EconomyBookings.com van rental from ace car rental

We used your services to reserve a van for our vacation from LAX Ace car rental, we arrived on a Sunday, the employee told me I had to prove them that my insurance company will cover a van. They told me to call Wawanesa, they are closed on Sundays, I inquired about getting my deposit back and was denied. I didn't read anything on the reservation form about proving that i can drive a van.

EconomyBookings.com price I had to pay was greater than expected and fuel policy was never made clear to me

Policy No. B51118949.

On arrival at the car rental desk, having gone through all the information twice as the operator lost it on completion the first time. I was then asked to pay 169.01 Euros.I questioned this as on my rental agreement it said 159.01 Euros. I was told that the out of hours price had gone up to 35 Euros. I showed him my confirmation, but he just said that Economybookings new about the increase and ask them for a refund!

I was then shown the car which was fine. During the week I had to fill up and as I was under the impression it was full to full, and filled up the tank. I thought I had run out of petrol quite quickly so looked for the documents I had been given. On this it stated that the car was given to me half full, but this had never been pointed out to me. On returning the car to SurPrice it was 7/8 full, much more than half, but again I had no look trying to get any Euros back for the extra petrol that I had inadvertently put in the car because I was under the impression it was dull to full as the initial rental agreement had suggested.

I have uploaded 3 photographs. One showing the additional money that I had to pay when collecting the car and 2 showing the additional petrol I had put in the car thinking it was full to full initially.

Please let me know what you are able to do on my behalf.

EconomyBookings.com refund of unused car service

I booked with this company a car service and the car company didn't accept my card. I canceled my reservation. I tried calling the company for more than 6 times so they could begin the process for refunding the money and I didn't have luck with the situation. I wrote to all the emails regarding this issue within less than 12 hours and I have not received any response. I would like to make a formal complaint about this and I want my money back.

EconomyBookings.com rental car overcharged

The advertised price is $19.06 per day, with taxes & fees added total for a week listed as $263.46
When I got to the very end the total charged to my credit card is $311.74.
I did not request anything additional. I have sent several emails and messages requesting a refund. Nothing!
When I picked up the car & brought it to attention of man he said he could see where I was overcharged and assured me I would receive a refund.
Nothing!
The car was returned yesterday, a receipt was emailed to me still showing incorrect amount.
If you do not respond to this, and do not refund the overcharges I will have no choice but to launch a dispute through my credit card company.
Everything else was finewith the rental, the car, and the return. It's really a shame this is taking so much time & effort on my part to get a response and resolution.

I have asked repeatedly for a refund of overcharged amount but no one acknowledged my messages & emails.
Am so frustrated. Next step is to have my credit card dispute charges on my behalf

EconomyBookings.com car rental

I have been trying to call and email this company for weeks. No one is responding. I needed to speak about changing my car but the only option left was to cancel with a debit on my credit card.
I will never book with them again. There is absolutely no customer service.
My car rental is for july 30th with dollar rentals made through economybookings.com.
I have called three different numbers and I have emailed several times.

Hello,

I book a rental car a few weeks ago for San Jose, CA. The pick up date was June 20th and the return date was 23rd. I did not get a booking confirmation number the the $221 was taken out of my account. I have tried to call repeatedly but no one ever picks up. I need my booking number and to know where I go to get the car at the San Jose Airport.

EconomyBookings.com unethical billing practices

On Saturday (05/18/2019) I attempted to reserve a rental car for an upcoming family vacation on economybookings.com. My visa credit card was declined so on Sunday (05/19/2019) I made other arrangements. Much to my surprise on Monday (05/20/2019) I receive an email from economybookings.com confirming my reservation. I seriously question the ethics of a company that will keep trying to complete a transaction two days after the initial attempt. Economybookings.com has agreed to refund (which I still have not received) $355 of the $394 charge, however I have an issue with being charged any amount two days after the initial failed attempt. Just to be clear, no I did not attempt a transaction on the economybookings.com website after Saturday (05/18/2019). Can anyone please help me to recover the full amount of $394.

Hello, Myself Anvesh Reddy. I booked a car on 4th may 2019 and pickup is at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. My booking number is B79180948. I went to car rental company(Dollar) to pickup the car and they mentioned there were no car available for friday bookings. They charged from my card the amount for $66.10. I was trying to reach them by phone and email but nothing worked. They haven't given me any car.
I want my money back.

