Hello, Myself Anvesh Reddy. I booked a car on 4th may 2019 and pickup is at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. My booking number is B79180948. I went to car rental company(Dollar) to pickup the car and they mentioned there were no car available for friday bookings. They charged from my card the amount for $66.10. I was trying to reach them by phone and email but nothing worked. They haven't given me any car.
I want my money back.
refund for insurance policy
I used economy bookings to book a car rental. All was fine until the end where we were charged for damages. Having taken out full insurance with them we were told we can claim the money back.
I can not get hold of them on either phone or email. Poor communication and service provided by them. I have had one response from them a the start to reply with proof and documents.
I replied to them with all relevant documents e.g invoice; booking; statements but no reply since.

My invoice for a rental car at SFO airport is BG-B86982340. I paid a deposit for $59.61 for the use of a rental car for 5 days. When we arrived at the airport we followed the instructions to contact the company to pick us up at the location specified. We called 3 times over 30 minutes. Each time we were told by a computer voice that no one was at the location to answer the phone and that we should try again LATER! We were unable to get our car and were forced to rent from someone else. We want an immediate refund. If we do not get a refund quickly we will contest the charge through our credit card company. Rented auto and when I wanted to change the pick up hour for an earlier time and also change the return time accordingly therefore the same rental time. An additional fee was quoted. After agreeing with this fee in writing, I never received a confirmation from them even after 6 email messages requesting it. Also, customer service number is not available at any time. Customer service agent do not listen to you at all. Bad dudes... Stay away.

Reservation made on 19 Mar 19, Reservation Nbr B15705674, Service Provider: Booking Group Ltd, Registration Number: LV401031668996 for a car with Dollar Rental to be picked up on 7 April 2019 at the Dayton Airport in Dayton, Ohio. My gov't trip was cancelled so I contacted Economy Bookings to cancel my rental car reservation which the clerk told me I would have to pay the cancellation fee of 35 EUR even though the cancellation was the very next day. I have the email confirmation that my reservation was cancelled on Wed, 20 Mar 19, 3:50 pm from EconomyBookings.com and stated my refund is made within 21 business days which never happened and now a full charge is on my credit card account for $222.02, I want someone to correct these charges immediately as it has been over 30 days since the transaction occurred and erroneous charges made to my account. I also want someone to contact me to let me know how they will handle my complaint. My email is: [protected]@satx.rr.com and my phone number is [protected] (cell). I paid $157 towards a rental through the website and was told I would only owe $111 when I arrive to pick up my car. Turns out there were excess fees that I was unaware of! They tried to charge me almost $500 to get the rental and then when I return the car, they would charge another $200! Screw this BS! I didn't take the rental. The receptionist advised me to call the cs line to get my $157 refund for not taking the car. It got nowhere! The cs line is f*cking useless. I even tried to email economybooking and got absolutely no response! I will never ever use them again!

I booked a car rental on their site, and paid what is stated to be the full charge including all taxes and fees. Upon pickup of the vehicle they charged an additional $253. The confirmation sheet stated if there was any additional charges at pickup to pay it and then file for a refund. I did. That was 18 months ago and the only thing I've gotten from them is a case number and my emails ignored.

Received an email of confirmation saying that it has been cancelled.
Refund was supposed to be within 21 days.

Had an issue with their website in reviewing my reservation I placed on 2/12/19 for an upcoming car rental from April 29th through May 2nd in Portland Oregon. By the time I was able to resolve the online issue, I was outside of the 48 hours cancellation period, just a few days later. Although they were aware of the problem I had accessing my reservation, I was still assessed the $35 US dollars cancellation fee. There are many US car companies that do not have these inflexible restriction. I will never use this company ever again and will warn others as well.
they are promoting false unlimited miles
I booked my car using their website. I should picked my car on airport Greensboro NC GSO but they are not located there. On vaucher it said unlimited miles. When i contact ed company car wreck they said miles are not unlimited. They asked me to pay 70$ more dollars. I wrote them email to economu bookongs and didnt get respond. Reserved a car back in Dec 2018 and cancelled within a day to get a higher priced reservation for an SUV. The refund was not processed till Feb 2019 and that was after numerous emails to the CS. Not only that they deducted $40 cancellation fee. No where on their site is there any mention of any cancellation fee of $40. I will NOT rent again from this company.
My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews and then using this company. They upcharge on everything that they shouldn't and they scam about tolls. You have to buy their Toll pass whether you use it each day or not. They charged a Reservation fee, which was never returned. They charged other fees, which no other rental car company charges. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Prepaid Booking #B47433190-199.47 I used CC to for a prepayment in Nov on a compact car CC last four digits 1397- when I went to pick up the car from the rental company (Dollar), I added car insurance at 31.99 a day. Then I came back a day earlier to Dollar and the agent ask if I wanted to use the card on file. I told her I would like to use another card with lower interest rate she said fine. I use CC last four digits 2051 - Now here is the kicker, I got charged not just by Dollar Rental Car but also by Economy Bookings. This was a prepayment for a Rental Car through Dollar Rental. Please advise on how to get a refund for 199.47 that was paid through Dollar Rental agency

