Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unlawful Termination and Mistreatment at 7-Eleven Establishment

Dear [Corporate Representative],

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the unjust termination of my employment at the 7-Eleven establishment located at Turlock Geer Road. This termination, coupled with ongoing mistreatment and hostile behavior from current employees, has deeply affected not only myself but also my family and friends.

On [02.16.2024], I was abruptly put on call in the schedule without any prior warning or explanation. Despite my inquiries and i have texts to prove everything and the was hadi treated me all recorded pictures of schulde and elsa promising me more hours and lied , I was not provided with a valid reason for this sudden change in my employment status. This action constitutes unlawful termination as it was not based on any legitimate grounds or performance issues.

Furthermore, throughout my tenure at the 7-Eleven store, I have been subjected to a hostile work environment created by the manager of the establishment. This individual exhibited aggressive and toxic behavior towards me simply because I requested additional work hours. Additionally, upon disclosing my small learning disability to a fellow employee, I faced discrimination and ostracization from other staff members who viewed me as competition.

Despite excelling in my duties and receiving assurances of increased hours and potential advancement opportunities, I have been met with hostility and unfair treatment from certain employees and management personnel. This mistreatment culminated in my unjust termination, leaving me without a job and facing undue hardship.

Moreover, the work environment at the 7-Eleven store was characterized by disorganization and negligence, posing risks to both employees and customers. I have endured instances where drinks were spilled on me due to the chaotic nature of operations. Additionally, discriminatory practices were evident, as certain employees of Arab descent were favored for more hours and opportunities over others.

Furthermore, the actions of the night manager and assistant manager, particularly Elsa and Hadi, have been particularly concerning. Despite my dedication and willingness to work, I was arbitrarily removed from communication channels without explanation, and my requests for clarification were ignored. This behavior is unacceptable and indicative of a systemic issue within the establishment.

I implore you to thoroughly investigate these allegations and take appropriate action to address the unlawful termination and mistreatment experienced by myself and potentially other employees. Additionally, I seek reinstatement of my employment with suitable compensation for the damages incurred.

It is my sincere hope that swift and decisive action will be taken to rectify these grievances and uphold the integrity and values of the 7-Eleven brand.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. please help me get hired at a new location in ceres California or turlock at new spot opening up Anthony the district mangers also i would love to work for him or have a word with him my number if u need it is [protected] leave a text if i dont answer or u need me for any reason i hope to make a return to this company i love

7-Eleven Beware of the 7-eleven near zoo in brevard county florida

While this review is not our personal experience, the call from a long time family friend who's been a florida resident all of his life has made us aware after we ourselves have been here for more than 41 years ourselves, that we will never patronize the 7-eleven near the brevard zoo, ever again. Our friend was so upset but more so he was shocked at the abuse he received from an "employee" there today. Apparently even the manager is afraid of the employee who had just come into "work" with a giant attitude & an over load of aggression she was wanting to "throw" at someone & our friend was the receiver. When places of business are this unsafe for their customers there's no need to choose that place, for anything. Hopefully this store has audio & video & maybe they'll view the abuse their "employee" showed towards this man. Even to the point of her chasing him outside in the parking lot to "finish" cussing him out. He said he knew what she "really" wanted & it was without a doubt, she wanted it to be racial because it was obvious she didn't want to be there to work, at least not today & took "whatever" out on him. No way will we ever go there now. We live very close to this 7-eleven & have frequented it for fuel & sometimes snacks, but, never again. Things have "changed" even here.

7-Eleven Adapter which was bought last week from east point mall.

I bought an adapter from 7/11 and went to return it within half hour, I was told that the manager is not on place so need to come the next day as the staff are not authorized to do it. I came the next day and the manager left early and they asked me to come after chinese new year holiday again as she is on leave.

I again arrived after the holiday and I get the same response, this is the service when someone is returning the product and I showed it to the staff that I haven't even opened the package and it was a very ridiculous experience as while buying the staff is good but while returning they are just ignoring the customers.

