CVS - Health brand of mint waxed dental floss

I bought a double pack of CVS brand of dental floss, thinking it would be comparable to Glide. I've never had a problem with CVS brand items before. But, this dental floss is the worst! It is not smooth and it catches between my teeth and splits.
The number on the bottom of the case is
295194 which might be the lot #.
