I booked a car from RightCars in Miami Airport, over internet using EconomyBookings.com. They charged me $16 for initial deposit, fine.
When I arrived to rental office, they told me I am obliged to buy their mandatory liability insurance.
I told them have full coverage from Geico, I don't need second insurance.
They said it is written under "Term and Conditions". I had it printed with me, showed them that there was no such condition.
They said "Sorry, we still can't rent the car to you, it is company policy".
I said, then refund my initial payment of $16 back to my credit card.
They said, go to Economy Booking. It is not our problem.
I drove all the way down from Boca Raton, where I live, to Miami airport, to pick up the car, which cost me considerable time and Money, and they don't feel like renting the car that I reserved. It ruined my whole day.
It has been more then a month, and my money still not refunded.
I am attaching their pictures so that the whole world sees them and stop making any business with them.
Hope they bankrupt.
