Fivecbd is dope! They got some good stuff and they're real open about it!

I orderd two bottls of theyr gummies on 12/2 and I nevr got the stuff. They dont reply to emails and they dont answr the phone. I wouldnt buy from them again.

This compny seemz like a scam. I orderd a product on Jan 2nd. Itz now Jan 15th and still no current tracking info iz available. This iz the worst experience I've evr had with a CBD company. I couldnt reach them on the phone. They never answered my email when I requested a refund. I will never purchase from this company again even if offered a big discount!

I had the same experience as *** T. They got me! Watch out for these warning signs. The products are great if you actually get them. They charge your credit card right away when you order. They send a shipping notification in a couple of days, but the estimated shipping time is 7 to 10 days. 1. After two weeks, the tracking only goes so far because they give you an untrackable tracking number. It seems like it's a problem with ***USPS. 2. When you call the phone number, it goes straight to voicemail and says they're busy helping others, so try again later. You can't leave a message. In the voicemail, they suggest sending an email or using Live Chat. 3. There's no Live Chat on the website. 4. I sent several emails over a few days, but they never answered. 5. Several options on the website don't work. I tried different browsers to make sure it wasn't my fault.

I order from Fivecbd in early Jan after seeing good reviews. They took my money right away but then I didn't hear anything from them. I emailed customer service weeks later and they said one thing in my order was on "back order" and they were trying to get it back in stock. The website didn't say anything about it not being available. They kept pushing it even though they didn't have it. I tried to leave a review on their website but they took it down less than an hour later. I thought the reviews were real but now I'm not sure. The address for the company is fake. This company is not good. I should have known it was too good to be true.

Fivecbd is not good at customer service. I ordered #*** in late Nov 2021, but it never came. I texted them, but they didn't answer. When I called during their business hours, they said they were closed and hung up.

I paid *** for the gummies but I never got them. I wrote to the company but they never replied. I feel like they're ignoring me. I tried calling but no one answered. This all happened recently, in the last week or so. I just want my money back now. I never got what I paid for and I don't even want it anymore.

Got my second month of autoship from Fivecbd and only got 2 out of the 8 things I ordered. I emailed them twice, left 2 messages, and sent a message on their website but no response. The phone goes straight to voicemail. If I don't hear back or get any help, I'm going to file a chargeback with my credit card company for $321.93. It's too bad because I really like their stuff but I can find another company that talks to their customers.

I ordered some CBD oil with THC from Fivecbd on 1/7/2022 and it cost me $59.49. My order number was xje-oto-pzc and my transaction number was 8893285. But then on 1/11/2022, I saw a pending charge of $937.00 on my bank account. I called the number on my verification order, which was ***, and spoke to someone named *** from PayPal. He asked me if I shared any names or passwords with anyone (which I didn't) and if I knew anyone in *** (which I didn't). He told me that the charge was for a Bitcoin purchase, but I told him that I didn't make any such purchase. He just said that the charge would be removed and hung up. The charge was removed from my bank account, but I still want my $59.49 refunded. I have a medical card for legal marijuana usage, but I don't drive because I'm blind in one eye and legally deaf. I thought buying CBD oil online would be easier for me, but now I'm worried about others in the same situation. These people need to be shut down! Thank you!
