I went to CVS pharmacy, 6202 U.S hwy 41N, Apollo Beach, Fl, store #3520, at around 10:15 Sunday, Nov.8th., with a prescription for 90 pills. I picked up the prescription and when I got home I counted the pills, as I always do, and found there were 2 short of 90. I drove back to the store and confronted the pharmacy manager, who was the one who filled the prescription. She counted them and agreed with my count, however she said her count of 90 originally was correct. She stated that she checked the bottle (supply) and said her count was correct. I am an honest person and do not like to be cheated which is what I am charging. I am willing to sign an The pharmacists name is Melissa M Smith. She also said that she was on camera as she counted out the pills. I called the store manager to complain and she said she would talk to Melissa. But I want this complaint to be in writing, not over the phone. I am willing to sign an affidavit as to truthfulness and also willing to take a polygraph test. This happened at the same store a few years ago and when I confronted the pharmacist at that time, he agreed and replaced the two pills, but that was many years ago. Now it is happening again. My trust in CVS has been eroded. I don't know if I can get it back after this occurrence.
