I am writing to urgently follow up on my Full Coverage / Full Protection insurance claim submitted on 24 November for EconomyBookings Booking ID B77742755.
All required documents were submitted in full, including the rental agreement, police report, photos of the accident, and the invoice confirming that an excess of NZD 3,075 was deducted by Snap Rentals.
In my previous email, I was informed that the reimbursement would take 14–21 days, which has now been exceeded. I have not received any update on the status of my claim, approval outcome, or reimbursement timeline, and the claim status in the full coverage request form still shows “pending”.
Please confirm immediately:
1. The current status of my claim
2. Whether the claim has been approved
3. The exact reimbursement date and confirmation that payment will be returned to my original payment method

I replied to the emails given by the customer support team for my email and Whatsapp details but I still did not receive any reply. Please see attached the photo of the issue. Images display that the Full Coverage claim reimbursement in on PENDING status since 24th November and I am unable to create a new claim unless I cancel the previous claim.