They charged me $63.61 for a rental vehicle, to which they didn't do a thing, except give me a voucher, that wasn't worth the paper that it was printed on.
In fact Fox Car Rental had no knowledge of the company.
They took the money under false pretenses, knowing that they are scamming people
Tomorrow, I shall contact the BBB and file a complaint with them.
By looking at the reviews for this company, everyone that has dealt with them, has been scammed out of money.

I had a reservations for a car with a resevation number of B72479173, for Tiran between 13-20 July 2019, and paid its total cost (205 USD) by my credit card. But Rental voucher indicates to be paid only108.04 Euro.
Later on, I had to mofified the reservation due to increase the number of passenger.
I click "modify" option from the reservation web page, and choosed another car (opel).
But I didn't like the price and this car (opel).
I wanted to choose another car, then only option was "cancel" on the web page and thats what I did. There was no other option to choose other car.
Unfortunately that whas it.
Unfortunately my previous reservation that I paid was also cancelled. That was not I didn't want
Now what should I do,
I didnt want the cancel my previous reservation, just want to modify with another car,
Though I did not want to cancel, I will be punished by cancealletion fee and so on?
If I was charged for the canceallation fee, when the rest of my money will be refunded to me?

When I booked my car it gave me the option on airport or off so I picked on. The third party booking was Green Motion who was not at the airport. When we got to the office I had to wait an hour as not enough people worked there. Then come to find out that my US driver license was not valid in there terms (economy booking. In US they are only valid for five years so the issue date could be less than the 2 years required. I've never in my 30 years of booking rentals had the issue date being a problem. In fact when I was in there today they had a lot of unhappy people. You can't even get hold of them on the phone as I want some sort of compensation. Never again will I go through economy bookings and Green Motion were very unfriendly. I had to get a taxi home and now I have to find another rental. Very very unhappy
cars rent, no compromise, no service
I made a car rental reservation for yesterday through your website. I received the email and arrived at the meeting point of the Lisbon airport (as directed in the email) 5 minutes before 20:00 and waited until 21:00 and no one from Flizzr appeared to give me any advice about the which had occurred. The company's lack of commitment is something I have never seen anywhere, since I had a reservation and I counted on the vehicle to carry my luggage, which generated great problems to solve.
On the other hand, the reservation was made through your website, which gave me some confidence, however, even though I got in touch, the clerk informed me that there was nothing that could be done other than this complaint.
At the end I made a reservation that did not help, which involved two companies which I can not trust because they do not guarantee the service you propose.
I would like at the very least to have the chargeback of the reservation on my credit card.

The worse company. I rented through economy bookings which went to Aco rent a car which in turn came out to Rent car 4 less in Orlando Florida. My rate was jacked up to 4 times although I had confirm booking through economy bookings with my own insurance and my own SunPass account for Florida toll road. I got stranded although I booked few weeks in advance. Don't trust or use this company. I am renting car in Orlando every two weeks and this is the worse company. Very shady location at Clarion hotel with each room with different rental car company. Avoid all of them. I give them minus 10 rating. I ended going back to airport and had to pay double with different company. Shame on economy bookings for booking customer with very shady rental companies

Ik heb een 14 daags autohuur bij economybooking.com geboekt, inclusief de all-inn verzekering (FULL-COVERAGE) met een max. schadebedrag van € 3000, - wat vergoed zal worden.
Ik heb de auto ingeleverd met een scheur in de voorruit (steenslag) die ook onder de verzekering viel.
Ik heb aan alle voorwaarden voldaan (rekeningen, documenten, foto's, video's toegestuurd).
Het is nu 10 weken geleden en heb nog steeds geen cent ontvangen (€400, -).
Ik heb zeker 20 e-mails gestuurd en kreeg een enkele keer (na ruim een maand) bericht dat de afhandeling (door drukte) nog zeker wel 60 werkdagen zou duren.
Mijn simpele geclaimde schade is niet te verhalen bij een tegenpartij, dus de afhandeling zou binnen 14 dagen makkelijk afgehandeld kunnen worden.
Ik heb nog hoop dat ze tot betaling overgaan, maar dit zijn natuurlijk ontoelaatbare streken.
Indien ze niet betalen wie heeft dan nog een advies voordat ik juridische stappen gaat ondernemen.
