We booked a car rental through this company. We took their Full Cover Insurance
As a result of a small incident an insurance claim has been required.
The process is long , confusing, frustrating.
Ultimately the claim was accepted.
We now need to get funds out of their " Wallet"
The instructions for this were very obscure. Eventually a request to withdraw seems to have been accepted. They now say that the remittance will take another 21 Days
This delay is unreasonable and unacceptable.
The process has taken 6 weeks and we are not paid yet.
Avoid this company .
I will advise if we are eventually paid.

Despite the comment above from Alex, We have not been paid.
The 21 days referred to in the correspondence expires tomorrow.
Alex please advise what is going on.
This is very unsettling.

Resolved

Payment of the Insurance refund has been made to our bank account which is a relief. The process took far too long but has at last ended.
