I made contact with Just Answer regarding a problem with my tv. They requested a refundable amount of R15 to allocate a professional to resolve the problem. The next thing I received an email informing that I now has a monthly membership fee of R 599.50. Nowhere was there any indication of a monthly contract . This is fraud of grand proportion. I have tried to cancel online but am getting nowhere. All happened in the past hour and a debit order has been submitted to my bank.
Claimed loss: A monthly contract of R 599.50 for a contract I have no knowledge of.
