customer service call
I called the customer service 800 # and was put on hold auto for 35 mins first time and call back LONG DISTANCE # for 10 minutes. I do not believe operators where busy handling calls- I do believe THERE ARE NO OPERATORS. My complaint was with store # 1701 in Frederick MD. It looked like a PIG STY and I was not able to even shop. ONLY one person there. The cashier and she was busy. I realize it is a $ store but I shop them in other local and states an have NEVER seen anything like this. I assume since you do not employ a customer service dept- YOU DO NOT CARE. I am sure your management must be of the age and mentality if there is not an app for it you do not know what to do. TOO BAD. I went to store 1691 in Frederick the same day and was very happy with store and a VERY NICE associate named Sherry. She said she was sorry for my experience and thanked me for at least coming there. I am absolutely positive NOTHING will be done to correct this. You should be grateful for the cashier at #1701 and employee Sherry at # 1691. I guess I will read soon that dollar Store will be closing with a CORP as such. Gerry Boglitsch

Store #326 is a disaster. There are boxes in the aisles and empty shelves! Yesterday, a manager told a customer while sitting in a chair, that they had plenty of stuff and if she wanted to go out back, there were boxes to be put on the shelves. Sure enough, there were plenty of items to be put on the shelves, but nothing was being done. Not once, have I been in this store, that it is completely filled. Always items to be put on the shelf.
Maybe, you need to get someone from another dollar tree to come down and show them how it is done. I have been to south carolina and minnesota and always find them neat as a pin.

Yesterday we went to this location to stock up, but there were no carts or hand baskets. How am I supposed to carry over $100 worth of merchandise with nothing to carry them in? We had to go to another location, where they had carts. We were not able to take it out of the store, but could pull up out front and load from the cart inside. I am a manager of a small local Bakery in Anna Il. On Aug 28th at approximately 9:30 a.m. A women who works at the bakery went to the Dollar Tree here in Anna il. on her lunch. She heard 2 of the employees talking and slamming the Bakery while there were other customers there as well. Kathy the employee at the Bakery stated that the tall older lady with glasses her name is Lori was saying how pathetic we were having a benefit for 2 of our ladies in the community who had just pasted in a car wreck. The other lady Kathy stated she was short with short dark brown hair, she thinks her name is Bridget. This lady was stating that the product she had gotten was not done and nasty. They were saying how pathetic the buisness is and it just needs to be shut down all of this with other customers in the store. I may add this buisness has been open since 1953. I believe this type of behavior is VERY unacceptable and nonprofessional. I really hope something is done about this, I dont feel this is the way you want your employees behaving. temporary hair color
I purchase a temporary hair color in the shade lavender at my local Dollar tree and I have to say overall that I was disappointed in the product after it dried it felt very crunchy the color was faint it just did not look good not to mention I didn't even have enough probably to do all of my hair and the product is enclosed in on recyclable plastic.
