We are purposely intentionally accusing any employee who tells truth about managers, we will ignore all reports against all managers and will call police on any employee we want and have. If a manager violates company policies for years on end we tolerate their violations and will let go of any employee due to them being honest as we have done before! We tolerate managers theft, discrimination, drug use at work with intentions of selling drugs to other employees and smoking marijuana during breaks! We accept managers taking 12 breaks and never opening registers as managers do not need to help cashier! During holidays we do not allow 2 cashiers only one cashier must ring up 250 customers from n 4 hours as backup calls will not be tolerated here! Managers are not permitted nor allowed to open register as they are too busy sleeping in office and hiding from customers and refusing to do any work as we pay managers to smoke marijuana, bully employees by swearing at them and mocking them, threatening their families and lives as managers are tolerated to behave this way! If you don agree then work elsewhere as DM and HR ignore all employee safety concerns and will accuse any employee for making honest reports when DM asks for their honesty about managers violations! We will report those honest employees to police and then we let go of those innocent truthful associates because we can! We chose managers violations including theft of deposit safe, refusing to do work refusing to teach new hires refusing to follow correct closing procedures refusing to help all cashiers! We tolerate managers violations over employees honesty and truth! We continue to cover up and protect all managers from termination!
I am the DM and have called police on employees and blamed them for making honest reports which we strongly disapprove of! Any employee who makes reports against any managers violations will be reported to police for this as we have done this numerous times! We don't know who made reports so we just pick any random employee and place blame on that individual as we need anyone to blame! We have done this and will continue to do this illegally all we want as employees cannot do anything about it! We call police on any employee who makes reports about managers violations, we have the police threaten to intimidate those employees with extreme force against those honest innocent truthful employees! Again we have done this to employees many many times before and will do so again! Basically any employee make a report against manager we then call police tell them lies and tell police to use extreme force on that specific employee for making honest reports against managers! I am DM, HR and have done this to employee as we hate honest truthful reports even though we ask employees to be honest about managers behaviour! We report all to police for them to beat, hurt, intimidate and hospitalized and kll those employees for making reports to reddit about managers violations! We will pick random employees to blame and they can't do anything to DM and HR representatives here! We blame any employee we want to and have!