EconomyBookings.com refund for insurance policy

I used economy bookings to book a car rental. All was fine until the end where we were charged for damages. Having taken out full insurance with them we were told we can claim the money back.

I can not get hold of them on either phone or email. Poor communication and service provided by them. I have had one response from them a the start to reply with proof and documents.
I replied to them with all relevant documents e.g invoice; booking; statements but no reply since.

EconomyBookings.com ace rental cars

My invoice for a rental car at SFO airport is BG-B86982340. I paid a deposit for $59.61 for the use of a rental car for 5 days. When we arrived at the airport we followed the instructions to contact the company to pick us up at the location specified. We called 3 times over 30 minutes. Each time we were told by a computer voice that no one was at the location to answer the phone and that we should try again LATER! We were unable to get our car and were forced to rent from someone else. We want an immediate refund. If we do not get a refund quickly we will contest the charge through our credit card company. EconomyBookings.com customer service

Stay away!

Rented auto and when I wanted to change the pick up hour for an earlier time and also change the return time accordingly therefore the same rental time. An additional fee was quoted. After agreeing with this fee in writing, I never received a confirmation from them even after 6 email messages requesting it. Also, customer service number is not available at any time. Customer service agent do not listen to you at all. Bad dudes... Stay away.

EconomyBookings.com rental car that was never used or acquired.

Reservation made on 19 Mar 19, Reservation Nbr B15705674, Service Provider: Booking Group Ltd, Registration Number: LV401031668996 for a car with Dollar Rental to be picked up on 7 April 2019 at the Dayton Airport in Dayton, Ohio. My gov't trip was cancelled so I contacted Economy Bookings to cancel my rental car reservation which the clerk told me I would have to pay the cancellation fee of 35 EUR even though the cancellation was the very next day. I have the email confirmation that my reservation was cancelled on Wed, 20 Mar 19, 3:50 pm from EconomyBookings.com and stated my refund is made within 21 business days which never happened and now a full charge is on my credit card account for $222.02, I want someone to correct these charges immediately as it has been over 30 days since the transaction occurred and erroneous charges made to my account. I also want someone to contact me to let me know how they will handle my complaint. My email is: [protected]@satx.rr.com and my phone number is [protected] (cell). I want a written resolution for my complaint so I can get with my credit card company on this dispute. Thank you.

EconomyBookings.com car rental

I paid $157 towards a rental through the website and was told I would only owe $111 when I arrive to pick up my car. Turns out there were excess fees that I was unaware of! They tried to charge me almost $500 to get the rental and then when I return the car, they would charge another $200! Screw this BS! I didn't take the rental. The receptionist advised me to call the cs line to get my $157 refund for not taking the car. It got nowhere! The cs line is f*cking useless. I even tried to email economybooking and got absolutely no response! I will never ever use them again!

EconomyBookings.com car rental

I booked a car rental on their site, and paid what is stated to be the full charge including all taxes and fees. Upon pickup of the vehicle they charged an additional $253. The confirmation sheet stated if there was any additional charges at pickup to pay it and then file for a refund. I did. That was 18 months ago and the only thing I've gotten from them is a case number and my emails ignored.

Received an email of confirmation saying that it has been cancelled.

Refund was supposed to be within 21 days.

Did not get it.

EconomyBookings.com cancellation policy

Had an issue with their website in reviewing my reservation I placed on 2/12/19 for an upcoming car rental from April 29th through May 2nd in Portland Oregon. By the time I was able to resolve the online issue, I was outside of the 48 hours cancellation period, just a few days later. Although they were aware of the problem I had accessing my reservation, I was still assessed the $35 US dollars cancellation fee. There are many US car companies that do not have these inflexible restriction. I will never use this company ever again and will warn others as well.

EconomyBookings.com they are promoting false unlimited miles

I booked my car using their website. I should picked my car on airport Greensboro NC GSO but they are not located there. On vaucher it said unlimited miles. When i contact ed company car wreck they said miles are not unlimited. They asked me to pay 70$ more dollars. I wrote them email to economu bookongs and didnt get respond. I called them too and they said they will help me but there is no respond from them.