Desired outcome: I want a complete refund as i travelled so many times just to return this item.

7-Eleven The 711 employee cashier on Mohr LN in Concord stole 600 from my card.

The 711 on mohr ln in Concord California off of monument Blvd has a group of men from India who work as cashiers but once I get to the counter to pay for my food they use their machine to steal over 600$ from my EBT card.

They steal from poor people which is very low and horrible. They steal from women with families only a low life does something like that.

They have some kind of way to steal money off EBT cal fresh cards so he careful. Id recommend the police to investigate this. If you want to connect with me email me at [protected]@yahoo.com

7-Eleven Ripped off!!!

I went and made an offer for 20 wedges for $7. Waited for it to be made, when I received it my wedges were tiny and did not even fill half of a take out box. Went back inside and showed the person working, and expressed my disappointment on how small the amount of food I received. They showed me the rest of the bag and said that that is what they had. No understanding or any way to resolve my problem.

7-Eleven Horrible

Went to 711 on bougainville drive at 2 and the Filipino lady did not want to help cause she said no change for 100. I asked about the vending machine to get change when needed. She said she cannot and showed me all 1$ bills. What she did was vemd money for her drawer and tell a customer no. I left the [censored] and told her ill go elsewhere.. what that lady was, is LAZY

At 2 pm. Bougainville 711 in honolulu, the cashier is lazy and did not want to vend change. I only had 100$ bill, I asked her why can't she vend the change, I worked at a 711 and you can vend it. She was stunned that I asked. She bended 1 $ bills probably to top off her till instead ,and told me only do this showed me the 1$ bills. What she is is lazy and needs to be reprimanded ill never go to any 711 again ..I left the things and the counter and told her ill go elsewhere, you can put this away

7-Eleven Cash-in refund not processed immediately

Cash-in took minutes to hours before it gets credited to my account. Manager said, the cashier experienced timeout reason that it was not processed. So they will reprocess it and it will take 2-3days for the crediting. It’s unfair for a customer to wait that long despite the fact that it was supposed to be instant cash-in. All I need is to cancel the transaction for me to get a refund and I’ll have another 7/11 store do it successfully for me. Let me note that the cashier who did the transaction also has given a short change. So why do I not deserve immediate resolution from incompetence/negligence made by your employee. Very simple logic.

7-Eleven Cashier’s behavior

I had a bad experience when I was at Kapalama 7-Eleven. I bought some food and beverages, and this young guy cashier was so unprofessional and offended me by asking how I paid for my item in cash or EBT. That was so unprofessional that you could hurt anyone's feelings.

This happened Wednesday from around 4 pm to 5 pm. When your Cashier asked me how I paid for my item, he asked me for EBT or cash, which is uncomfortable to ask that way!

7-Eleven Rudest clerk...

I have been going to the 7-11 on Van Nuys Blvd and Valerio St in Van Nuys, CA for over 20 years. Today, 11/10/2023 at 1:30 PM, the rudest older man who was behind the counter threw my lottery tickets back at me and snottily told me to scratch them off and had me move aside. I have never been told before to scratch off the bottom code. I have never seen the rude man or the other clerk before. I moved back in line and he rudely told me I had to wait since he wasn't making any money off of me and wasn't going to lose customers money to help me! When the other clerk took care of me the older man was still making loud, rude comments about my not scratching off the code box and that he wasn't making a dime off of me! The men waiting in line apologized to me for being taken care of before me when I had been in line first. I don't know if there are new owners at that location but I've got news for whomever hired and permits such blatant rudeness... I will never spend another penny in that store and imagine what I have spent after going there over 20 years!

7-Eleven Employee sale rejection

I am a long time customer of store #26350 in Pompano Beach Florida and this is the second time that I have been rejected a sale. Unfortunately my wife and I went to this store to purchase 2 cases of white claw black cherry seltzer and a pack of American Spirit cigarettes. My wife did not have her ID and I was in my pajamas so I went inside to make purchase. The employee denied me sale even though she knows me from numerous visits and never asks me for ID. I am 53 years old, a police officer and my wife is 45. I ended up going to another store for my purchase.

