My name is Llewellyn Grubb have been a CVS customer for over 30 years. I was in the Wytheville Va. store at 4:15 PM on December 9th 2020. As a black man and Associate Pastor of a local Church. I feel the lady at the front cash register treated me unfairly hateful tone to her voice threw the B12 vitamins I returned to only switch for another brand. I returned B12 Nature Made and replaced them with Nature Bounty B12. Lady had dark hair and tall. Please treat minority customers better. I am aware the problems CVS has had with mistreatment of Black customers.

Purchased an Annual CarePass on October 25, 2020. My account was placed on hold for an unknown reason to me. I have called CVS customer relations several times to no avail. I spoke with a representative yesterday who told me the monthly benefit would be on my account today 12/7/2020. It's not on my account. There has been a recall on this medication. Why is cvs still giving this out. CVS gave me this medicine on 11/23/2020. I had a very bad reaction. CVS 2650 Cruse Road Lawrenceville GA. 30044 87 lots recalled the pharmacist lied said no recall. This drug should be taken off shelves. Why so you allow them to work there. I cannot understand why it took 5 days, 3 calls to my PP and # calls to CVS and then multiple calls by the robot and I still could not pick up my renewal on the day and time stated.
When I pointed this out to the check out clerk they looked bored and said it was not their fault.
There is a glitch in the system and the customers are paying for it in lost time and patience.
Ineffective phone service regarding prescriptions
I used you new automatic. Store 5721. My phone # is. [protected] phone system to renew a prescription. It took three tries. I was told I could pick it up today. It was not ready nor was there a record of my call. I was not the only person in line having this price. Your new automated system is not working. When I asked to speak with the manager, she was rude. Said it was a corporate problem, not hers.
Covid tests
CVS has been advertising that they give free flu shots and free Covid tests. How are they free if my insurance was charged? Then, they give a 3 to 4 day waiting period, then it moves to 5 to 6 days and now it is six to 8 day waiting period. I had to cancel a visit with my daughter and who is going to pay my bills. I have no time for deceit.

On September 26, I received a Flu shot at the CVS Pharmacy located at 700 Boston Road, Billerica MA. I was told there would be a $30 co-payment which I charged to my credit card. Subsequently I checked with my insurance carrier UnitedHealthcare and was advised that my coverage did not require a co-payment. United spoke to someone at the Pharmacy and was told that they would be in contact with me directly to resolve the over payment. More than a month elapsed with no call or coorespondence from CVS. I reached out to United again and they were advised that CVS had in fact paid me in cash to settle the complaint.
In fact I have not heard anything from CVS. I have not received cash, a check, a reversal of my credit card payment or any other form of compensation. Nor in fact have I had any contact with anyone from that store. Header information of the transaction follows
