I have a complaint about the CVS Pharmacy at 4893 Town Center Parkway, Jacksonville, FL. I have been trying all day to have one of my prescriptions transferred to a non-CVS pharmacy, but CVS requires that the other pharmacy call them to request the transfer. The problem is that the CVS Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone.

The other pharmacy has called throughout the day, and been on hold for over a half hour each time. They have now given up, because they can't keep trying to get through and just be left on hold indefinitely.

Desired outcome: I wanted to transfer just the one Rx, but now I'd like to just have all of my prescriptions transferred to the other pharmacy (since I am able to get through to them easily and am far more satisfied with their level of customer service)
