I bought a bunch of items at dollar tree in tampa. The marshmallows bag was expired on jul 02. I just noticed after arriving home. It's more than 2 months that the product expired but they still sell it. I want credits for this. How can you guys sell it after the date is expired. I'm going to complain it to the consumer court. I want a response for my complaint.

She was on her cell phone as she helped the main back up employee. She was also very rude, short and snippy with me. While the brand new cashier helped so much. All the mean, her name was Ruth, was on her cell phone as Briana had multiple people to check out, while Ruth was on her personal cell phone talking about things not company related. She was also very short, rude and snippy with every customer I saw go through her line while her other employee, Briana, was backed up. As a brand new employee I give Briana both thumbs up for remaining calm, welcoming and helping during a busy time! She was welcoming, helpful and a pleasant employee!
When I pulled into the parking lot cashier was smoking and on her phone right by the door of the store. come to find out her name is Ruth and she is a manager. Ruth was on her personal cell phone as she checked me out. She was very rude to me along with the employee, Briana, that was working at the time. Briana was a very new employee, but she assisted me and guided me in every direction I needed help with. Ruth should be fired beyond question ASAP. Worst dollar store tree employee I've dealt with, hands down
First, she should be further from the door when smoking because people who have allergies should not have to worry about getting sick.
Secondly, it was okay for her to be on phone when on her break.
Thirdly, while she was on break or not, rudeness should not be dismissed. I feel for Brianna.

I was shopping in your store today when your manager and assistant manager approached me and said I needed to give him his merchandise out of my purse. I was like I dont have anything that belongs to you and gladly opened my purse. There is only ever one lane open and 10-15 customers waiting in line. It's way too long to wait and many customers just put stuff down and leave. When there are a few customers in line, a second lane should open. This Dollar tree should follow the same policies as other locations! I hate shopping here and I go across the street, where they have 2 registers open at all times. Dollar general.
