What is going on? What a filthy, unsafe store. You receive merchandise that cannot be put away - you fill the aisles with U-boats of boxes. Your coolers and freezers do not work and leak water all over the floor. The front door has been shattered for over 7 weeks. Safety issues are all over. I was shopping in your store today when your manager and assistant manager approached me and said I needed to give him his merchandise out of my purse. I was like I dont have anything that belongs to you and gladly opened my purse. I asked why he targeted me of all people...he then start explaining that his inventory is coming up short and he has to account for it somewhere...I was like but embarrassing innocent people who are spending money in your store is the wrong way...I'm a manager for Burger King And I would fire anyone of my employees for doing this to my customers...I will not be returning to any of the dollar trees and will also be putting up a post about this on social media and I am going to contact my attorney Monday as well...very tacky

There is only ever one lane open and 10-15 customers waiting in line. It's way too long to wait and many customers just put stuff down and leave. When there are a few customers in line, a second lane should open. This Dollar tree should follow the same policies as other locations! I hate shopping here and I go across the street, where they have 2 registers open at all times. Dollar general.
if you open the gate garbage will literally fall on you
I live in a building that your store in Brooklyn is connected to in east New York the gateway buildings and you have a dumpster that is behind a gate that has not been dumped in over a month and the garbage is so high that it's almost over the gate please resolve this issue immediately before I call 311 it's hazardous and it's bringing possums and rodents and it smells like a dump we need help immediately and the pictures are behind the gate because if I was to open it I can close it and it will ruin our parking lot that your dumpster is connected with

I don't know what kind of manager that runs that store it is always empty and nasty. You have to stand long lines because the manager sits in her office. This is uncalled for. This is everyday, I don't care what day you go in it's always a mess and empty. I don't know what kind of distract manager you have to let a store manger get by not stocking a store or cleaning. The manger at that store is so rude. The cashiers need help! There is always 5 or more in line every time I go in. There's never enough help in the evening. For a store so busy you would think they would have more help. There was a good manager there named Teresa . Not sure what happen to her. I stopped in to make my purchases after being rung up and handing LAURA the cashier my money she slaps the other side of the counter and condescendingly orders me over here. And then gives me my change. I am a 64 Male I am a business owner. You really need to coach laura as she has zero interpersonal skills she has no business being at the register as this is the first impression and last impression that the customer comes away with. On 9/5/19 my husband purchased two large shopping bags full of plastic containers he thought would work for freezing peaches. They were the wrong kind. I went back to exchange them for the right ones. They did not have what I needed. The girl at the check out was less than a desirable person to deal with. She kept checking out this other customer and yelled for the manager Charles. He came out of the office eating something excused himself as he took a few steps away and belched. Came back and apologized saying he didn't want to burp in front of me. I can appreciate that, just not how he did it. Once I told him what happened he said they don't do refunds, period. I said but you don't have what I need. He said sorry there was nothing he could do. I left, did not take the containers with me because I couldn't use them. He didn't offer that I could get anything else. My husband shops there all the time and every 2-3 weeks he spends 30-50 dollars on candy so I have candy at work for my coworkers in my office. I am still speechless. They or you have lost a great customer. What losers you gave working there. No respect for the customer. WOW
