The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone leaving customers on holds for upwards of an hour before you finally give up. They do not fill prescriptions by promised date or time. Mine is currently 2 days late and they wouldn’t answer phone so I could find out why. Disgusting. I called yesterday for over an hour and today for 30 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened and it makes me want to take my business elsewhere
Desired outcome: Hold pharmacist and Staff accountable

I am Merchandiser (Current Employee) with SPAR on Wednesday November 11, 2020 I arrived at store number 169 to complete contract assignment I reported to Manager Sharon I politely inform Ms. Sharon the New Item Test that would be done in the store as result she became the absolute rudest Manager I have ever in count at CVS Ms. Sharon was screaming, yelling, and cursing this is verbal abuse. And yes, it is unacceptable she made me feel frightened for my Life the witness that was staying next to me asked her to pleased, pleased common down what if the witness was not there because I was unable to common her down maybe she would have attack me in the CVS. The point is that Under no circumstances CVS are you ALLOWED to permitted your employee or Manager Sharon to create frightening experiences or anxiety unacceptable please allow me to do my Job waiting on your response.