7-Eleven Sour cream & strawberry milk

I went to a 7-11 located at 274 Bay Shore Rd, North Babylon, NY 11703 at approximately midnight on Friday, Nove. 3, 2023. I purchased a pack of cigarettes, a banana, a pint of sour cream & Nestles Strawberry milk. The clerk did not give me a receipt. I charged my purchase on a credit card. When I got home, 4.5 miles away, I opened the sour cream to find a large circle of green mold in top. The strawberry milk was curdled. I returned to the store the next afternoon and respectfully explained the situation to the same clerk who had waited on me originally. He told me he couldn't refund my money. He said because the container from the milk was empty, I must have consumed it. The milk caused me to vomit so I discarded it. He told me to take another sour cream but I was going out for the evening and would have no way to refrigerate it.

I want my money back!

7-Eleven Customer service| death threat

On 10/30/2023 at or about 0320 I went into the 7/11 at 2900 W. 15th St, Plano, TX 75075 as I do. regularly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I enter this store on the regular, as I am a registered nurse, and I work in a hospital located directly across from this store's location (I spend A LOT of money in this store weekly $250+).

On this day, I arrived at this store, and the doors of the store were locked. This happens EVERY NIGHT the man who is working tonight, 10/30/2023 is on shift, Myself, along with three other nurses had to knock loudly on the glass door to wake him up from the office chair, where he sleeps. Once he woke up, he then stated, "I'm closed. go away." Because this is the only store open at this time, many of our hospital employees spend money at this store. The clerk finely opens the door after we begged him to provide us with service.

During check out, my debit card declined, due to a chip malfunction. I explained to the clerk, that I would go across the street, get a different card, and return to make my purchase. When I returned, the doors were locked AGAIN! You are able to see on camera, he also denied a customer from purchasing fuel. He walks to the door, and tells states to me, "Get the [censored] out of here you stupid [censored]. I am trying to sleep." Another customer who was also denied entrance into the store, asked the clerk what the issue was, and why he was denying service to 7/11 patrons. The clerk then stated, " If you don't leave I will shoot you motherfucker. At this time, I left the property.

FIRE HIS [censored]! I WILL BE MAKING A POLICE REPORT WITH THE PLANO POLICE DEPT. AS WELL AS SHARING THIS STORY ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, AND WITHIN MY HOSPITAL WHO'S EMPLOYTEES SPEND A LOT OF MONEY IN THIS STORE! PLEASE GET HIM OUT OF THIS STORE, SO THAT WE CAN ONCE AGAIN ENJOY SHOPPING HERE.

I told him that it was a lot of money for that and he started insulting me so I asked him to return my 100 dollar bill, he returned it rudely and told me that he wasn't selling me because he didn't want drama, it's not the first time he's done this Well, sometimes I go and buy cigarettes and he charges me an extra dollar or two because supposedly my Mexican ID is not valid, that's racism. Every time I go he is very rude, I hadn't put complait because I wasn't interested, but today he went to extremes, you are arrogant, rude and bad. 7-Eleven my pizza and duty manager

at 7.[protected] i went to 7-11 @ 901 n. rancho lv. nv. 89106 to buy a pizza. the counter girl took my order - i -paid and asked her to cut it in squares - she said . the 20 something duty manager -came over and told her no. i showed the man. on duty how and told him squares were even easier - he told me before i was finished ( in front of the 2 counter girls to " shut up " .) one of the counter girls told him - she - would do it - she - knew how , he told her no he would cut - i told him i did not want him cutting or touching my food - he did anyway - and his way . he called his store manager at home, and she said if he wants it in squares tell him to go to Dominick's or pizza hut! then he said were done little man !? that store has always been ghetto - but - now it's getting worse. the duty man. is about 5.11 slender - tattoos on both arms - and mid 20s to late 20s and black. there were two counter girls who heard everything!

