CVS Service

On March 10th 2022 I was in the CVS on Farmington Ave in Hartford, CT. There were 3 employees in the front. A young man and 2 ladies. One Spanish and one black. I’m guessing the black woman was the manager and she proceed to curse me out as I complimented the gentleman for treating me with great service. She kind of was talking to him rough to come and man the register because they were backed up and I guess she didn’t like me mentioning the young man did a great job. So she began to curse me and argue with me of something as small as that. The service at this store in specific is always horrible. Something needs to change

I had an unpleasant experience with CVS at 19305 Ruby Dr. Leesburg VA, 20176 CVS pharmacy:

1. I made an appointment on the phone with CVS Covid 19 scheduling team for 2:30 pm here for Moderna Covid 19 vaccination. When I drove there, the staff said they didn't have that. It's out of stock. I said "The reason I just made the appointment an hour ago for here, just because the scheduler said you do have it".

2. I was treated by this same staff, named Hansa, un-respectfully. She was very reluctant to talk. Before I left, I was trying to say "thank you, have a good day". But she did NOT look at me at all, without any response, and without any word! I have never seen a person behaving like this in a business environments.

CVS missing CVS OTC catalog order

Ordered from OTC catalog on 1/28/22.

Ordered 8 items

Received only 2 items

6 items missing from order

Have made numerous calls to customer service & still no order has been received

Today is 3/9/22. That is 6 weeks since I made my order.

CVS Policy issue

Because this policy issue happens almost every month, i'd like to bring attention to this situation to see if any changes can be made.

I am a 100% disabled veteran with my share of physical problems that are painful. Because of laws I understand that only a monthly script can be issued for the pain medication I routinely take. It is the same medication every month, 5mg methadone and tylenol #4. I have been repeatedly told that I can only order the medication I require on the day I am going to pick it up. That would work fine but... Even though I call as soon as cvs store #1055 opens, cvs still has to order the medication and it's not going to be ready until the following afternoon for pick up. I have tried calling the day before, but I am told that I am one day to early and I need to call back the next day. Is there anything that can be changed so the medication will be available on the day I can legally order the prescription?

For the record, no one has been ugly or rude with me while trying to explain their rules they are required to follow.

Desired outcome: I live alone. I would like to be able to have the medication available on the day I place the order. Thanks for your time.

CVS promotional coupons given by cvs

str #5045 trs 129 reg #4 Brought 2 products that I thought you received a $5 extra buck for no more fliers so I'm trying to see this on my phone anyway used a $4 off $20 coupon then I was going to buy more things with my extra bucks with a 25 off coupon that expired Sunday the 6th . Well apparently the tissue and paper towels were not directly under the get extra bucks .so i said cancel the transaction I asked cashier if I would get my coupon back and new manager they said yes well that isn't true I lost my $4. off coupon which i sent to the card because their coupon machine never works . I

Desired outcome: I would like those 2 products back with my $4 off or my coupon back manager said she was unable to do either ! So I lost $4 going down to cvs tonight .

CVS I'm 71 years old and Cvs took over for express Script and refused to my pain meds for January 2022

Cvs took over for express Script and refused to fill my pain meds in Jan 2022 I was so sick couldn't even go to my Birthday party on Feb 13 th I was in a bad wreck in 2004 had back surgery made it worse Finally got a Pharmacy with the help of Blue Dross and Blue Shield they founde a pharmacy to filline 1 time now I've got to find another Dr and Pharmacy to go to

CVS carepass

my name is frank borges i tried to cancel a care pass account that i never joined and the lady on the phone was desciminating against me because i am poor , no matter what anser i gave her she said it was wrong and they charge 5 dollars per month for 5 months so far and i never joined the carepass for i am on social security and cant afford nothing alls i wanted her to do is pay me back the 5 months worth of charges and to cancel my account I am going to the better buisness bureau and i am going to su the company.

CVS Google play gift cards

on Feb. 26, 2022, I purchased 2 $500 gift cards from store 10812 in Shepherdsville, Ky. They failed to activate these cards, when I took back to store they it was not a CVS problem. I disagree the cards where not activated.

CVS pharmacy

I pick up my girlfriends prescription from CVS whenever I can as she has strange hours. I have her take care of the logistics of ordering, checking online and following up to see if the prescriptions are ready. Easy enough, one would think.

However...There has not been a time that we have checked the status of a prescription and found CVS to be correct. Both online and calling directly, we have been told a full prescription is ready and it almost never is. I have had to come back to the store as many as three times to make certain I received all of the items. This has happened many times. Currently as well. Yesterday I went to CVS in Beavercreek after being informed it was ready. I was told upon arrival at the drive thru that it was not ready and could be ready in ten minutes if I was to wait. I opted to run additional errands and head back at a later time that same day. I came back after several hours so it could be filled. It evidently was ready and I was given a bag and paid for the prescription, and told to have a nice evening (very polite). On my way back to my home, someone from CVS called and said that they forgot to include an item that was in another bag. I will pick that bag up today.

