Pretty disrespectful when the DM tells one of your employees to "work at different store, so managers here can continue bullying and discriminating minorities!" Closing early
On multiple occasions I have tried shopping at dollar tree only to discover it has closed early. These are not holidays when it happens. I do not know if the owner is aware his employees are doing this. It is the Lloyd dollar tree on weidler in NE Portland, Oregon. I showed up at 7:15pm on Sunday February 4th and it was closed. It was supposed to be open until 8pm. This has happened multiple times and not on holidays.

Your employee Naomi has been stealing items as manager Jessica told all other managers about this as they laugh and ignore issue. Manager Jessica told managers she will put good word for employee thief, who used drugs on shift. After months of on shift theft, with manager Jessica fully aware manager did nothing about employee. Then employee quits, gets away with crimes. Manager gets no write up for knowing and witnessing employee theft, employee can still get in trouble with law for theft as well as manager Jessica for purposely ignoring and helping employee steal products by not stopping when caught in person. Manager Jessica is "protecting her own people only". Direct discrimination by manager Jessica who ignores all Spanish people stealing!
