I, Jessica M. have been the manager here for 14 years, we tolerate employee theft as we had employee (Naomi Garcia) steal for months as we knew she was and we ignored this violation and still kept her employed until she quit without us firing her or confronting her about her months of thefts! This is how managers manage this store and I and other managers don't care about what employees do at this store! We had one employee fired for their honesty and doing right because DM does not tolerate truthfulness and honesty reports against managers! We had those employees fired and called authorities on them for their reports and asked authorities to use intimidating scare tactics and to beat, hurt and attack those employees multiple times! We had authorities hurt and intimidate any employees who made any reports against any manager, whether truthful statements are seen as threats to us managers at this Dollar tree! Make honest truthful reports and DM will use this against you and immediately call authorities on those employees and have them seriously injured and hospitalized by police officers who we told to hurt and kill those employees who made reports on managers violations! We have done this to many employees here and will continue to do this! DM is forever covering up and protecting our managers violations and disturbing behaviors! We don't care how managers act and never do work or help with backup cashier and hide and sleep all shift! We managers are paid to be lazy, no working, stealing products along with deposits safe money as we know all managers have job security here as we are protected by weak stupid DM's! DM here tolerate managers thefts, sleeping refusing to open cash register and we don't need or have to help any cashier or employee! DM tolerate managers like me stealing safe deposit money as I never had night closing cashier follow closing procedures properly as I make sure they leave soon as their till is counted down. I as manager here for 14 years have done this every night and get paid for my ongoing thefts and sleeping on the job and never opened cash register because managers do not have to open registers! Managers do anything we want and bet paid for our violations as DM will never say anything to us!
DM is more concerned about employees making reports to ethics line only! Any employee making reports honestly about managers will and have had authorities threatened to kill, injure, intimidate, beaten up severly to those employees who make any reports! We have right to do this as we pick and choose random employees to blame and unfairly targeted as we don't care about any employees at this store!

We have done this to many many employees as DM picks random employees to target and blame them for making honest reports as they don't know and just pick any random employee they want and blame them without any cares! DM has done this to many many employees as they cover up all managers violations! Pick a name from a hat and blame that employee basically! Managers smoke weed and open store at 5AM daily when not allowed to but we managers do whatever we like!
We manager here are able to do anything without worrying about being let go, fired, terminated! I have allowed employees to steal products and pretend I didn't know anything, I as manager don't need to help cashier or open register not ever! That's what dollar tree managers stand for!
As manager for 14 years I have never opened cash register or helped any cashier as managers do not need to help anyone including customers! I just sleep and hide and text all shift and I get paid for doing nothing and breaking violations for 14 years! I use to refuse an employee to change their schedule for 4 years because I don't have to listen to any employee or help them in any way so I personally rejected everything they asked! Unfair and management can do anything we want to any employee without getting fired! DM is protecting all managers at this store! I allow my manager Andrew Dwight to open store at 5AM daily and leave at 9AM and he gets paid for this even when not tolerated to do so! But we do this anyways as DM doesn't care about store opening at 5AM daily!
DM covering up all managers violations as they are protecting all managers as they refuse to replace us no matter how.many violations I've committed in my 14 years of doing no work and hiding and stealing deposit safe money and refusing to help cashier and refusing to open till to help! Managers don't have to open till and their is no back up help! Just one main cashier only! Very unfair we know this and don't give a [censored]! DM is on managers side not employees! Duh!
We had DM have police intimidation, threaten, beaten up employees before as we asked them to do so, and police happily agreed and did! Ask our DM! She encourages discrimination in any way
