On August 20, I got a car rental online with economicbooking.com. I had to pick up car at international airport, when I got there the man that was on the register was not friendly at all. I asked him if they would have my car ready by 3 pm and this were his exact word "like we told you before we don't have any cars, we only have trucks available", then he asked me if I had a booking I said, I do I just got it online then he said, let me have the number and I provided him with the booking number. I told him I got a car then he said well we don't have cars and I will provide you with a truck I said but when I went online it gave options to select a car but if you will provide me with the truck at the same price I will take it. Then he asked me for my license and my credit card and it was around 1:15pm. He never told me he was going to charge anything at the point then he said you also need to pay a deposit of $200.00. I told him nobody said anything about a $200. Deposit. I told him just give me my stuff back and cancel everything. I Knew I could get a better price in another place with less deposit and I would also get a car instead of a truck. Then this man said I am sorry but I can not cancel your booking, you have to go online and cancel yourself and I said, but who gave you permission to confirm that booking I was there just to get information about the vehicle not for him to process and confirm without my authority. When he asked for my license and credit card I was thinking he was verifying the booking not confirming. I went online to try to cancel with no success then I called and it took me 3 hours to get a hold of an agent and I explain to him what happened about the 200 dollars deposit fee and he told me I could not get my refund and I explain to him that I didn't get the vehicle and I was not planning to get it and he said he could not do anything he just provided me with a support email address.
