Our purpose is to intentionally target any associate who makes hones and truthful reports a d to it ore employee concerns and to cover up and protect all bad managers violations for lifetime! Our goal at dollar tree is to cover up managers violations as we support whatever actions they have done and to fire, let go of any associate who tells the truth and decides to be honest we will target that specific individual employee for their honesty and concerns! We will not tolerate honesty from any associate, but we will tolerate managers violations whether managers are lazy, sleeping, refusing to work refusing to open register and help out. We tolerate managers that lie a d do not follow code of conduct policies as they don't apply to managers! Managers are allowed to smoke marijuana at work, allowed to sell drugs to employees and to open store at 5AM daily! As District Manager we are excited to let customers know about our new hours that started early this year in 2025! Our new store hours are from 5AM to 9PM daily! Only at 4260 Cliff Lake Center in Eagan,MN store.

Again, we tolerate discri.ination, disrespect, lies and managers unwilling to help and understand how to work register as managers do not need to learn or teach New hires and we also tolerate racism and hate speech here as dollar tree supports all racist and immature customers! As district manager for 14 years we know how to target and discriminate own associates for their honesty which we strongly disapprove of and are against all reports from all associates as we do not respect or tolerate employee safety concerns here. Managers are allowed to violate all policies and use drugs at work daily! That's the Dollar Tree experience! We tolerate managers violations and will always cover up and protect their wrongful behaviors and violations we accept without questioning any managers! Managers at dollar tree are protected by DM and HR management officials! Any and all reports against any manager will be dismissed and considered as "lies" only! Thank you again. As district manager we tolerate manager daina intentions of selling marijuana to employees and her crying everyday. We tolerate manager Jessica Mejia to continue sleeping and not following closing procedures properly as she stolen deposit safe money multiple times. We support and cover up all managers violations and behaviors as we do not care about their violations or behaviors here. All honest and truthful reports will be sent to authorities for honesty against managers by telling the truth to HR! We are personally targeting these reports and blame any employee ad please as we done before. We don't know who, we just pick a random innocent employee and blame them for something they have not done! That's just how we at Dollar Tree DM handle reports. Blaming innocent employees because we need someone to blame so we chosen to pick any associate we want and you cannot do anything about this either! So we will blame any employee we like. We are more concerned about swearing than the honest truth!
Any employee making honest truthful reports will be fired and authorities will be contacted against your honesty!
We support discrimination and targeting any associate we please as we will continue to cover up and protect all managers from termination for eternity! All employees who make honest reports will be terminated and sent to prison as we have power to do so!

Managers are allowed to smoke marijuana at work and take 15 breaks in a 4 hour shift! 3 shifts per manager! Morning, afternoon and night managers do not need to do any work! Their managers and can violate conduct policies all they like as we refuse to do anything about or against any managers here! We are covering up managers violations and all reports against managers!
We tolerate racism and hate speech here, so all associates are targeted at will and anything they do is considered "disrespectful lies" and we will allow our manager to sell smoke drugs and steal money and continue to work here for lifetime! Managers are protected by all DM and HR corporate! Associates are of protected as we will target you and call authorities on you as we done many times before! We will blame anyone we like and want!
