I have been a CVS customer for 20 years or more. I was visiting your store on average 2 times per week. I have recently started to purchase my prescriptions from CVS as well. Through 11/1/2020 I received e-mails from CVS on a daily basis. On 11/1/2020 I visited your store. I went to the register with an approximate $55.00 purchase. I had in hand $11.00 of...

CVS Customer service.

Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak with a pharmacist.
Website does not help either. It is not descriptive enough to know if I am receiving my script or not. I receive medicines I am not out of. It is all over the place as far as bad customer service. Jeopardizing my health by incompetence, and not hiring enough people to handle customers. This has been going on far before Covid-19, so this is not an excuse you can you.

I called in the morning to check if they had my prescription ready. A lady told me it will be ready in an hour. It was 9:30 AM. I came around 12:00 PM at lunch to pick it up and they are telling me their system is down you have to pay cash. I finally was able to get 80 dollars and got 10 dollars change back. I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me...

CVS Manager service

While shopping there today wednesday 10/28/2020. I had asked the girl tiffany about free batteries, that were a free item for me. Then jennifer said I might be able to look for you. As jennifer came back with a different brand, tiffany was very, very rude saying in a nasty way, I told her already that we didn't have the brand that we are giving away free. I know she had told me, but jennifer was double checking and had went out of her way to help me. You would think that tiffany being a manager would have done that and be a little more polite. We spend quite a bit of money at this location and do a lot I mean a lot of prescriptions at this store. The pharmacy people are absolutely the best. So are all of your other employees. But tiffany needs some more training.

I am extremely unhappy with the pharmacy department. I just switched Pharmacy's last month because CVS offers delivery options and is closer to my house. However, one of my prescriptions was on back order from the manufacture, yet the Pharmacy staff was advising me to try other CVS's. I asked since it's with the same company could they call and find out...

I was picking up a prescription for my elderly father at your Cvs in Olympia Fields, Illinois and your employee Mika is the most rudest inconsiderate person who refused to help me after another employee asked for her assistance Mika said "she was not dealing with assisting with the prescription that it was too much for her". How or why is there such a rude...

I'am a 62 year old male that's had lung cancer twice and for the last 6 months I can not get my prescriptions from CVS because they are out of them. We have seven stores and still I run to rack store and none of them have it in stock. Unbelievable. The people in the stores also tell me a certain store has it and when I get there they don't. Is this bad management or what is going on.

CVS Not receiving full prescription

I got 1 bottle of butorphanol and it's a 2 bottle prescription. They said they would put a rush order in. This was 9/5/20. I just called today 10/23/20 and they said the pharmacy they get it from was out. I got a new script from my doctor and had it sent to Walgreens. Received the prescription and a refill from the same company cvs deals with! I need help.

CVS Rapid covid testing

Run and run fast
Run and run fast. If you are considering doing a rapid covid test here. Don't. It is unsafe, they are popping people in every 15 minutes to test, the test alone takes 13 minutes. So if you think they are properly sanitizing between clients, there is no way. Only one person in the room doing the entire process, of calling you, you testing yourself, then she runs results, then calls you back, results aren't in before next person comes in. Ppe are not changed between clients unless they tested positive, which they won't know until you already walked in the door and sat down. They are going to increase the spread not prevent it. Greedy greedy greedy to bill your insurance company hundreds of dollars. If you walk in and get a 2 day test done, you get 30 minutes of their time. This is enough time to properly test you and decontaminate the area before next person comes in. How crazy is that? I guess there is no one to enforce standards when there are none.

I was registered for a covid test at your rochelle Ave location in Rochelle Park NJ. My appointment was for 11 30 AM I got in line at 11:20 AM. It did not move. I call the pharmacy and it took 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The person on the phone said they are having problems with there system. I said i had an 11 30 AM it is now 11:45 and the line is not moving. She took my name and said yes you are registered and in the system you have to wait. There were 5 cars ahead of me. My son took me because I do not have a working vehicle. He can not spend the whole day because other people are not registered. I went to your site on Monday 12/22/20 and was treated very bad by your tech and the nurse np who should have told me when i was positive i was to go 2 days later to get a PCR test done. I was on the phone with the state on 12/28/20 the day of the Rochelle park incident and told me to lodge a complaint because I am a nurse. You give very bad service. Donna Habick RN

Based on CVS outrageous prices for prescription drugs, I tried to use GoodRX coupon instead of my insurance. After taking the coupon information from me and entering it into the system, I was told the price was actually higher with the coupon than my insurance. The coupon clearly stated that the price was much lower than my insurance cost, but the CVS store...

I tried to use my $5, 00 off coupon at CVS inside Target. They refused CVS coupons. I will not return to this CVS ever and I am asking all on my social media to boycott CVS at Target. Target needs to coordinate with the CVS inside their stores on their cash registers. I want an answer. [protected]@gmail.com

CVS Working conditions for pharmacists and compromised customer care

I am extremely concerned that the safety of consumers is threatened due to the extreme pressure placed on pharmacists created by poorly staffed pharmacies in order to maintain high profits for the chain. It is also that stress that goes home to their families that is also consuming many pharmacists. The demand and expectation of the chain for pharmacists who have no sales training to sell services and products while simultaneously filling prescriptions and multi-task with little staff assistance and often no staff assistance at all is devastating. The stress is monumental because it is brought home where the rest of the family also has to endure the stress of coping with that person who is shattered emotionally due to the stress created at work to not harm anyone by making a mistake when filling a prescription and to make their daily metric goals. Pharmacists are paid well and their families rely on that income so the pharmacists feel a huge burden on their shoulders to put up with those terrible situations at work so they can take care of their families. They are threatened with being fired for not making their daily sales calls goals, extra add-on sales like vaccinations and potentially mis-filling prescriptions. The biggest factor in creating the high stress is in cutting back the amount of payroll by not providing enough pharmacy technicians to do the work that needs to be done thoroughly. In other words, the pharmacist is doing all the other tasks that normally technicians would have done plus also filling prescriptions as well as making forced sales calls to current and ex-patients under their care. Family life suffers at home as a result of the stress induced by those working conditions. Patient care is compromised as prescriptions need to be filled at a certain pace but also need to be multi-tasking basic store practices/operations as well as actively selling vaccinations to make all these "metric" goals. Help! Isn't there something that can be done about this? Complaining to the HR department as observed has always led to the pharmacist being fired not long after the complaint was filed for "some" reason or another, so most pharmacists won't complain, at least not until they find a new place to work. Will it take one death or several caused by a pharmacist mis-filled prescription or a major law suit filed by a single or even group of pharmacists (class action) to enable CVS to open their eyes to the greed they have allowed to over rule their ability to run a safe place to work for their employees and their consumers to shop?
