide honest reviews to buyers, would pander to businesses looking to cover up negative feedback. As a consumer, I believe it is essential to have platforms that value transparency and fairness, especially in this day and age when people rely heavily on online reviews. It's safe to say that my confidence in SiteJabber has been shaken.

Sitejabber Review of Travel Up: Frustrating Experience and Negligence

Hey there,

I wanted to share my experience with a website called Sitejabber. I came across it while looking for reviews on travel agencies and it turned out to be super helpful.

Recently, I decided to book a flight from London Heathrow to Sialkot Pakistan through Travel Up, a travel agency based in Reading, UK. The ticket was for Emirates Airlines, with a two-day transit in Dubai on my way back. I also booked a hotel in Dubai for my stopover. However, my experience with Travel Up was not as smooth as I hoped it would be.

After a week of booking my ticket, Travel Up started making changes to my itinerary without notifying me first. When I reached out to them over the phone, they told me to send an email instead. Unfortunately, I received no response to my email. I then contacted Emirates Airlines, hoping to get some clarity, but they told me that Travel Up was responsible for the changes. I kept trying to get in touch with Travel Up for days, but no one would answer the phone despite long wait times.

To make matters worse, when I finally got on the flight, I was told that I would be flying on Fly Dubai instead of Emirates Airlines, despite having booked an Emirates ticket. This caused a lot of confusion and added stress to my travel plans.

Overall, my experience with Travel Up was extremely frustrating, and I felt that their negligence had completely ruined my travel schedule. I have since submitted a compensation claim to the airline and am exploring legal action. Thank goodness for Sitejabber, which allowed me to read reviews and avoid future situations like this one.

If you're looking for clear and honest reviews on different products, services, or companies, I highly suggest checking out Sitejabber. It's a great way to make informed decisions and avoid costly and unnecessary headaches.

Sitejabber Sitejabber Review: A pioneer in review websites with potential for growth

Since its inception in mid-2008, Sitejabber has been a pioneer in its area of review websites. The concept of allowing users to share their experiences with the websites they used was both innovative and beneficial. As a longtime user, I have seen the website evolve and improve considerably over time.

However, in my personal experience, the website still hasn't been able to find much information on the 20 or so sites I've searched for reviews on. Even some of the more popular websites like Microsoft.com have only a few reviews. Sadly, this may pose a problem for some users as they may not find enough reviews for the more common sites. Nevertheless, it's great to note that SiteJabber has made a fair amount of progress in this area over the last year or so.

Having said that, I often feel that Sitejabber may need to find more ways to attract more reviewers who can share their opinion and assessments of the websites they've used in the past. This could help improve the overall quality of the website and facilitate avoid any limitations.

Another possible issue with SiteJabber is that some users may post unwarranted negative reviews for rival companies or positive ones for their own. However, I'm not aware of this being a significant issue, as there isn't much that could be done about it anyway.

Despite these concerns, I've seen Sitejabber grow considerably and expand its database of reviews. Over the years, the admin team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to user queries, further epitomizing their commitment to customer service.

As per my experience, Sitejabber has great potential, and with time, will develop furthermore. Its concept is robust and unique and is sure to become more beneficial to its users as it continues to grow.

Sitejabber Examining the Suspect Reviews on Sitejabber: A Grain of Salt Approach

When it comes to online reviews, it's important to take them with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to sites like Sitejabber. While the site claims to provide an unbiased platform for consumers to rate and review businesses, there are a number of issues that make their reviews suspect.

One of the biggest problems is that there are many one-sided reviews that provide less than accurate descriptions of their experiences. Additionally, many haters on the site write reviews for businesses they have not even dealt with, but simply based on reading someone else's negative review. This hardly seems fair or balanced.

Furthermore, there are concerns that anyone can log in as anyone with a free email account and post lies on the site. This raises questions about the legitimacy of many of the reviews on Sitejabber, and whether or not they are truly an accurate representation of a business.

Despite these issues, there is still value to be found in the site. Many legitimate complaints and experiences are shared on Sitejabber, which can help consumers make informed decisions when it comes to which businesses they choose to support or avoid.

That said, there are ways in which Sitejabber could improve to better serve both businesses and consumers. One solution might be to allow business owners the chance to respond to negative reviews and show that they have addressed any concerns raised. This would provide a more complete picture for potential customers.

Additionally, Sitejabber could work to remove bogus complaints and reviews, as it's not fair for businesses to be harmed by someone simply looking to spread lies or misinformation.

In the end, Sitejabber can be a useful tool, but it's up to consumers to do their due diligence and take reviews with a grain of salt. And, it's up to the site itself to make improvements that provide more transparency and fairness for everyone involved.

Sitejabber Sitejabber's Collusion with Anastasiadate: My Review Wasn't Published and Hidden from the Public

Greetings,

As I was trying to share my story and experience about being scammed by Anastasiadate, a well-known website in the international dating industry or niche, I was astonished to find out that my review was not published on Sitejabber, a site that supposed to provide a platform for consumers to voice their opinions and feedback. Not only was my review not available, but I also checked with some friends who signed up to the site based on my recommendation, and they couldn't see my warning either.

It's a clear sign of collusion between Sitejabber and Anastasiadate, as they are not only hiding any negative sentiments but also doing it without any prior notification or explanation. I urge people to be careful when using Sitejabber as their review service provider, as it appears that they have chosen to censor some authentic and legitimate complaints in favor of their paid sponsors or promotional tours. I have spoken to the customer support twice regarding this matter, and they haven't addressed my concerns or offered any explanation.

As someone who has been taken advantage of, I can attest that Anastasiadate charged me thousands of dollars for a service that was essentially fake. The women I was communicating with weren't even genuine members, but they were paid to engage with me and others. It makes me feel that it's my responsibility to warn others about the dangers of this shady site and other similar ones. I strongly urge the Sitejabber team to reconsider their approach and practices and allow transparency in their platform.

In the meantime, I will post my review and thoughts about Sitejabber and Anastasiadate on multiple sites and forums to reach a broader audience and push for accountability.

Sincerely
