Dollar Tree review: Employees making reports will have police called on them! Seriously

I have been manager here for 14 years and do nothing! I get paid to be lazy, sleep, never help customers and never opened register to help with back up cashier. I do not give directions or talk with any associates in 3 years as I do not have to! I am store manager of dollar tree and allow other managers to smoke weed during their breaks and let them take as many breaks as they like! Our DM is so stupid and weak she will not fire any manager no matter how many violations we committed. Our DM is covering up for all managers and has fired any associate for being honest and hard working as we don't approve of truthful honest associates here because we have no respect for honest hard workers!
Managers here never open registers, only have 1 cashier working as managers complain about this job and cry often. My assistant Manager here open store at 5AM daily serving customers when not tolerated to do so, but we do this anyways as DM and corporate has not stopped us! We are only dollar tree in Minnesota that opens at 5AM to 9PM daily. We have had our DM call authorities on associates multiple times for them making honest reports against managers and we had told authorities use deadly force and aggressive menacing tactics against those associates as an example for making reports to ethics line and being truthful and honest in their unwanted reports!
We have asked authorities to hurt and injure and threaten to intimidate employees who make reports against any managers here! We have done this to several associates who have made reports and we will continue to have police use deadly force intimidation and hospitalized and beat up any employee who wishes to be honest and truthful! Our DM has targeting any honest employee as we will protect and cover up for all managers here and ignore all reports made against them! This is exactly how we do business at Dollar Tree stores in Minnesota!
For any associate making reports against any manager we will have police hunt you down and we asked them to injure and threaten their family and beat them up very badly! We have police on our side not for employees! We have called police on associates many many times and no-one can stop us from doing so!
Managers smoke weed and so no work as DM does not care about what managers do or act and behave here. My name is Jessica Mejia store manager of dollar tree, Eagan,MN. I have allowed my associates to not learn products never help customers and to use drugs at work as our managers sell weed to employees (Rocky Hanna!) Again corporate, HR and DM will not do anything to managers ever. I have stolen deposit money without having closing cashier follow closing procedures properly! It is so easy to get away with deposit theft here as we just blame the bank for everything basically! I have been manager here 14 years and continued to violate conduct policies everyday as managers are protected by DM, associates are not! We have fired employees for their honesty and hard work because we can and have!
