I've been using CVS Pharmacy at 3710 main st Bridgeport, CT for as long as I can remember and there has never been an issue. It's been a few months now where they have not been answering the phone. It rings and rings for over an hour. My family and friends are all having the same problem. I even called around 1:00 am and they still didn't answer the phone. Something needs to be done to fix this issue.

CVS Same day photo order/could not reach anyone over the phone

I placed an order for same day photo product and it has been a terrible experience. My order information is below.
12/19/2020 11x14 Canvas Prints In process tracking info n/a [protected]

When I initially placed the order online for same day pick-up, I received an email saying I would receive another confirmation order when it was ready to be picked up. I never received that email and so I tried calling the CVS on 19th and Oregon in Philadelphia 3 times over the span of 20 minutes without reaching anyone. I then went over to the store to find out that the canvas printer was out of order. No one called me to tell me the issue, and I had to go out of my way to find out in the store. The person at the cashier acted as though it wasn't her fault and couldn't help me because the printer was broken. I then spoke with the manager who said that it's a new service and someone would call me the next day for an update on my order.

I received a call today from a nice gentleman, Mike, who provided me another update that the canvas printer still was not working. He said if I decided to purchase at another store to call them and let them know. I ordered the canvas at a different store, but the 40% off coupon code was expired. I purchased anyway because I wanted the order to go through in time. When I called the 19th and Oregon store again, I had to call 5 different times before I finally reached Mike on the phone again. I told him that I was able to order from a different cvs and asked him to cancel my order. I then asked if I could be reimbursed for the order and he said since it was an online order, I needed to call a different number 1-800 shop CVS. I called that number and they were closed.

I understand technological issues, I understand that printers break and need to be serviced. I don't understand why I wasn't initially called to be told that my order would be delayed, I don't understand why I had to call that location multiple times and have the phone ringing for over 5 minutes without someone answering. I don't understand why I couldn't be given a refund for my order over the phone if I purchase online since it's being picked up at a specific store location. There were many issues with this order that build my frustration. I don't know what can be done for me, but hopefully this helps others not have the same experience I did.

I called on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 4:00 pm about bad store experience I had in the 403 Atlanta Avenue Freeport, NY location. I didn't get a called by from the store manager or district manager. CVS Rolla Missouri

I made an appointment online for my Corona Test last Friday at 2:40, since it was my first Time at CVS, I called the Store and spoke to the Pharmacist, asked him where the Store was located, since I was not sure, I was told across Hardy, therefore I went o Hardy but no CVS was found, I had to call a local Car Rental Company to get told where the Store is located, As I went in the Store I was that the Test was done through the Driveway, why they could not tell me this when I called. As I came up on the Drive Up Window, the you girl was very unprofessional , first I was told I had to perform my own test, twice I asked the Girl to speak slower, however she just continued to rattle the instruction off, as I was to do the Test she walked away from the Window, I did not know what to do put it first in the throat, then in the mouth did not know if I should take the swab in the solution first or not, Finally I placed it in the Box, To day I received a message to check the result, the Link only gave me a number to call, 2 hrs I was on hold and nothing happen, called the store they could not access the result, check my Email nothing there either. Is CVS playing with it Customer, I am a Tricare Prime Customer, I will inform the Department of Defense about this matter, and others also, perhaps we get better treated at Walgreens. Pharmacy manager consistently changes the prescription from what the doctor has ordered to what he (the manager) decides is best for the customer in his own opinion. CVS Disinfectant spray

I am a retired senior, military retired disabled vet. I have a hard moving around so I get very upset when as many times that I frequent your stores at 3127 macon rd and 4561 river rd, columbus, georgia I ask for disinfectant spray and am always told a barrage of answers (we are out, none came in, you have to come early after the trucks come in etc.) I don't why you never have any because I believe you do, it is being saved for friends or employees, whatever. I only know this I have been using your stores for many years and can not get anyone to set a can or some cans aside for me. I would appreciate any help that you can give me. I talk to friends at the senior center on fort benning and they have the problems too. I have received a notice in the mail that my Amitiza will no longer be covered by CVS and they are switching me to Linzess. This is totally unfair when I have been doing well for the last 8 years on Amitiza. I underwent a major surgery due to severe constipation leading to a prolapsed uterus, rectum and bladder. With the help of Amitiza my bowel movements have been normal.
