EconomyBookings is an online car hire company. They claim to be the leading online car booking platform in Europe. EconomyBookings is available in more than 150 countries.
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your pickup, you can get a refund minus the cancellation fee of 50 EUR.
In case your prepayment was less than the cancellation fee, you will not receive a refund.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will receive a refund, but with a cancellation fee of 95 EUR. Again, if your prepayment is less than the cancelation fee, you will not receive a refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the pickup, the cancellation fee is 150 EUR. If your prepayment is less than the fee, you will not receive a refund.
You can cancel your booking by logging in to “My bookings” and selecting the option to cancel.
Alternatively, you can request a voucher and use it for your later bookings.
You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started.
You can change your booking in the My Bookings section on the EconomyBookings website at least 48 hours before your rent begins.
Please keep in mind that any change of car group, rental period, pick-up or drop-off location, and driver’s details may also change the rental price.
Prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates settled before the start of the rent.
Refunds will not be available for unused hours or days if you pick the car up later or bring it back earlier than agreed beforehand.
You can pay with credit cards Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. You also need a credit card for the pick-up to leave a deposit.
EconomyBookings has a low rating on our website and is slightly active in resolving complaints. Customers often have issues with deposit delays. As they are not fast at resolving complaints, be cautious when using their services
