On Dec 4, 2021, I received a raincheck at the CVS Garwood, NJ location for QunolTumeric gummies. The store was offering a buy one get one free promotion and there was only one bottle so the Garwood location gave me a raincheck for a free bottle and advised that I could use raincheck at any location. For months I went to Garwood CVS and Westfield CVS and there was no stock available. Finally, on March 25, 2022, The Westfield location had one bottle left. At the register I was advised that the store manager would not honor the raincheck and advised that I would have to go back to the Garwood location. The sales rep complained that the Garwood location did not make the raincheck out correctly and I would have to go to Garwood CVS. Westfield location would not honor the raincheck. Why should the customer be responsible for the way your employees fill out a raincheck, especially when the product as not been on your shelf.
Desired outcome: Advise how I am suppose to get my one bottle free since your store does not have product always available, and when you do, your store won't honor raincheck.