This is an example of excessive refill. TAMSULOSIN HCL 0.4 MG CAPSULE, Generic for: Flomax, Take 1 capsule by mouth every day. 90 EA, NDC: [protected], DATE FILLED 9/30/21. I am still taking pills from this bottle of pills. Then refilled on 12/7/21. Then refilled again on 2/15/22. I told the Pharmacist to stop auto refills on all medications and that I will call when I need a refill. They still auto refill my medications.

CVS Major purchase

CVS on Boston Street, Lynn, Mass. We tried to purchase $248+ of merchandises and a Visa card. The very nice cashier (only one there, long line) was untrained. It took us about 20 minutes to cash out, but she didn't do the Visa card right even though I offered to pay cash for it. After ringing up all our purchases, she had to call the store manager Rody Manager. We had to start all over again. He made the nice clerk cry and made little or NO attempt to comfort her. After he ring up all our purchases AGAIN, he said have a nice day. I suggested to him that for the size of our purchases, he could say thanks. I had to ask him to do this three times before he did it. This whole mess up is one of the reasons CVS is going out of business. I have had similar problems trying to get an answer from clerks in the pharmacy. I will NEVER spend a penny more at CVS. Rody shouldn't be a store manager and you need to give ALL your staff lessons in customer service and you should train your staff BEFORE you place them as cashiers.

CVS Pharmacy - Gun Barrel City, Texas

Very poor customer service. Hang up on you when you call after taking forever to get them on the phone. Been having problem with the right amount of pills. I have been short a lot of times. And one of the biggest problem is that they don’t have medicine in stock. I get this medicine every month for years. They had the prescription for 5 days before (doctor called it) before I went up there to pick it up because they are very slow at filling your prescription and they told me they don’t have any in stock they have to order it. Really you had the prescription for 5 days. That is just someone not doing there job.

Desired outcome: Something needs to be done about that store. I would like to hear something has been done.

CVS Store Hours

CVS - 4610 Center Ave., Pgh, PA

This store is suppose to be open 24hrs. The clerk said the store was closed for 2hrs to take a break. You advertise open 24hrs not 22 hrs. I drove from Swissvale, thinking this CVS was open for 24hrs..

This took place 2/13/22, 2:30 am.

Desired outcome: Stay true to what you advertise. 24hrs.

CVS Sexism on vaccines and prescriptions

I found out that a woman has to show at least FIVE forms of ID including recent bill statements to get a Covid shot/booster. A man only needs to ask to get it same day. Women must have an appointment and wait WEEKS if the appointment for a Covid shot/booster isn't canceled on her. I was denied a prescription because I was a day too early. I waited the prescribed 31-32 days! Men can get their prescriptions in 28-30 days! A disabled man told the "pharmacist" that it was over a MONTH before he could get his. The manager is very sexist as well. That's who CVS makes sure to hire!

CVS cvs minute clinic

On 10/01.2021 I responded to a CVS Minute clinic in Arlington Virginia

I was examined by a NP Barbara Szita for a CDL Exam and Medical Certificate, as a Renewal to a current exam due to expire in a few months. All areas of the exam were covered and passed. This CVS has apparently a motivation to address, identify and PROMOTE CPAP Sleep Apnea intervention and treatment, with the sale of equipment for the malady.

At the end of the Exam, the Nurse stated I was Over weight(although I have had the same weight for several years) and My "Neck was too big". I did not understand what she was Promoting, suggesting or Implying, but she insisted

that I would only receive a 3 month permit and that I "had to enter into a Sleep study" I have consulted with an ACTUAL Family Doctor (MINE) and his records show no existence of any anomaly for this malady (Sleep Apnea) I was given no Option and was forced into a bogus study which has caused me to Lose my job.This Situation and process is highly suspect and the next 2 visits with alternate CDL nurses revealed the Opposite results.

Desired outcome: Examination of Nurse Barbara Szita's over zealous and improperly applied procedures, do in fact go beyond Common Sense and do not use any Consultation before issuing a Negative finding, based on absolutely no FACT.

Well this Complaint Bureau seems to be a dead end Agency- I was under the Impression CVS would Investigate and return a statement of progress and Activity on this Complaint.

It has been a month Now with No messages from either the Complaint Bureau or CVS.

Anyone care to Explain this ?

I still need an Avenue of Contact with the CVS DOT/CDL Minute Clinic Nurse Zita or her Immediate Supervisor at CVS.

CVS doesn't do anything. There's at least 10 major lawsuits by drug companies, insurance companies and the federal government that has happened.