7-Eleven Aweful customer service manager and morning staff

Manager is extremely rude and needs customer service training I will never spend another dime at this location NEVER!

I would hope that your franchise contacts this store and explains to the manager how to treat people that spend their money at this store. Also the store is often a mess and dirty I am so upset, and it makes me not want to visit another store I have wawa and sheets in my area and I have never been spoken to so rudely.

7-Eleven Freshness and quality

I was at my local 7 eleven today and unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened or the second time. I have spoken to the manager (Mani) about this in the past, and it is still happening. Mani is putting profits before everything.

This time, I will be reporting this to the Department in Utah who handles food and safety issues because Mani just blatantly doesn't care about consumers well-being and potential lawsuits.

As I was walking around, I noticed the staff at the store was removing the best buy date on foods that the date had expired on (this time it was the 7-eleven donuts) and was replacing the date with new best buy dates two weeks out. But this happens with all foods that do not have a date pre stamped on the packaging. Who knows how old that food really is since this is a common practice at this store. They are not following proper protocols when it comes to dates.

And since I am complaining, foods that come into the store that have meats, eggs, mayonnaise, and other items that need to keep cool are when delivered are left out of the refrigerator in room temperature until it is time to scan. (This I haven't seen as much lately, but I do know it does happen).

They also do not have hand soap to wash their hands. However, they do have hand sanitizer which is in the hand soap dispenser.

Desired outcome: Every employee needs to take a food handlers safety course. They also need to know and understand policies and procedures on freshness. People are going to get sick because of negligence.

7-Eleven Assaulted by employee

7 eleven employee very rudely approached me as I was attempting to refill my cup with ice which I have had no problem doing and paying for the normal regular price of a refill. Not only did he approach me with an attitude speaking very aggressively to me, but when I asked him what the problem is with me doing my normal refill that I’ve only began doing this last week, paying the normal resale price of $1.07 for you kept getting louder and louder, speaking more and more aggressively, and when I questioned him whether he was the owner of the store he said he was the manager right ask him again, so do you want to store? He said S S. I’m the manager I’m the manager he said, proceeded to follow me outside and stand extremely close to me, attempting to put his hands on me and pumped me with his chest . I have not had a problem with the 7-Eleven and I’ve been shopping here for the past week and a half off and on this man either just had a bad day, or is very, very rude towards. I don’t know people of the opposite race of himself. The interaction was very unexpected and uncalled for and he stated that I was going to have to pay the price of 4 cups if I wanted to get my normal refilled ice. He is very lucky he is almost caused a fight in which case I would’ve been forced to defend myself and if not for another customer who stepped in and got involved there’s no telling what could have happened. I am aware of

7-Eleven Every deal on the seven eleven app is unavailable always at this store

For example, the smoothie machine is always being “cleaned” during any deal like the smoothie while refuling. And another example is when there is a free chocolate for 7 taps on the app or iced tea it would be unavailable. Also, the chocolate powder for the coffee machine is always unavailable.

I have seen the owner personally turn the smoothie machine of while I was filling up gas

7-Eleven Employee behavior

The general manager DANNY is unhinged and unprofessional. Followed me to my car screaming obscenities at me in front of a parking lot full of people all because I wasnt aware that it was my turn in line. This man approached my vehicle to physically attack me and I am a female. When I rolled my window up he continued to yell and follow my car. Pretty disgusting behavior from a "GM", any employee representing a business for that matter. Save yourself the headache and go right down the road. It's not worth it. We work too hard for our money to be disrespected while spending it. This is coming from a customer of 20 years, DAILY. I will never step foot in any 7-Eleven again because of the "general manager" poor choice in hiring

Desired outcome: Employee Needs to be coached on deescalating and safety practices. He shouldn't be following ANYONE to their vehicle.
