CVS - Poor customer service

Dear Sir/Ms.
Please correct the attitude of your staff.
Was served by Ms. Kamelia
54-06 31st. Avenue
Woodside, NY 11377
Blurting "[censored]!"in front of a customer.
After the shield accidentally fall off due heavy bag of merchandise.
Frequent customer to this location. We need happy staff working @ your pharmacy! We would appreciate if she said in a nice way.
