I was promised resolution, over a month ago and I have heard nothing about my complaint from November 23, 2020. I have contacted you multiple times and 2 incident reports have been documented by CVS complaint representatives. If I do not hear from you by December 23rd, I will take action and I do have legal representation prepared to file a suit against your company. Also, the local Los Angeles television stations with whom I have connections based on their affiliation with USC. Susan L Taylor
