CVS review: Very poor customer service

I went to CVS in 12 points in Terre Haute, Indiana on 4/20/2021around 6 or 6:30 to pick up my prescriptions. The one prescription is Bevespi Aerosphere Inhaler. I have private insurance from the Postal Service that pays for my medicine. I only have Medicare part A and B. Every year I have to pay for the first 3 out of pocket before my insurance kicks in. I have been going to CVS for 30 years and the girls at the 12 points store always looked up a coupon for me for my inhaler so instead of paying almost 200.00 a month it would be around 80 dollars a month for the first 3 months. Jennifer and Stacey were the ones that always helped they treated you wonderful, Jennifer is a pharmacist (they have moved her to the CVS on F. Harrison and Stacey quit. They have moved everyone around you can't keep up with them. The young man at CVS today was Lucas, he said I could not use my coupons, so I ask him if he could help me and look to find me a coupon. He said it was not his job to find me a coupon or was it his problem. I was shocked when he said this to me, I told him the girls always found one for me and again he said that is not my job it is your job. I said I guess CVS no longer had customer service and he said it is not my job to find you a coupon. I told him I was 70 years old and I have never been treated so rudely. A couple of my friends have had the same problem with 12 points CVS since they changed everyone around. I have decided to start going to Walgreens. Lucas also said he would have to set up a profile for me to get a coupon, I told him he did not have to do that, they never did it before ad he said you are so wrong I know they had to. I called one of the girls and she said they never had to set up a profile for me to get a coupon. I am so disappointed in your store, I was so upset I cried when I got in my car and I had to pay 186.00 dollars for my inhaler.
